Was told the process would take 30-45 min. I waited over an hour to be served. The appointment was quick and took only 10-15 min. The forms that patients have to fill out are cumbersome to complete. Almost everyone had to re-sign them as some data was either missing or the signature was missing. Very busy place.I was impressed with the desk attendant who asked a person in the waiting room to properly cover their face with a mask. That was very appropriate and appreciated by others in the waiting room.

When I arrived they were busy and the staff was great. I was there for a DOT physical. While the nurse was taking my blood pressure with the automatic machine she was doing other things like measuring my neck. When the doctor came in he asked a few questions like “will you admit to snoring loudly? I stated that I only snore when I am overly tired and only until I completely fall asleep. He asked about my blood pressure medications. He asked how long I had been on one of my medications. I told him about four years. He did not ask any other questions along those lines. He completed the physical and advised me that I need to do a sleep study for sleep apnea. I have never had an issue and sleep 6 to 8 hours every night and have my entire adult life. I have been on two blood pressure medications since the age of 27. I have gained 5 pounds In a year do to the job and stress I was under. The doctor gave me a 6 month medical card and must do a sleep study. When I looked at the form he has my neck measurement listed under female. Hypertension with two prescriptions. Body weight as reasons for the study. There were lots more questions to be asked that would have cleared up most of the issues. I will not be going back for any other physicals.

I went in for a TB test for the hiring process of my new job and everyone was super nice. A little bit of a wait but when I did get called back it was quick and I was on my way out.

Went in for a pre-employment drug test and was told I would be in and out in 30 to 40 minutes. I was not even called back to give my sample for an hour and ten minutes. Not only was I in physical discomfort at that point, but the employee was abrupt and not friendly at all. Not a great experience.

Staff was extremely helpful, knew exactly what to do, what forms were needed, and very patient. I came by for a drug test and DOT physical. The wait time was a little long, but the staff, doctors, and nurses were great and easy to talk to.

I recently visited the Concentra in Fort Collins. It was for a walk-in for a job application physical and drug test. The receptionist were through with all the paperwork and got me in with in the next hour. The doctor had other patients in there for physical therapy but took time to also get me in and out without making me wait. Thank you all for being professional and attending to my needs.

The staff was friendly and very efficient checking me in and taking me through the process of the test I needed to get. Even though there were a lot of people in the waiting room we were all spaced out for protection and I got in and out in a reasonable manner.I had several choices where I could go and I am glad I chose Concentra! I will definitely use them again when needed.

Worse experience ever. I was hit by a car while working as a flagger. I was able to drive myself to Concentra. Doctors didnt listen to me. I tried to tell them what all hurt. They did some x-rays of one of my injuries but was told nothings broke do physical therapy. I tried to explain about other injuries but that fell on deaf ears. When they finally listen to me they poked the spot with a couple fingers then said do physical therapy . No other x-ray, no imaging at all. I feel like my injuries are just being pushed aside. They Answer every injury withdo physical therapy . I have a chiropractor that works with workmans comp. I tried to get a referral but was again told do physical therapy . My chiropractor knows my body and understands my injuries, and still no one would listen. I hope I never have to deal with this again.

I had to take a drug test for a job and I get super bladder shy for that kind of thing but the nurses were super nice and accommodating. I was honestly blown away by how nice to me they were.

Every 3 years my Company requires a complete physical. I hear from other employees how much of a pain in the asstroturf the ordeal is. For me at this location the Staff & Doctors are friendly and always accommodating. You can always expect paperwork and billing questions...part of the process but its how they work with you that make this crew exceptional!

I was nervous. I recently changed insurance and had not used Concentra previously. Everyone at the clinic was helpful and transparent about how long it would take to be seen at the walk-in urgent care. They treated my injured foot with care and I was on my way with the medical information I needed. My injury is healing nicely and I see my PCP this week. It was a positive experience and while I hope to not have to go back, if I did need urgent care again, I feel confident returning to the clinic.

Friendly staff and waiting time was reasonable

It was busy when I first arrived, but even so the wait wasnt bad. Without too much detail, I basically came because of sudden hearing loss. The very nice staff and doctors had my ears free and clear in less than an hour. Very, very impressed.Hopefully you wont need to seek medical help, but if you do, come here.

I was scared but Brian did Acupuncture on my lower back and I feel Good, take into consideration I had the day off from work, but the real test will be tomorrow at work, I feel like I should stay positive and continue my treatments and obey my Therapist orders and I WILL be on the mend, Thankyou for helping me and I clean for a living and I appreciate the cleanliness of your Clinic. Staff is nice, the over 2 hr wait to get in was frustrating.

Clean, well appointed. Safe with precautions forcovid, which was refreshing Excellent staff for excellent experience. The front desk ladies are fun with excellent at communication.Has a bus stop right behind it and another a block away. Getting to and from is easy! Nice parking lot of trees. Parking in the shade is a possiblity and off a non busy road. Making the merg from and back into busy traffic-safer. Toys for kids, TV. Bathrooms, Water fountains, Accessible from the lobby.

Staff were so responsive and accommodating to special circumstances needs, when other facilities were lacking processes. Same day service and slick processes. I plan on using and recommending their services into the future!

They wont even let you in if you have a sore throat, cough, or fever. Even if you are fully vaccinated and have a negative covid test.That eliminates most sick people. Not sure what kind of patients this urgent care does see.

Will tell you whats going on from the start. Wont tell you if you will be in and out if you will be there all day. Have been in multiple time for physical therapy and every time I feel welcome.

The staff here are always extremely rude. Seems like they dont know whats going on most of the time. The physical therapists are great but the front desk staff can be very rude and almost judgemental. How can some one else tell me that my body isnt in pain anymore? And Ive gotten several diagnoses which change ever time I come in. Also getting paperwork takes longer than the actual visits 90% of the time and theyll skip to the more content customers if you ask them any questions on time. I wish I went to UChealth.

At first the counter staff were pleasant. They walked me through the check in process. The doctor was little to be desired. Very poor bedside manners. I was a bother to her and she did nothing to hide that fact. She was rude and wouldnt let me describe my situation. She complained the whole time of being there passed her scheduled time and didnt want to deal with me. She complained about the paperwork she then had to do because of my visit. I tried asking questions and was told she didnt have time to answer them. When I was waiting to check out, I asked a question to the gal at the counter for the doctor. The gal went around the corner for about 30 seconds then came back saying sorry she couldnt catch the doctor because she was walking out the door. Ok. I was then getting my final paperwork then who should walk around the corner? The doctor. The gal at the counter bold faced lied to me. The doctor then proceeded to stalk me out to my car.

Went there for a simple pyshical and got the Royal treatment they got me in and out. The staff was very professional and nice even tho were very busy.Thank you all for your service.

It was a quick, easy process to get a pre-employment drug test done. Everyone who worked there was efficient and very sweet.

The staff is so so nice. I went to another Concentra and left immediately because of the rude staff. So I came here and was treated with respect. They are competent and professional and the facility is really nice. The wait times suck but that is at every Concentra apparently.

Staff is friendly doctors seem knowledgeable but it is very small and over booked. Super loooong waiting times sometimes as long as 3 and a half hours. Feels extremely rushed like they are just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. Almost every time im in there i see a new doctor or physical therapist so they never know if im getting any better or not. Physical therapy is a super small room with way too many people in it at once. Not enough staff to really pay attention to your form or how you are progressing. Not even enough room to really even do your exercises without stopping to let someone walk by you. Overall its a last resort kinda place.

This place is so unorganized! I checked in filled some paperwork out, waited. Then, was given a text message to fill out health history. Then, once that was done I filled out more paperwork. I was then called back to start the process. Did the physical therapy portion, the eye test, drug test and then waited in the room for an hour to be seen by the provider who literally saw me for 15 minutes! This was my first time there and I was very unimpressed!

Cattle farm of health care. I waited almost an hour getting paperwork done only to hear that theyd never heard of my employer. Helps if they could spell. Magically they figure out I get all kinds of tests. Several hours later Im told that none of the results will be shared with me, only my employer. THEY WOULDNT EVEN TELL ME MY BLOOD PRESSURE! This is not health care. They are only interested in pushing paper.

Over a 2 hr wait for a pre scheduled DOT exam. They lost, or didnt have any of my paperwork that was previously sent to them. They lost a part of my physical needed for my employer after my visit. I have to schedule another appointment and have it done again. Never will I use this provider again.

I was sent here to do a pre employment drug screening (piss test) and get told I should be in and out in 45 min!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? This is ridiculous for a piss test!!!! To be told your going to have to wait 45 min to go to the bathroom when you came prepared to go!!!! What a joke!!!! There’s a whopping three other people here other than me and they make so why the long wait?!?!? You also have to fill out a pile of papers when you come with all that info already provided from the employer. What a joke this place is!!! Not to mention it’s just as hot inside as it is out. Zero Star!!!!!

Came in with a work injury, the nurses were great and the PA Stephen Toth was amazing, he did very good work and was very relatable and knowledgeable when answering questions and performing procedures, I would definitely return here for any minor medical needs simply because the staff was so good and treated me very well

In my opinion this place is a joke for being an Urgent Care! If I could give zero stars I would!Is it suppose to take 4 hours and 20 mins. to see one patient???? This place does cause their staff doesnt care!!! The Emergency Room would have been quicker but workmans comp insisted we come to this place instead! What a waste of time this place is!!!! Surprise we are we are done before they close at 6pm (but only by an hour), cause we are not coming back!!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and noticeably enjoyed their jobs. Their was a difficulty with paperwork on my employers end, they were wonderful to deal with and put in extra leg work to get me serviced and on my way.

My husband is required to go here for his occupational health checkups and medical examinations and each time the level of incompetence shocks me.The latest was a while back, but still vivid: my husband conducted his routine medical exam for his CDL, during which he disclosed conditions he is undergoing treatment for through his primary care physician. Concentra gave my husband a form for his PCP to fill out, with absolutely no explanation OR instructions on how to return it, how it impacts his current CDL and what the process would be after the paperwork was submitted. First off, it was WRONG paperwork, and resulted in a waste of his PCPs time and of my time, as I spent a total of about 10 hours dealing with this. I returned the paperwork (faxed it over twice, they lost both - dropped it off in person - they lost that copy). I called and explained that although they gave us the wrong form, the information they needed was present on it. They said they lost it, but they need the doctor to fill out a different form anyhow. So, I picked up the new form, dropped it off to my husbands doctor and had to wait over a week for him to return it. Meanwhile, my husbands CDL expired, making it illegal to do his job.Furthermore, each time Ive called Ive been put on round after round of holds and been forgotten on the line at least a half-dozen times. Its so absurd. This place is so disorganized and unapologetic on top of it that I dont understand how they are still in business. The worst part is, I am a more than reasonable and understanding person - I understand that things happen. But, I can not handle it when people dont take responsibility and just apologize. Its such a simple thing and makes a world of difference.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, thinking they would make me return the following day, for a pre-employment drug test. To my surprise, not only did they take me in, not a single one of them appeared irritated that it was after closing time when I left. In fact, one of them wished me a pleasant evening.I had a horrible experience with one of Concentras physicians 24 years ago, for a workers comp injury and was actually hesitant about my appointment with them. But I now have a much better opinion of their services and treatment of patients.

I don’t know I got hurt at my job so if you get 3 different doctors is hard to get the best results some of them did good some show no interest in you health but is like a restaurant I give them a second chances In the future in my own opinion they can handled little bit better but is ok I just hope in the future they learned more I am from Europe and our health system is more effective as the U.S healthcare but never lose faith

All I needed was a pre-employment drug test. The employer had everything set up online before I arrived at Concentra, on a walk-in basis. When my turn came up I was called back to an exam room and the drug test took place very efficiently. The technician was very nice.

Very very professional they did everything to make me feel comfortable they also hustled up hurried and got me back there as soon as possible I would definitely go back again doctors are awesome the nurses up front for awesome

The young lady who worked with me was pleasant and caring. Most important she had massive issues with the software on her pad. She was very concerned that the time it took to solve this issue was impacting me and my time. I expressed that I was in no hurry. She still was concerned that it was an imposition on me.

Everyone working there was wonderful (professional yet friendly). It was very busy and the wait was longer than I would have liked. It was lunchtime and a lot of drop ins (me), so guessing that is not the norm. I never felt forgotten about during that time. It is a handy location and was very clean.

Everyone there is so kind and helpful! They made everything as easy and stress free as possible and showed that they actually cared about my well being. There was a lot of laughter and care in the building and I appreciate everyone that has helped me!

Leah upfront was extremely nice and helpful, everyone was very informative right up front about wait times. Gabi, were excellent at making frequent rounds and letting me know where we were at in the process as well as offering comfort needs like coffee or water. Dr. Baker was thorough, professional answered all my questions. The morale here was not typical of a care facility that is this busy, as a Travel ER nurse it is was very apparent that every employee was motivated to give quality care as quick and as safe as possible as well as an above average level of compassion. I went in for a physical (total misuse of resources... sorry my company scheduled it) and left thinking “wow if I ever relocated to Fort Collins, this would be a great place to work”. Thanks guys!

I was nervous about having a work related physical at a place where I didn’t know the doctor or staff. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the building. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Then the nurse working on my case put me at ease immediately. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. When I met the doctor, he also put me at ease and was professional.Finally, I was VERY pleased with the cleanliness of the entire building. Excellent place full of professionals!!

I went in for my work physical. The assistant who took me back was pleasant. She took my urine sample, took me to my room and asked me for my weight and height. She then preceded to sloppily measure my neck. When the Dr. Came in he also was pleasant. He then explained that my neck measured large and that could be an issue, we continued with the exam. I was informed that because of my age (over45) my weight and height that I could only be issued a temporary health card. I would have to take a sleep study test before I could be given a medical card.I asked to be weighed, height checked and for my neck to be remembered. A moment of hesitation, an explanation of how the assistants are taught to be thorough, he agreed. I was correct on my weight and height but the assistant was off by 2 inches with my neck measurement. I am required to carry a medical card so that I may do my job. Her lack of job skills and concern for what she is paid to do, could have prevented me from continuing on with the employment I have. I do not carry insurance, I am unable to pay out of pocket for an unnecessary test.My rating of 2 stars is for the politeness they exhibited. Advocate for yourself, ask questions, be firm if in doubt.

The staff up front is wonderful. Ive been going there 8years for my DOT physical. I went in for a work injury and would swear I personally insulted DR. Baker. First question he asked, Are you working? Instead of telling him it took 3 weeks to get approved to see him and I have been fighting with my companys insurance company while burning through my vacation. I said no. Then he yelled at me. Ill never go there again. Made me feel like a criminal.

The staff here are great! They are always so upbeat,and friendly. The Drs and wonderful, they took the time to listen to my concerns, and the physical therapists did AMAZING at figuring out exacly where I was injured. I had previously been to another physician and they could not figure out what was wrong. Concentra figured it out right away, and now are working on making me better. I highly recommend this place!

Such a good experience on my first visit. DR Baker was so personable! Staff was great. I felt like the staff was happy. Thats such a wonderful thing as you can feel a grumpy office and thats unpleasant.

The nurses at this location are incredibly kind and professional. They were very gentle taking blood and talked me through each step of my visit. My wait time was very short and my overall visit was less than 75 minutes. Thank you to all the nurses who worked so hard, you guys are amazing!

Absolutely the worst place to go if your sick... there is one Dr there I usually end up getting everytime. 🙄🙄🙄 I will say I hate seeing him. Younger looking Dr, He gave me no chest x-ray and said you have allergies. Went somewhere else and they treated me with bronchitis... I will never go back there again, save your money and go to another urgent care

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and patient care. An HOUR of waiting when hardly any patients were there because a staff member was on break. UA girl on 06/12/20 at noon was a royal snot and said in a nasty tone youre in a rush to leave to go to Walmart? when I said I had to get things done today rather than wait for my UA and blood work to be collected all day. Just some of the nastiest people you can imagine as far as people skills - or lack thereof.

My tip is get there early! I went the day before for my work physical it was a 3hr wait. I returned the next day it was less than an hour from start to finish! In general everyone was fantastic! Sweet , friendly, good service over all!! Ive been there before where I was less than pleased but this visit was great!

They charged me for a service that wasnt rendered. When i went to get refund i was told it would be in my account in 15 days. 32 days later there is no refund. When i talked to them today i was told Id receive a call back in a minute that was 4 hours ago. This place sucks and will directly lie to your face and steal your money. The physical therapy staff and front desk staff are nice.all the nurses and doctors I have seen do not care in the slightest about your situation. they do not care if youre in pain. and especially if youre young, they will make it feel like they think youre lying about your pain. the doctor chalked my pain up to muscle weakness, then proceeded to press where my MRI showed I had a herniated disc, and when I screamed in pain he got the point this is not muscle weakness, and now my pain has returned because of him pressing on me there.the nurses will rush you through everything. nobody communicates, my physical therapist was not informed I had an MRI, and one of the doctors didnt even bring it up until I asked. and clearly, my MRI means nothing to them, and my pain is muscle weakness, WHEN I HAVE A PROVEN HERNIATED DISC IN MY BACK.dont waste your time here. the nurses and doctors do not care about your situation. they are loyal to the companies we work for, and only care about getting you back into work, not about getting you better. literally any other doctor would be a better choice than this sad excuse for a medical office.

This is not a trans friendly facility. My gender is legally X, yet they only have M and F options and will not see you unless you pick. From there, I let them know which side of this binary I was more comfortable being associated with, and yet! They continued to misgender me my entire appointment. Would not recommend if you are trans. They need some training and to update their system from the 1980s.

I’ve been coming here for treatment I’ve been receiving for an injury to my knee from a fall. Historically I did not put much faith in Physical Therapy but my therapist Nick has been amazing in helping me get back to me before the fall! Thanks Nick for keeping me sane through this process. I highly recommend the Physical Therapy center on site the staff is great and they work with your Dr to help you heal quickly. 👍🏻

Went in for a DOT physical and preemployment drug screen as a walk in. Was meet in a professional manner. People needing medical came in while I was there yet things still flowed smoothly and I was out of there in a unexpected short amount of time. The exam covered all necessary aspects. It just seemed to be streamlined to a point where I was in and out with my card in hand in no time at all.

Staff was attentive and set expectations for wait. The wait times were longer than expected but the services were quick and without issue

This place is super! Right from the start they made me feel important and got right on getting me fixed. I had a unique injury requiring an ultra sound right away and I was in getting it the very next day and back at the clinic for assessment the very next day after that. Thats impressive basses on the amount of people they see a day. For real this place and the people are second to none! Thank you girls and guys!!

We love this place. Low cost physicals for the kids sports and other activities. They are cheerful and honest about wait times. They usually have snacks while you wait. Doctors are great and when Ive needed copies of medical info, even when busy, they are very prompt. We are very happy with Concentra!
