Love my new Lips, youthful skin, and energy boost!I didnt think I was the type that would want or enjoy skin and personal care treatments. Now, I wish I would have started much earlier. My treatments so far include a Fotofacial, a combination of Sculptra, Volluma, and Botox injectables, and bio-identical hormone therapy. Every treatment has exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely love the entire staff. I want to give special thanks to Cameo for her excellent facial work, and to Lisa for guiding me through hormone therapy.

Sessions so far conducted in a very professional manner from the staff attendants/technicians to the front desk. As a male I had second thoughts in getting a procedure done but after my first session with Bobbie Marriot she calmed my concerns an uneasiness. FRAXELCameo was professional and listened to what I was looking for - mostly dark spot removal, given that Im 48 and dark spots crop up despite your best efforts. I chose the Fraxel laser treatment. It worked well fading dark spots. Some of them came back after the skin peeled, but I would say that there was a pretty good result.I dont have a lot of wrinkles because Im diligent about sunscreen and have been since my early 20s, but I dont feel that the wrinkles I do have, especially around the lips, changed dramatically after Fraxel, and it has been more than 3 months. So I wasnt as impressed by Fraxels facelift improvement. If dark spots are you major concern, I think Fraxel would be satisfactory for you and would recommend Cameo.

I went for my first visit in March for Botox in forehead and eyebrow lift . After leaving I didn’t notice the tightening that I usually feel , I waited and didn’t see much of a change at all .I went back yesterday, the girl said my eyes are sagging and I am not a candidate for a eyebrow lift . I’I was so upset , I have been having it done for 20 years , by the same person (retired now ) she never had a problem .I then went to another place , today , my forehead is flawless and my brows are lifted ! Immediately felt the tightness and a change ..

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been there. I really notice that they were working magic. I have a Dorian thing going on now. It might have been this horrible year but it was really the work they did. They make you look natural and feel great about yourself. It’s more than just vanity. When I look in the mirror I see all the hard times and that my years are slipping away. It’s nice to feel like your outer appearance doesn’t show the pain of your inner self. It somehow feels better to not be or look completely defeated. I love them and they are like family. Will see you soon

I have had threads done twice now at Allura. The first time I was happy with results. I went in again as my $1200 Sculptra did not take. So I was told to do the threads again as I would like results. Well, not only did she do less thread I was also charge $1600 total for a procedure that didn’t do anything. I had to go to a highly trained person to get help. One thread went into the muscle. Anyway, I usually don’t write these but this was a big disappointment. Love the girl that did these but to me I not only got over charged but also the results and pain were so disheartening.

Went in for the Diamond Glow, felt wonderful and going back again. Lauren has been amazing and would highly recommend her.

Went to Allura for Laser Hair Removal and to try Botox. I was very happy with how knowledgable Monique and Yvonne were about the treatments. The clinic was extremely clean and the staff always wore a mask, which made me feel more comfortable. I had no concerns about my personal health which was nice and my results were great, I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to my next visit.

I went to the store at Harmony and Timberline. I went in for a FREE consultation. I decided not to use their services. They asked for my credit card for their records when I was there for the free consultation. On April 21,2020 there was a charge for $900 on my credit card. I was in quarantine and did not have any procedures done. I called them and they told me that someone else used my card and they have no record of my card in their records. They called me and said they will give me a refund which is the right thing to do. I was afraid they would give me store credit because the agreement you sign says that if you return products you will get a store credit. I am grateful that they gave me the refund and I told them that. Now I need to call my credit card company and cancel the card and get a new one. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. They are a rip-off and their prices are outrageous.

I absolutely love Allura as a medical spa in general since I started going there a year ago!!! I go specifically to see my beautiful and wonderful nurse injector Cameo!! Words cannot express enough how talented and passionate she is with injecting and honestly all services she does! My favorite thing I get done with her is botox and fillers! And she is the queen!!!!! I have never had anyone inject me so intricately as she has and with such knowledge !! My botox has never lasted this long for me anywhere else and she gets all the perfect spots needed!!! She has also helped me gain so much confidence with helping balance my face with filler and I cannot thank her enough! The clinic is run by Rebecca de la Torre MD and Yvonne Hampson, RN. Both are highly experienced medical professionals. Clean, calm & inviting clinics with well trained friendly staff. The staff are friendly and courteous, but the product needs some clarification. Laser hair removal is not permanent. Fine. How temporary? Well, I found out after 6 appointments that ongoing maintenance could be as often as every 3 months or more. While there are claims of some people going as long as 3 years, this seems rare. Laser hair removal is an expensive and time consuming proposition; not recommended unless you are hurting for things to do with your time and money.

My Fraxel treatments improved all the skin blemishes/hyperpigment areas that concerned me. I am happy to call that place my home for skin & laser needs!

BEWARE BEWARE! I have been getting botox for over 10 yrs. and this time with Tara, a complete disaster. First, I ended up with a bruise on my cheekbone, I thought no biggie, well more than a month later the mark is still visible. Then to make matters worse, she hit a muscle above my ear, causing my eye lid to droop, ended up going to an ophthalmologist, who told me she hit the muscle causing my eyelid to droop. I contacted Allura twice, and never heard anything from them. Will warn everyone not to ever go here.

Ive been going to Allura Skin and Laser Clinic for a long time and have always had a great experience. I started going to see Dr. de la Torre for hormone therapy (menopause - not fun!) and it changed my life. They are experts in what they do and are passionate about helping people feel well. I won a microdermabrasion treatment at their last Open House events and really enjoyed my hour long facial and microderm with Monique. I have since had some botox and fillers and of course still go for my hormone therapy. Overall my experiences here have been nothing but pleasant. I would highly recommend to anyone reading this review.

Very very very upset. Simply a Botox injection. Absolute disaster!! The injector was not trained. 5 years of Botox prior with great results at another location. I took advantage of a special at Allura and regret it beyond!! So embarrassed to smile. When I do my face has a horizontal line that looks like a huge scar. Crows feet still there after 26 units. My family and friends ask me what happened to my right eye. Nothing discreet here. I am deformed. Went back and was told by the injector that applying botox will cause this to happen sometime. So I went in to get rid of lines and came out with a huge horizontal line above my cheek. What??She obviously did not know or in my opinion did not care. Did not seek help to find a solution to this obvious error, just offeredto bad sorry about your luck excuses. Mortified by what she did to me. I will attempt to have someone other than the injector that did this to my face try to correct. Will see how they stand behind their work. Pre and post picture says it all. Devastated.

I am not satisfied with their work. They just took money in any way. I left money with my account in the clinic and in the last day, I asked them to return the money but they just said you already used it. When I asked them how, they said the last treat was expensive although , they inform the pice before.I said that not true because they said the price was less. In the end, they said sorry, we use different devices and the price increases without informing me.That wasnt acceptable. ☹️

Stay away! Unprofessional and unprepared staff. Terrible experience with customer service as well. Customer service aside, I would not put your health and beauty into anyones hands here - I too ended up with bruised and an allergic reaction, which the esthetician mocked me for.

Technicians too heavy handed both with botox injection and with causing a burn mark and severe swelling on IPL experience. No accurate post care info. Dont recommend.

This was the worst. Ive had my lips filled many times so, I know what they should look like. The only reason I came here is because I was in town for work. So, your lips should look plump...lips! Not the top of your lips! My lip line doesnt match up with the plump & it looks awful! Supper noticeable! Not even when I try to fix it with make up does it help because you can see the clear separation from the lip & product. When I smile, my lip folds up!!!!! Also, ib showed her a picture of what i wanted, I repeatedly told her not to make my top lip look round...guess what! Its round!!! My original Dr I go to confirmed that this was very avoidable. That she put the product in the areas to make my lips look like this( even though i asked her not to) never will I go back & never would i recommend this place. I dont know about their other services, but, judging by this one..hell no!
