I wish I could give them a thousand stars. I had two miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy and was so lost and did not understand why this kept happening. I found Rocky Mountain center for reproductive medicine and started my journey with them. Dr. Bachus was able to find the cause of my miscarriages and now almost a year later we were blessed with our rainbow baby! I will be forever grateful for this place. Words cannot express how amazing everyone at Rocky Mountain center for reproductive medicine is.

I worked with Dr Bachus and his team on and off for over a year. I love everyone in this office. They are so knowledgeable, positive and supportive in a time of high stress for women and couples. Also, they know what they’re doing (I’m 19 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy). It was bittersweet leaving their care after my first trimester as I felt so taken care of through our fertility treatments. I can’t say enough positive things about this office. 10/10.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bauchs and his team at Rocky Mountain Center for Reproductive Medicine. After nearly 2 years working with the team we finally have success. The staff is incredible and has helped us during a very difficult time, but never gave up on us. Their knowledge, expertise and overall kind hearts made the experience much easier to navigate. We look forward to using them again for our second child!

We were referred to the clinic from our general OB after trying progesterone to conceive our 3rd baby and having a miscarriage. Upon arriving, we informed the team of my genetic history of women in my family having very early menopause (40 and under). They kept assuring us that since I have had babies before, it was an easy fix. It was just a hormone adjustment. After a second miscarriage under their care and thousands of dollars later, they finally decided to test my AMH levels, which were extremely low. We learned later is important in understanding ovarian reserve. The nurse that did the majority of our care said that it would be very challenging to conceive but not impossible. After doing a bit of our own research, most other fertility clinics would not move forward with treatment with these numbers as it would not be ethical. Please do your research before entering this clinic. We felt completely disrespected and were put through another loss that could have been avoided. From the office side, after our numbers came back, my husband made it very clear to not call me after hearing this devastating news. He told them to give him a call to wrap up any financial matters. They proceeded to call me several times even after he affirmed that only his number should be called. Just when we thought we were moving on, they called me again to try and collect another $300 for who knows what. This type of behavior proved a lack of sensitivity for such a personal matter.I know its a drive but please consider clinics in Denver.

Weve had nothing but excellent treatment from Dr. Bachus and his staff. It is apparent every person in that office cares about their patients and Ive never once felt like just another number. They are with you through the journey and will help you through all the physical and emotional aspects that come with it. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff from start to finish! All of them very helpful and friendly. Dr. Bacchus is kind, thorough, thoughtful and made my husband and I feel safe and confident the entire time. I had two procedures done and both were extremely successful. The office was amazing and patient with me as I had many calls leading up to my procedure and following. We also loved Bonnie! She was so kind and was always straight forward with everything we had asked or wanted to know. Thank you everyone!

Our experience was indescribably wonderful with Dr. Bachus and his staff. Having failed previous IVF we wre shaken at the prospects of trying again. The nature of medical care, proper setting of expectations, and consultation throughout the process was wonderful. After previous failure with pregnancy, other diagnosis of inability to concieve, countless medicines, tests, procedures and almost being left hopeless we are so glad we chose to try again, and to use Dr. Bachus. We met success within months, we are SO happy to declare - we are preganant. Many thanks to Dr. Bachus and staff!!!

Amazing! I have a little beautiful boy thanks to Dr.Bachus and his staff. As far as some of the reviews about billing, insurance, etc. I made sure I knew what was covered and not covered AND at the initial consultation it was made clear. My insurance covers the diagnosis of infertility but not the treatment. I have put money into an HSA account for years before meeting my husband so thankfully the financial impact wasnt so bad for us. With ultrasound being ~$200 out of pocket, it adds up fast. Nothing came up as a surprise to us.Dr.Bachus is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever encountered. Him and his staff were on the roller coaster ride of emotions that is infertility, right along with us. They cheered when we had success and comforted us when we were defeated. I have recommended them to anyone who asks and even people who dont ask.

So pleased with my experience. Besides some staff being extremely grumpy on Saturdays, it only took a couple of months and we are now expecting our new addition to the family! Dr. Bachus is amazing and sympathetic to womens situations. I understand these treatments can be expensive and yes I did have to pay much out of pocket, but I m not sure why other reviewers are so surprised, none of these clinics are cheap and it was always explained to me what each treatment price was and that they would bill insurance to see if anything was covered. Theyre trying to help you create new life because your body is having difficulties doing so, this is not a cheap process.

I had my first appointment here yesterday. I had a great experience. Staff is friendly, my PA is awesome, opportunistic, knowledgeable and accommodating. She took notes, explained what to expect, provided me copies, and answered all questions. I even got to have an ultrasound to see if my organs are healthy. Then they sent me to a lab for blood work. All is moving forward at the pace I choose. Costs were explained. No judgement (Im single and 42). I think the below negative comments should be considered the exception after yesterday!

I dont often write reviews for any product or service. However, if my information helps one woman then its worth it. I would never want anyone to waste thier time and money here like I did. When I went to Dr. Bachus for my initial consultation, I had reservations because the office seemed to run a bit inefficiently and the technology and systems they used seemed old fashioned. I read reviews for his clinic on several sites. The reviews were either great or horrible. I wish Id gone with my gut before investing four months, well over a thousand miles driven, and several thousand dollars spent.Dr. Bachus himself is very nice. He seems to truly want to help. However, as previously mentioned, his techniques and equipment seem outdated, even from a lay persons point of view. His front office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. After three months of treatment, and being told our insurance was being billed, his office called and infromed us we owed nearly $2k because our insurance coverage had changed and our treatments were no longer covered. In checking with our insurance, my husband learned our coverage for this type of treatment had not changed in over three years and had it changed, the insurance wouldve notified us (which they didnt, leading us to believe Dr. Bachus office was misinformed).During my second and third IUIs, a nursing student performed my procedures. While nice, she was extremely novice and hurt me numerous times during the procedure. Another nurse performed one of my ultrasounds when Dr. Bachus wasnt in and discovered something concerning. Dr. Bachus had me come back the following day and told me what he thought the issue was. I reminded him that it was something hed found the month before. He flipped back thru my chart and did some reading. Then he admitted he hadnt looked that far back and what the nurse found had been addressed the previous month. When our first course of treatment didnt work out, Dr. Bachus suggested we take a break and then regroup. However, having had cancer, I felt like my time was very limited and did not want to take a break. I called to schedule a regroup and new ultrasound and was told we could not be seen for another eight days. I ended up talking to a nurse, after the receptionist, and was told the same thing. I again explained that I didnt wish to wait and asked to have a brief phone conference with Dr. Bachus. The nurse told me he simply didnt have time to even call me. She told me shed reviewed my chart and based on her experience, there werent many options left for me. She said she doubted Dr. Bachus would want to give me any higher doses of injectible meds or explore a different course of treatment. Now I fully understand there are others in my same boat who need the clinics attention. But to not only be told that there was not even time for a phone call and that my options had been exhaused, by a nurse, was the last straw. My husband and I have decided to utilize CCRM. Just after my phone consult with them, Im already more confident that Im now (finally) making a good decision for my care. While I dont know what my future holds for my fertility, I do know my time with Dr. Bachus clinic was a total waste. How I wish I had followed not only my gut instinct about this clinic but also some of the reviews Id read after my consultation.

Awful doctor. Bills for everything and anything and they dont tell you about it ahead of time. Then when they finally send the bill they expect to be paid within a week. Ridiculous. The doctor isnt so bad but the rest of the staff is rude and inconsiderate. They dont listen to you and treat you like garbage over the phone.
