Awesome experience with Dr. Loury and staff - came here for chronic tonsillitis and they scheduled surgery and took care of me in a matter of weeks. No complications so far; Id been suffering for years and it feels good to not be sick and have my energy back. Great place, extremely competent surgeon - I cannot recommend Dr. Loury enough.Dont be afraid to go here to get your problems sorted out.

Excellent doctor (I saw Dr. Loury), and excellent staff. They stay busy, but worth the wait. Good people. Very professional.I did have some very minor issues with the way a few small things were handled, but these are people (very busy people at that), and people are imperfect.I had a tonsillectomy, and sinus related issues handled with my procedure today. Im pleased with how thorough he was. Im a little conflicted over their choice in hospital, but overall very happy with my care so far.These are very busy people, with a dense schedule. Show a little patience. Theyre worth it and I assure you youre in good hands.

Dr. Loury and Dr. Phillips are excellent in their fields. Ive been seeing audiologists and ENT specialists since I was 4 years old, and this clinic is simply top notch. Their care is spot on. Their diagnoses are quick and accurate, and their treatment is effective. They both work to stay current in new technology in their fields, attending workshops out of town regularly to be informed. Dr. Galloway has also been extremely helpful and knowledgable in her care. Im most thankful for their care and the ability I now have to hear better with my cochlear implant specifically because of Dr. Phillips recommendation to get the implant. Best care anywhere!

I had a tonsillectomy with dr laury, and he did a good job...the office secluded me for a post op appointment 10 days later, my husband took time off work to take me to this apartment because I am on pain meds and we are an hour away from the doctors office. I get a call 2 hours before my appointment saying they can not see me, because there PA is out sick. I explained my situation and she says theres nothing we can do today but we can reschedule u for Monday. I explained that my husband could not take anymore time off work because he had already taken several days to care for me after my surgery, she was still unwilling to help me, so I said thats fine but if I develop a infection or if I am not healing properly I will be sure to bring a lawsuit. she then said fine and hung up on me. then I get a call five minutes later saying because of the frustration u have shown we can see you today and now I feel like I now cant trust them with my health she couldnt make an exception when it was solely about my health but she was willing to help after I threatened a lawsuit when I informed her of this she said well if that is your choice... and then hung up on me for a second time. so now Im left with no follow up to make sure Im healing properly I have never been treated this way the lack of professionalism and the disregard for my health was completely shocking..Needless to say Im very disappointed and I would not recommend for anyone to go to this office ever they got my insurance money from the surgery and have no use for me anymore..and the sadness thing is there is nothing I can do about that... so much for the hippocratic oath to do no harm...they might not care how I heal but my husband and three boys definitely do...

I had some persistent tooth infection issues that the dentists Ive seen (and been treated by) seemed unable to fix. So, I went looking for an ENT doctor. I heard good things about Dr. Mark Loury from my wifes friend. I saw him today. I was very favorably impressed. He was...- Very helpful to get me an appointment quickly- Very systematic and empathetic in his approach to my problem- Able to speak simply and yet convey the full scope of his take on my problem and the two possible solutions.- Funny at the right times.So, I am following his simple advice and if my infected sinus cavity needs some slicing and dicing, Im definitely going to go back and have him do the work.Five stars.Richard
