Do not bring your child here or to their subsidiary All About Hearing to get their hearing tested. My two year old had to wait 45 minutes to be seen because the receptionist was helping someone with a billing question and she couldnt be bothered to be interrupted to check us in. Then the person conducting the hearing test told us we were late and that our appointment would have to be shorter because of that. She did nothing to make this a less scary experience for a toddler-- everything was quick and without explanation. At the end, through his screaming and crying, she determined that he had mild hearing loss. We then took him to Childrens Hospital for a second opinion and the experience (and results from the test) could not have been more different. At Alpine ENT/All About Hearing they are not familiar with how to interact with toddlers.

I have seen many doctors and from my experience, Dr. Robertson is by far the most honest, caring, skilled and empathetic doctor I could have ever hoped for. He has made me feel cared for as an individual when I had only felt like another number to some other doctors. My incision is healing nicely and I appreciate your proactive help with my health. Thank you, Dr. Robertson!Side note: Along with many of the other reviewers here, I do have to confirm that calling the office can be quite tedious and time consuming. You never get someone to answer the phone, it is only ever a call back. I have received the call backs, and the care I was seeking, but it can be frustrating that the reception is not answering calls in the first place. If this phone issue was addressed and resolved, there would be nothing to complain about :)

Dr Hyde is a fantastic, caring doctor who actually knows what he’s doing! These people are literally impossible to get a hold of. When at the office they take good care of you, they are kind and they want to help. But when calling to reschedule an appointment or make an appointment they literally never answer their phone. I have left over 10 messages with them over the last year and have not received one call back. I even had my wife call a few times in addition to me: and they won’t call us back. I am assuming they treat us differently because we are on Medicaid, hopefully those who enable them to make the money they want get treated better... I’d definitely look into a different place you you are on Medicaid

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Quinn (and Dr. Gill). Dr. Quinn is an exceedingly skilled doctor and surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He was extremely generous and gracious about fitting me in for surgery during a busy time of year. I am overjoyed with the results of my surgery (my hearing is back!). Dr. Gill was woken in the middle of the night to tend to my mom at the ER who was visiting at the time. So kind - great care.

My Mom was referred to this practice for an evaluation. Her doctor sent the referral twice and I have made more phone calls trying to get an appt than I care to count. No one has ever called us back. You can never speak to a live person....you wait on hold and then go directly to voice mail. I wonder if Medicare and the State of Colorado Medical Board know that patients do not have access to care?? They have no interest obviously in helping patients in the community. About a month ago I had an appointment on the books. They called the day before to let me know that something had come up with the doctor and they needed to cancel my appointment. No big deal at all, I totally understand that things come up. I was unable to reschedule right away as I was heading in for a surgery that was going to have me out of commission for a while.Fast forward a month: I have been calling them and calling them to try to reschedule. The phone rings and rings but no one ever answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message to have someone call you back. Poor way to run a business. Ill be going somewhere else for my care.

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff were all quite rude that I encountered. The front desk receptionist was very impatient and never gave me any forms to fill out, which I later learned meant they had no patient details for me so the second office had to back track and find the forms for me. The nurse could have cared less what I was saying and she was even questioning me when I shared how I got my hearing loss. (Im not lying, Im telling you what happened to me, why react like you think Im weird???) My evaluation was very brief with the doctor and he quickly said I have hearing loss and asked what I wanted to do. I literally just learned I have diagnosed hearing loss I am not prepared to know how my treatment plan should go I assumed they would properly explain the significance of my hearing loss, and go into detail that would help me decide what my care should be. Also, I never got a bill until 6 months after my visit and when I received it today, it said my payment was due 3 days from now. Their phone systems have been down for months, there is a statement on their website saying so, so I cant even try to pay over the phone. And their online payment portal isnt working either. The final point is, I went to a second ENT in Denver for second opinion and they listened to my situation, tested my hearing and were SHOCKED that the first ENT did not insist on an MRI bc my hearing loss is characteristic of tumor caused hearing loss. Not only are they rude but they are not thorough in their assessment and care which could lead to serious consequences. I havent written a review like this ever before but I would urge everyone to not use this ENT.

My visit was to see Dr. Robertson. Staff was good and Dr. Robertson was professional to a point. I explained to Dr. Robertson my medical issues Ive been having with my Tracheostomy hurting, bleeding, infections and in and out of UCHealth Hospital in Greeley and how another ENT Doctor that I was seeing had done multiple surgeries and on one of those surgeries I had a Thyroplastry done, but was done INCORRECTLY by Dr Thomas Peterson. I told Dr Robertson that I went to get a second opinion from another ENT which was Dr. Gupta at Front range ENT and found the mistake Dr. Peterson did on my Thyroplastry surgery. Dr. Robertson went back to read my medical records and after a while came back Padded me on the back and told me I was right about the Thyroplastry surgery that Dr. Thomas Peterson did thats why Im having all these complications. But Dr. Robertson also told me that They are trained to read between the lines I told Dr. Robertson that I didnt understand. Dr. Robertson told me that he read the notes from my visits at UCHealth Hospital ER. They had put my down as a addict seeking pain medication. I told Dr. Robertson to put all that findings on paper cause I was going t pursue llegal actions. Dr. Robertson told me I cant do that. But I can correct your Thyroplastry. I was so mad. Cause Ive been in a coma, in and out of ICU, in and out of ERs, my life has changed for the worst, my health is getting worse everyday, bleeding, pain, swelling, infections, and hard to breath. seen multiple doctors. And not one Doctor can figure out why my throat swells up and closes my air way. But they sure understand how to charge and collect their money. Dr. Robertson was professional and will tell you how it is. But I didnt like that he didnt want to expose another Doctors mistake by putting it down on paper.

Very poor customer experienceMy wife recently had sinus surgery here. The doctor was very good but the office staff was extremely poor. It is obvious that the staff is overloaded. You cannot call the clinic without waiting for 10 plus minuets. You are put into a queue with one or two callers ahead of you. Even with one caller you can wait 5 plus minutes. Also, our clinic was located in Fort Collins and the person taking the calls is located in Loveland. So it was difficult to talk with anyone in the Fort Collins office. When it came to scheduling my wife’s surgery that was a real hassle. The scheduler takes care of six doctors and because of that we had great difficulty trying to connect with her one on one. She was never available when we call and she always left a message when she called. It took four or five days to schedule my wife’s surgery when it should have only taken one.For her follow up appointment we had an email from the clinic that it was 1 PM. We were required to check in at the front desk and wait in our car for a call. When we did not get a call for almost 40 minutes we went in to ask when my wife would be seen and was told her appointment was for 1:30 PM. This was just two days after we had received the email saying the appointment was for 1 PM. So we waited in a hot car, the outside temperature was 86 degrees, for 40 minutes because the appointment was changed without our knowledge. By the way the reason we had to wait in the heat was because they were not allowing people in there waiting room. The chairs in the waiting room are turned so you cannot sit in them. Also, the receptionist at the front desk was very abrupt. Watching her for 10 plus minutes she was obviously very busy and overloaded based on the way she treated us. This seem to be consistent throughout this clinic, totally overloaded staff which gave us the poor customer experience we had.

The nurse that was with me when i woke from the anesthesia was not compassionate in the slightest and when I wanted to bring my water to the bathroom she ripped it out of my hand and said I couldnt and needed to get dressed right there. When I went in to the post op, Andrea was extremely reluctant to give us any more pain medicine and told us to hope for a christmas miracle in response to my pain. When she finally did give us a refill she overlooked that the first prescription, which was 30 pills for SEVEN days, would not even last 7 days and i was out within three days, had to go to the ER on christmas eve because of her incompetence. Still have not been able to get my prescription, until tomorrow The front desk staff were very nice and Dr.Gill was also nice, but every other person we talked to had rude behavior. My partner had an appointment and the office ended up closing that day, but they didn’t call to cancel or give us any warning at all. They just showed up and saw the closed sign on the door. So I then left a voicemail to have them call me back to find out why I’m being cancelled on. No call back for three days. I called several other times during that three days and every time I make progress in the waiting line I get sent to the voicemail box automatically and have to start all over. So far worst possible customer experience (and yes a patient is a customer). I have been referred to the clinic by my GP and have called twice to make an appointment. The first time a recording told me there were 3 people ahead of me; 15 minutes later (and yes I too have a life and things to do) there was magically only one person ahead of me; yay for them they helped two people in 15 minutes. End finally in sight and abruptly I was thrown into voicemail. Not happy at this point as I would have left a voicemail at the beginning if that is what I had wanted to do. So I left a message asking them to call back so I could make an appointment and haven’t heard from them a week later. Granted one of those days was Thanksgiving but most were not.So I steeled myself this morning to try again. Called, rang about 10 times, got the recording that there were 8 people ahead of me (at their solve rate I would be on the phone at least an hour waiting to talk to someone), so I decided to try voicemail again. No surprise, mailbox is full.I imagine docs don’t make as much as they used to, squeezed by insurance and operation costs but I’m pretty sure they make a ton more than most of their patients/customers and they could really dig a little deeper into their pockets and hire another person to answer the flippin phone. Being the CONSUMER I am I will try to get a referral to another doctor who actually realizes that their patients’ time is valuable also and that they are not just ordering a pizza but are probably not well.

Not to mention didnt take the time to read the comments from my personal doctor. He referred me to get allergy testing, (which omg I could have done that prior to today and been ready to go). But nope, now I have to drive another four hours to their clinic to get allergy tests then have my surgery(maybe). I left crying. I feel like I was shoved under the rug. And now who knows. I called my personal doctor and she was so confused why I wasnt pushed for surgery.Update: I was asked to leave this clinic by letter because of my Google review. So if you need help, dont write a review till after youve been seen and treated. I ended up having my surgery done by another doctor who I absolutely love!!!! Im so happy things with this clinic went sour. Save your money, save your time, go somewhere else. They dont care if you left crying or how bad they treat you. They happened to have an opening for me today (just got the results yesterday).I went in for the appointment, but ran into an issue with my insurance. They were not able to find an active plan for me with my card. This was in no way their fault, it was the fault of my insurance not letting me know there had been a change. Bless their hearts at the front, as they got to watch me burst into tears when I thought Id have to be a cash pay patient and then storm out.I called my insurance and straightened everything out, and called and apologized and gave my new info and wanted to reschedule. They asked how far away I was, and ended up working me back into the schedule 30 minutes later.Long story short, Id strongly recommend Alpine and Dr. Hyde to anyone dealing with sinus issues. Dr. Robertson is amazing. He actually CARES and LISTENS which is unheard of in my recent experiences. I have been really impressed with the quality of care we have received from Dr. Robertson and will be recommending him and Alpine ENT to everyone I know in need of an ENT. It is so refreshing to actually find a doctor that takes a vested interest in the quality of care you receive.

I transfered my follow up after having my head and neck cancer treated at Anschutz in Aurora. Not only has my follow up with Dr. Erickson been very good, his MA and others in the office have always been helpful. This included immediate attention when I was going through 40 dives in the Hyperbaric Chamber and was experiencing difficulty in rapidly clearing my ears. He has also kept me up to date on new findings of possible long term side effects resulting from the cancer treatments. Have recommended the Practice to others

Terrible service. Was treated like a nuisance by my provider. Moved here recently and I have been dealing with regular sinusitis for the past two years and have not been able to breathe out of my nose at all the whole time. Came here only to be told that I was “fine”. If I didn’t want any help I would’ve simply not made this appointment. Now I must find someone else to help me finally be able to breathe. Waste of time.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Erickson’s since 2002, when he removed a benign tumor from my face. He was compassionate and competent and did a beautiful job; the scar is barely visible and he did all he could to mitigate the damage the mass had already done to the surrounding structures. I’ve since been treated by him for recurring sinus infections, a perforated eardrum and now allergies and chronic mastoiditis.I’m not one to post reviews like this, but I was surprised to see the low ratings and thought it only fair to share my overall positive experience for the last 16 years. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars is because the clarity of communication from the front desk & MAs about things like labs, scheduling, and follow-up care options could be improved.

Dr. Erikson and staff saved my life several years ago after a serious freaky ear infection put me in the hospital. My ear has now had six surgeries. Dr. Erikson and his staff have been wonderful, not only with me, but my whole family. Neither he nor his medical staff have ever made me feel rushed in an appointment & on many occasions he has had to explain the same thing to me numerous times until I understood it. He does not speak-down to me and still continues to discuss all options in depth with my husband & makes sure that my children understand what is happening. I still see him on a regular basis for this ear and he is as professional, caring, thorough, and humorous as he was at the very beginning of this ordeal.

I suffered a total facial blow-out. Dr. Eriksen said my face was like a pile of shattered china. I required several rounds of surgery, but the results are fantastic. Without skill like his I would have been a freak the rest of my life. He and his team are wonderful and they are good at what they do! Thank you from Mimi White

I called them this morning to get an appointment because there is drumming in my ear when I open my mouth. It creates severe headaches. I explained this to the receptionist and she said the first appointment is over two weeks away. I will NEVER call them back. Very poor customer service.

I went in..... and the doctor seemed not to listen to me. I told him i have bronchitis 7 times last year and i was leading up to my concern of my toncle that stayed large after the last time i got sick when he says well i dont do that ...youll have to tell your primary care doctor about bronchitis then i told him why i said that. feels like a bump when i swollow like im swollowing food.He said im fine. Also, when he sucked my ear out it hurt. He did say sorry when i said ouch. He adjusted my head a little rough for my liking as well. Then he said i was fine and told me to make another apointment (agian just went a week ago) with the hearing center adjointed to them in 4 months. Not a good experience.

The first time I vent to Alpine ENT for a serious case of vertigo, they were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. They did not listen to my symptoms and jumped to illogical conclusions. The second time I visted them for extremely swollen lymph nodes, I experienced the same unwelcoming environment. The nurse was very unprofessional and did not take my temperature or any of my vitals. When I saw the doctor she did not listen to my symptoms again. Both times I felt they wanted me in-and-out as fast as possible.

Dealing with Sinus issues for over 2 years and one of the worst decisions I have made is coming here to try and fix it. I am out nearly 5000 out of pocket after insurance without any improvement. In fact the issue is worse as my sense of smell has changed for the worse after the surgery. Beyond disappointed and now cant afford to see another physician.
