I have been a patient here for 31 years. I feel like they really care about my wellbeing, it’s not just about prescribing drugs or procedures. More practices should adopt this protocol.

Dr. O and supporting staff are all wonderful! Theyre always friendly and welcoming. Dr. O is one of the few around that actually takes the time to interact and listen, and is quite thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Ottolenghi.

Ive been going to MVFM for about 13 years now and love all the staff there. Everyone is so kind and they take the time to get to know you. Even better is when you call and say your name, they remember you (that could be good or bad depending on how you look at it, LOL). They really focus on you during each appointment, and Ive never felt rushed by them.

I have seen Dr. Loeb for a few years, and really like the practice a lot!! He is very knowledgeable and really listens to you. I would recommend him highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ottolinghi at Mounain View Family Medicine since 2002. Ive never had any problems with this office. They are always very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment when I need one.

I havent been impressed with the services I have been getting

I was not impressed by the doctors or administration of this practice. My experience was impersonal and focused on their billing practices, not on my personal well being.

I HAVE BEEN WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW FOR ATLEAST 7 YEARS. CURRENTLY I AM WORKING WITH LAURA MADIGAN AND FINE HER TO BE VERY KNOWLEGABLE, EASY TO TALK TO AND A GOOD LISTENER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DR. NOT FAMILIER WITH THE OTHERS BUT LIKE LAURA.

You cant get past their automated ansering to talk to a persom
