Alpha ENT is the best in northern colorado. Dr. Conlon took my tonsils out and I recovered in no time with almost no pain. He is so professional and beyond brilliant. One of my favorite things about him is that he will always give you the most honest point of view no matter what. Most doctors are super excited about new medications or things to try without considering other effects besides what the medication is meant to accomplish, but Dr. Conlon will give you an unbiased and transparent opinion stemming from his compassion for his patients. Judy at the front desk is yet another reason alone to consider trying Alpha ENT. She is the nicest lady that absolutely loves her job. She will accommodate any needs you could ever have and brighten your day while she’s at it!

Dr. Conlin is excellent, I have been seeing him almost 20 years and dont trust any other Dr. as much! The entire staff is so helpful, kind, and efficient especially Judy!

I called to get my elderly neighbor (a patient at this clinic) in because she woke up stone deaf one morning. I described what I thought the problem might be and asked if there was a doctor or midlevel who could see her right away. The person on the line simply said, “You’ll have to keep calling around,” I assumed for the “right away.” When I asked if she had any suggestions of where to take the patient, she had no idea. I hope this lack of compassion and helpfulness isn’t reflective of the doctor(s) in this practice. It is detrimental to the doctor’s practice, however.

If I could give this office more than 5 stars I absolutely would! After dealing with months of repeated sinus infections and antibiotics I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Conlon. Ms. Judy was an absolute angel and highly empathetic. Upon my first visit it was very apparent how amazing each one of the staff members are they are highly competent, timely, professional, and most importantly caring. I had surgery and am extremely happy with the results and have healed quickly the care I received has remained consistent. Ms. Judy and Dr. Conlon were so reassuring and answered any and every question I had about the surgery. I highly recommended Alpha ENT!

Ive actually come back and changed my review to only three. While I left the place happy - he ordered a CT scan over 3 weeks ago and I have called several times because Ive never gotten a call to get that done. It seems Ive just fallen through the. cracks...so, it leaves me having to go elsewhere to address my problems. It doesnt matter what a great doctor you are if you dont follow up with your patients and finish a process of helping them get better..

Ive been trying to root cause some TMJ issues, and Dr. Conlon was happy to investigate everything that I asked about, from sinus problems to sleep problems. His expertise and tests provided valuable information to me. He also went out of his way to read literature from another doctor and give me his opinion on it, at my request. As others mention, he has a great bedside manner and is really authentic to converse with. I also appreciate how kind and caring his staff is, and how organized they are -- they talked to my insurance for me and provided quotes to me for the tests I needed, and they did it in the time frame that they said they would. Would definitely return and recommend.

The front staff alone deserves 5 stars. What an awesome and friendly group of people. Dr Conlon does a good job of explaining everything making you feel comfortable. If you want a practice that makes you feel valued this is it....... I might just give myself and ear infection just to go hang out with them again.

Amazing experience! First time ever at an ENT. Dr Conlon was kind and funny, and he also made sure to explain everything (treatment, financing, etc) very clearly. Judy (front desk) was very kind and helpful as well. Highly, highly recommend.

The front desk staff is amazing; friendly and incredibly helpful. Having tonsil surgery as an adult was a daunting process and very painful but Dr. Conlon made the surgery and follow-up easy. Hes a great surgeon. Would 10/10 recommend.

I visited Dr. Conlon to provide a second opinion after having a bad experience with a different ENT in Fort Collins. Dr. Conlon listened carefully to what I had been experiencing and proceeded with a number of tests. He dictated his notes while I was in the room, which I thought was a great way to verify that what he heard from me he had captured correctly. He was equally, if not more thorough, on my subsequent visit and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful.

My elderly mother is monolingual Spanish speaking. Dr. Conlon treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. Dr. Conlons knowledge of Spanish helped ease the process. My mom hadnt heard from her left ear in 30 years and now she hears better than I do!!! Cant give Dr. Conlon and his entire staff enough praise. VERY VERY welcoming environment.

After having tonsil and throat pain for over a month and another ent kept on rescheduling I found this place and I couldnt be happier!! I was greeted by two of the sweetest ladies ever. The doctor came out and got me himself answered all my questions, had Renee set up my surgery while Judy dealt with insurance. Ive called a few times leading up to surgery and both of these wonderful women have helped to calm my fears and would answer any questions I had, never rushing me off the phone! Would recommend Alpha Ent over and over again :)

Dr. Conlon has been a life saver for me. I was diagnosed with Menieres disease and he has been one of the few doctors that actually has enough experience with this disease to make me completely at ease. He also has been great about sharing new and developing research on the disease. The office staff is amazingly friendly. Its been such a blessing to find them. I have no doubt that Im in the best hands.

I was diagnosed with a parotid tumor that was directly on my facial nerve. Dr. Conlon removed my tumor with no issues. My surgery went as smooth as possible and the incision is healing beautifully. I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Conlon and his staff. Judy and Rene are amazing - both so kind and on top of everything.

Dr. Conlon is a wonderful ENT. He has been willing to take on my issues with my ears when others have not be willing or able. He is the kindest doctor I have ever met and has so much empathy, that I know he actually feels the pain his patient is going through. If it were not for Dr. Conlon, at this point I would more than likely be deaf and life would be miserable. Dr. Conlons entire staff is great. I thoroughly love Judy! She is so sweet, sincere and always pleasant when I have an appointment. This group has become like an extended family. I am not sure how life would have been without Dr. Conlons expertise and willingness to research my issues. I will be forever thankful and grateful to Dr. Conlon and his entire staff!

Dr. Robert Conlon literally saved my life. He saw me as an emergency patient and listened to me through all the tears. He cared and worked beyond business hours and really took the time to thoroughly help me. I would not be the same person I am today without his help. You will not make a mistake seeing him-- consider yourself lucky.

We waited over an hour past the appointment time while Dr Conlon took unscheduled, non-emergent calls. He told my daughter her episodes of dizziness were most likely from too much earwax and said we should schedule a hearing test for the following week. He spent 10+ minutes at the end of the appointment talking to a tape recorder about what had happened during the visit, referencing many things he had not discussed with us. I accidentally overpaid the copay because it was our first trip to a doctor with our new insurance. When the bill came today the drs office used my overpayment toward a microscope of ear which was never done. Im not sure how this office has such high google ratings but I would highly recommend staying far away from this place.

Dr. Conlon was an absolute life saver for me. After so many bouts of sickness and strep throat I began looking into getting my tonsils out. First of all, his front desk staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful and knows people on a first name basis. Dr. Conlon looked into all the symptoms I had and helped me go down a path he saw right for me. He reassured me that my surgery would go fine and after getting a tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy my health is the best it has been in years! He was careful, caring, and honest every step of the way and I would choose to go to him over any other doctor in Fort Collins for any ENT needs anytime!

During a horrible time in my life I had horrific mouth pain. I didnt know where to turn or what to do. I went to see Dr. Sean Conlon who was able to identify that it wasnt jaw or sinus, but teeth problem. He then was able to prescribe antibiotics for me until I could see a dentist. He saw me on an emergent basis and was very attentive to my needs. I would definitely refer to him.

Im not sure how they made an experience where some potentially uncomfortable tests had to be done, be a great one! Loved Dr Conlon, so kind, compassionate and brilliant and that staff!!! Those two, Judy and Trish are scrumptious. HIghly recommend alpha ent, no frills, just great care.

Sean Conlon is the most unprofessional, inept doctor that I have ever had the displeasure to experience -- and Ive been to a lot of doctors. Both doctors (Sean and Robert) have been in trouble with the medical board. These actions were spear-headed by insurance companies, which is another issue. Consequently, when it came time for my disability review, through my private insurance company, Sean Conlon declared me no longer disabled, even though my condition was far worse than when I was put out to pasture for disability. The gist of it is, since insurance companies have targeted Sean Conlon, he chose to throw me under the bus to ingratiate himself to the company for his own benefit. My insurance was terminated. I won my appeal without an attorney. That means that the insurance company, that had a vested interest in believing Sean Conlon, chose not to, and reinstated my benefits. It took 2 years during which time I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Imagine going through a total loss of income while battling an insurance company and terminal cancer. Do not go to this doctor, he is evil. I wont even use my real name for this review, for fear of what this ruthless doctor might do.

The staff is very helpful with anything you ask. Judy is the greatest receptionist . Dr Conlon is a great ENT I had gone to 5 others and same thing nothing was wrong. After a few appointments I got frustrated and thought I was going crazy so went to Dr Conlon and told him to listen to my ear and low and behold he knew exactly what was going on! He is my hero for that.

I too have been through a lot of health problems and have had to see a lot of doctors. I found Dr. Conlon to be very kind and compassionate. He addressed my problems, helped me to sort out what was going on with my allergies and sinus issues. I have thoroughly researched all of my doctors and can say that I have seen no doctor that has had any trouble with the Medical Board and that would include Dr. Sean Conlon. I have complete trust in him and cant thank him enough for his medical decision making for me.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Sean Conlon for many years.We had been to many doctors before we finally found Dr Conlon He has helped my wife with her vertigo and kept it under control. He has helped me with my congestion problems. Dr Sean Conlon is very caring doctor. The Staff is wonderful. Judy always remembers who we are when we walk in the door . We always enjoy going into his office. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Conlon is awful. My boyes needed tubes put in their ears and he said that even tough we are bi-lingual that we should speak only in one language, so we decided on English. I wish that I never listened to him, because now my boys do not know our original first language.

My Mom sees Dr Conlon she is speaking Spanish patient and he does so good on speaking back to her on her needs. He has helped her for a few years now and I would recommend him for bilingual Spanish speaking patients.

Like the doctor and the staff, they have one of the more reasonable rates around for a sleep study.

THIS DOCTOR AND STAFF ARE DEFINITELY, IN!!We came to Dr. Conlons office after my wife had suffered a severely fractured nose and needed reconstructive surgery. Our first encounter was by phone with Judy, who is as kind and compassionate a person as you could ever hope to talk with. She was able to arrange our seeing Dr. Conlon immediately (which, was somewhat imperative) and, managed our insurance issues effortlessly.When we arrived, Dr. Conlon HIMSELF came to the waiting area to escort us to the exam room. (Weve NEVER had a Dr. do that!) Dr. Conlon is a very gentle, focused and extremely intelligent man. You cannot help but immediately get the sense that he is extraordinary in his field and, takes his responsibilities as a professional and CARE-GIVER, VERY SERIOUSLY. This IS NOT AN OFFICE WHERE YOU ARE TREATED AS JUST A NUMBER OR, AN ACCOUNT. This office seems to remember that you are a real person. We were particularly stunned to learn, post-surgery, that Dr. Conlon would be answering his after office hours calls himself and, returning any calls, if needed, to his patients ~ this, over the 4th of July weekend, no less!Over subsequent follow-up visits, we also learned that Dr. Conlon, if asked, would provide shockingly honest opinions to health care questions. Most Dr.s will give (kind of) P.C. answers...not this Dr. He says what he feels is the TRUTH. (We also discovered that he has delightfully rye, intelligent sense of humor.)All around, this is an office with some old school values of genuine concern for their patients and a humanity that is so rarely seen in physicians offices these days. Should you be in need of ENT services, you could hardly go wrong with this office or, the staff. Very highly recommended!

I cant even begin to say what an amazing place this office is. I am from cheyenne and i had gone to 2 doctors and a specialist here but no one took the time to see me...i lodt my voice for three months and almost lost my job and you guys saved my life. Thank you thank you

Dr. Conlon and his staff are very friendly and professional. He has treated me for sleep apnoea and for allergies. My wife suffered from severe food allergies for years. Dr. Conlon was the only doctor who actually listened to her, and has been able to treat her when the other allergists could not. After many years of suffering, she now has her allergies under control.

Dr colon made sure l had exactly the kind of care l deserved.
