Divine Dermatology is the best doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. The atmosphere is calming, and beautiful. The waiting room feels like you are in a spa. It’s so cozy. This is not your average doctors office. It is warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is extremely nice, and helpful. They listen and truly care about their patients. I have been in and out of doctors offices multiple times a week since 2016. It’s very easy for me to recognize the difference between good and bad doctors. I was absolutely blown away by Divine Dermatology. Before I went to her office, I saw three dermatologists in the Denver area. They refused to touch my skin, and medically gaslighted me into thinking it was a psychological issue. Finally, I was recommended to Dr. Divine by a friend. I drove from Denver to Fort Collins to see her. As you can imagine, I was nervous that the same thing would happen. But right when I stepped in the door, I knew this was unlike any doctors office I have ever been inside. The nurses smiled at me, treated me with respect, listened to me, and even complimented my shoes. Then I entered the private room where I would be seen. The room was extremely spacious, and comforting. Beautiful art hung on the wall, the chair intended for the patient to sit in was extremely comfortable. The nurse came in and listened to me intently, she took pictures of my skin, and documented my concerns. When Dr. Divine came in, I understood why the nurses were so happy to be at work. She smiled at me, her positive energy radiated throughout the whole room. She touched my skin, and diagnosed the issue in under ten minutes. Then she prescribed me a medication that changed my life, that no doctor had ever mentioned to me before. She prescribed me three creams, and another medication. She took a biopsy just in case. For the first time in my life, I felt cared for by a medical professional. Most importantly, I felt safe and comfortable. She did not rush the appointment. She took her time and addressed every issue. In the past, three dermatologists dismissed me for an entire year, refusing to even touch my skin, wincing they saw my face, and told me it was ‘all in my head.’ I cannot even describe the blatant differences between my previous dermatologists, and Dr. Divine. But now that I know how patient are supposed to be treated, I will never settle for anything less. Because of Dr. Divine, my skin disorder has improved tremendously, my acne has improved tremendously, and my respect of medical professionals has increased. As frustrating as the medical system in America is, I finally found the help I needed for my skin. I finally left a doctors office feeling happy, cared for, and satisfied. I cannot recommend Divine Dermatology enough. There’s a reason why she has more than one location. There’s a reason why her patients trust her. There’s a reason why her staff are happy at work. The feelings of safety and comfort are hard to describe, you have to experience it for yourself. It doesn’t matter if you live in Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, or Colorado Springs. The drive will be worth it, I promise you.

This is the worst Dermatology place that I have ever been to! In Aug. I had a procedure done that they said would heal in two to seven days and they would charge $150.00. It took 3 to 4 weeks to heal, they did not provide any care instruction during my visit, they just took my payment of $180.00 and pushed me out the door. Now. I am getting double billed for the same procedure! I called them in Sept. and they said they would take care it, now in Oct. I received another bill for the same procedure!

Rush as all hell. First the MA took me back without letting me finishing my forms. Then she never gave them back for me to finish and somehow she thought she could finish them for me... without asking me.. because she knows all about me right? I said something to the guy checking me out at the end and he gave me back the forms and nodded at me, like secretly acknowledging there’s an issue with the employee. When the doctor came in for all of 4 minutes, it was completely rushed, I didn’t feel it was very thorough and i was uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t feel like I could ask a question ... and of course and MA was in the room too.. rushing everything. BUT! when I asked about Botox, doctor sat down and was all interested in that, prices for that are $3 per unit higher than anywhere else by the way. When I called to make the appointment they told me “bring payment and be ready to pay before you’re seen” well I asked them if they ran my insurance and how much I would have to pay . They said they would have to call my insurance and will call me day before and let me know what my part is , ok sure no problem. Well, they never called. When I got there and when I checked out they still didn’t call my insurance. So how do you know how much I should have to pay? They wanted me to wait 20 mins in the lobby while they called for that, I had a conference call and needed to leave. that day, the guy up front called me FOUR times, and never left me a message. Then proceeded to call me SEVEN times within 4 days, leave a message only once. I eventually had to block the number. Just leave me a message and tell me how much I have to pay, don’t keep harassing me!! Or better yet, send me a flipping bill. Got the Bill in the mail yesterday and paid it today. I won’t be going back!!! Horrible.

Dr Divine listened carefully to my concerns, then completed the procedure quickly and with minimal discomfort. The support staff were professional, very efficient and friendly. The care I received was exceptional - thank you!

I had a great experience with the Doctor and staff. They were friendlyand very pleasant. They had me in and out quickly. The doctor explain everything to me in a way I can understand. I would highly recommend thispractice to anyone.

Front end staff need some intense coaching around customer service. Absolutely unacceptable to speak with patients so condescendingly. My experience with Dr. Devine was positive, unfortunately I’ll be taking my business elsewhere due to how I’m treated by the front end weather I call or upon arrival.

The front desk staff at check in were rude and unhelpful. The office required a full payment at check out rather than waiting to see what insurance would cover. My sons prescription wasnt sent to the pharmacy, so there was the hassle of calling back and forth to get it sent in. I would not recommend Dr. Divine based on her ancillary staffs attitude and lack of kind helpfulness. She seemed nice enough

Worst Dermatologist Ive ever visited. dont be fooled with the good vibes and the interaction at the end of the day you are going to be prescribed Accutane no matter whats the cause of your skin problem. I visited her because people told me she can actually help and she is good at it. I was fooled with how cheerful she looked at the first appointment but when she saw my skin and blood tests she did not know a single cause of my acne and started throwing in unrelated causes. she immediately said let us start on Accutane when she knew the harsh side effects that it can have on my body. at first I went along with it because she might actually be right. The first month went by with normal dosage of 40mg then she saw elevation in my bad cholesterol and liver enzymes and started me on a double dose really!. every month it is the same reason she looks at my skin she sees pimples coming up with no reason and she sees an increase in my bad cholesterol and liver test but she never cared. had a lot of joint problems, mood swings, rashes some time but guess its a win for big pharma and her to suck you dry without caring for your wellbeing. Did I forget to mention? you are as good as your insurance! once that is almost gone you are in the backseat of answering any questions or concerns. she does not give a single minute of her time to answer any of the questions you might actually have, and if she did it would be 3-4 days.would really recommend people paying close attention to her way of treatment and not so clear answers than the sugar coated, fake smile fishing net they throw at you to sign with them.If there was a system with negative stars scale, I would do that instead

Absolutely love this doctor! Shes such a kind, gentle, thorough provider, and has a very nice office staff. So nice to actually be seen by a dermatologist in a timely manner (not having to wait weeks for appointments) AND not be passed around from PA to PA, unlike some other offices in town. She was upfront about the cost and there was no pressure to make decisions. The staff were fantastic and helpful, and they made sure that I had all my questions answered before I left. Dr. Divine was the definition of divine! I went to another dermatologist and was told to take the “wait and see” approach to a sizable lump that had formed on my forehead. I was beside myself because it was aesthetically unpleasant and worried about the possibility of cancer. Dr. Divine made me feel comfortable, asked the right questions and treated me immediately with amazing results. The lump has now dissipated and I’m so grateful as a new mom that just gave birth to an infant that I don’t have to worry about this anymore. Her office is gorgeous, too!! My wife took the afternoon off of work to bring my son to an appointment he had waited weeks to get. They arrived 10 minutes early for a 2:30 appointment, filled out the required paperwork and waited 40 minutes. past the appointment time. At 3:10 a young receptionist informed my wife that the doctor had left at 3:00 for a prior engagement. When my wife questioned the doctors employee, the young woman went behind the receptionist desk and slammed the door. My wife is a former pharma rep. She has been in hundreds of medical offices. This is the most unprofessional office shes ever visited.

My family LOVES Divine Dermatology! My mom has been complaining of skin spots for years and years so I told her to give Dr. Divine a call. Her procedure was so easy and she cannot believe her results. I also had a friend go in for fillers and after seeing her results Im going to make an appointment for myself. Also, I went in to get some annoying skin tags removed. This place is great whether youre looking to get a mole check or a beauty procedure. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I had been experiencing severe cystic like acne since my high school days and throughout college I couldn’t find any solution or product that would help! I seeked help and nothing seemed to work. A couple months have passed and since my first appointment with this Dr. and my face hasn’t felt this healthy since my middle school days. My confidence has been boosted but more importantly my skin feels so healthy and I can’t thank these people enough!

I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Divine! Being new to NoCo and having had previously been treated for squamous cell carcinoma with Mohs surgery, it was important to me to find another Mohs surgeon for skin checks. Dr. Divine is so personable and thorough with her exams and diagnosis. Her staff is equally amazing. I’m not only focused on skin cancer prevention, but also on reversing some of the sun damage caused over the 50 years. Dr Divine has performed laser on my face, neck and chest with great results.
