1 star for the woman receptionist who was genuinely nice and seemed happy to reschedule me twice because I live 3 hours away in Wyoming. I’ll keep this short. I was seen for something completely different than what I needed addressed. I ended up with stitches which by the way we’re removed a bit too soon. As if this issue wasn’t already affecting my self esteem/body image, the hole in my neck definitely does now. There was really no communication, or education, or even suggestions for the issue I was presenting. The prescribed cream that she mentioned twice was never sent to the pharmacy. Do your research, spend your money somewhere else.

I went in looking for help with a large bump and infection on my forearm. The bump has been slowing growing for 2 years. I have also been working with another doctor for arthritis in my elbows at a different location. When I visited here, I wasnt given the time of day. Maybe 5 minutes. She left and googled bursitis... literally googled. (By the way this bump is in my forearm, not my elbow....sigh). She gave me a written prescription and literally said if you think you have an infection go ahead and Id this.....sigh again. I also asked her about some excema I have. She said she would definitely get me a prescription. She also said she would follow up with my other doctor to cordinate.After the amazing 5 minutes she got up and started leaving, I asked when the prescription for excema would be filled and she walked into another room. As I was checking out, the front desk said when does the doctor want to see you again. Well she didnt say. Its been a month and a half now. By the way I had to go to ER the next day because my forearm was so bad. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I want to thank Dr. Lillis and his team for his exceptional care and attention to detail in regards to my skin. From booking to my appointment to check out, my experience was well organized and friendly. Their new office exudes sophistication and matches the level of knowledge and care by the doctors and staff. I have been to many dermatology offices over the years and this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend this office and look forward to future visits.

I was not even giving an exam of my face I went there because I thought maybe I had rosacea or cystic acne. The doctor gave me no exam. she said shoot I dont have my microscope so I cant even look under there to see if you have mites or anything like that associated with rosacea.I was referred there by a doctor and payed a copay. Today I received in the mail a bill of 123 dollars for what a sample package of Cetaphil sunscreen. Dont go there the doctor does not know what shes doing I got nothing out of the appointment but a sample stupid waste of money

I have been so, so happy with Dr. Lillis and how well he was able to hand my dad’s mohs surgery. When we were looking for a dermatologist were referred to Dr. Lillis by a friend. From the start to post surgery visits he was great to work with. He took the time to talk to my dad and get to know him on a personal level. Hos entire staff has been so wonderful. If youre looking for a great local dermatologist who is the real deal, go see him!

I called to make an appointment, but unfortunately they didnt accept my insurance (which was fine). I was willing to pay out of pocket, but the receptionist refused to schedule me an appointment. Glad my money isnt going there.

We are here for my husband’s work and needed treatment for a Sebaceous cyst. Dr. Caufield saw me yesterday and I couldn’t have had a more professional, wonderful experience. Her nurse was top notch and I could not be any more pleased or thankful this office is here in Ft Collins.

I have been here multiple times for numerous skin issues, and the entire staff is always friendly, quick to get me in for an appointment, and really helpful in getting me in quickly when my schedule is tight. I have seen Dr. Caufield each time, and she really takes the time to listen, get to know me, and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this business!

Dr. Lillis treated my son for a small skin issue. Most importantly, the care and attention we received from Dr. Lillis was nothing short of outstanding. Further, his staff was professional and welcoming. Dr. Lillis is now our trusted family dermatologist.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Caufield, but some of her staff have made me decide to go elsewhere. My husband and I had separate appointments at the same time. Everything was great for me until I walked out to make my follow up appointment. One of the MAs was glaring at me. I’ve never seen her before so I was a bit taken back. When I met back up with my husband after his appt he tells me his MA was exceptionally rude to him and slammed the door on him at one point, which he mentioned to the doctor at the time. The doctor had also asked that MA to get my husband a quote including pathology and when she brought it it didn’t have that info. When he asked about it she rudely said I’m not a pathologist. I’m assuming this glaring MA was one and the same. But, my experience was good so far so I let it go though my husband didn’t want to go back. I was later told some blood work orders would be set up. Two days after I was told that, I went to the agreed upon lab company and they had no record of me. I called the office and was told to leave a voicemail for the nurse. I did so, but didn’t hear back for two and a half business days which is longer than the voicemail message says to give. These orders are for blood work before I start taking my needed medication so I wanted to get going on this. So I call again and explain what I’m looking for. She says I faxed those orders this morning. No apology for not letting me know, no apology for not having done it when it was expected, no apology for not getting back to me when they said they would. I asked her to tell the Dr I would be seeking care elsewhere. There are too many choices to put up with staff like this.

Dr. Cauffield made me very comfortable and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She gave me several options to try to help with my skin, then gave me a timeline that I can expect this process to follow. Shes fantastic!!

Both Dr. Lillis and Dr. Caufield are in my opinion the best dermatologists in Fort Collins. I dont know of another dermatologist in area that I would trust any issue related to skin with.

This place IS HORRIBLE! It took 6 months of me constantly calling to get my personal payment back. The receptionist insulted my age, lied to me, and strung me along about getting my refund back for months and was too incompetent to do her job. DO NOT GO HERE because they dont know what theyre doing. I like the doctor but the staff is so unprofessional. Keep your hand on your wallet and go elsewhere.

Dr. Lillis is an expert at dermatology, but more specifically with skin cancer. Several members of my family have benefited from his great care.
