Great staff and Dr. Rupp is talented and caring. Virtually painless visit

I came in. The dentist Dr Gartland(i think) was supposed to do a filling, but instead he took out my existing filling to put in a new one. When originally i had explained my bad genetics with teeth. i told him i wanted it removed because they even told me there was no point in saving the tooth. however he’s the dentist. i let him work. and walked away in agonizing pain.Therefore had to come in for a second day in a row because of the mistakes they made. When i came in they proceeded to tell me it may be my responsibility to pay for the mistakes that THEIR dentist made. and then they told me that removing the tooth would be best. as i originally suggested before going through all this extra work.I walked away with pain and incorrect fillings and I may be required to pay for the extra work. what a jokeDR GARTLAND IS THE WORSTHEALTH DISTRICT DENTAL IS THE WORSTsincerely patient kolby moyer

I have had a lot of work done and everyone here has been so wonderfulI just talked to Heather on the phone today and it was a beautiful experience.

The people are nice, but it really only seems like they do treatment, not really the diagnosis. I went in with a bad tooth and left with a bad tooth and a recommendation from the doctor to keep my appointment with the dental school in Denver to find out what was wrong. Only go here if you already know what you need done.

This office really cares about the people they serve. It is an amazing place to go for help from dental needs to prescription cost help. Thanks for all the help you provide to the cost assistance community.

The lady at the reception desk was the most helpful woman that Ive ever met in my life. She seemed genuinely concerned about how I was feeling and how bad my tooth hurt me and how it was affecting my life. She answered every question that I had in detail. It gave me an appointment that fit my schedule and definitely fit my budget. Im going back tomorrow and well ride another review on how they did but as of right now 5 stars I wish I could give them 10.

I have being going to the Health District for my dental work for years. Dr Lenox, Bev the hygienist and ALL of the staff are wonderful here! They make getting dental work done a lot less stressful! I just love the atmosphere from the moment I walk in! 😁

The most uncaring dentistry I have ever been to. The dentist wouldnt help me with my pain by painkillers...but the ER Did!/Next day why cant the receptionist answer the phone!!!?????/next 2 days no one called me back when I was told someone would to set up an appointment(s). BAd bad place to go

DONT EVER GO HERE. EVER. (Front customer service is impeccable.) The rest of the clinic, meh. :( The $$$ interview is a rude and too intrusive process (L.) when I already gave my insurance info. Then referred me out which cost a fortune, and THEN they used up my $1000 yearly allotment on 2 unnecessary teeth, not the important ones causing me pain! And THEN, audacity to send me a $300 bill. Which I cant pay.

This office staff, as well as the medical staff treated me better than I have ever been treated by anyone accepting Medicaid. They cared deeply about my pain and specific situation. Both the dentist and office staff wanted to be sure I was not going to spend the weekend in unbareable pain. I am incredibly thankful this is the office I visited.

Terrible staff, unhelpful. And they only care about money, truthfully. Horrible

I was refurde here for my 2 year. I called made an appointment for my 2 year old. Then when I show up after being there for 30 min. I am told they wont see him because I brought my baby (I wasnt told I couldnt bring her) and they dont really see 2 year olds. This would have been helpful information on the phone when I made the app.
