I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Elevations Credit Union. Even when I have had to file disputes because of incorrect charges on my card, they have handled everything quickly and efficiently.

I have been with Elevations for 10 years now and highly recommend them for both personal and business. My experience with them runs from personal checking to auto loans, (4 in the past 10 years), and they have been extremely professional. While have used other banks during this time for my businesses, I finally moved all of them to Elevations because of their professionalism and great customer service. The Harmony road, Fort Collins branch has incredible customer service, they are always friendly, prompt and courteous in handling my numerous accounts.

These people are incredible. They loan thousands of dollars to an 18 year old on an obvious scam. Every other bank has the integrity to tell young people when there is a scam. I have seen other banks help people. But these people. Who work here. They will gladly aid scammers in hurting young people. My little sister was scammed and the scammers knew that these awful people would help him. The scammers named this company specifically because somehow they knew that this credit union would aid in the scam.

They are not returning my call. Go ahead and use Blue Credit Union for better rates and better customer experience.

They do not have anybody that can figure this I guess I was denied !!! said it was do there rules. Will never use them again!!! Went to a mortgage co in Denver CLOSED in 15 days end of story

Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a bank. I spoke to two CS people today and both threw an attitude with me. I hate this bank and would never hold an account with them if they didn’t have my mortgage. I will be looking to move it in the future, just to get out of banking with them.

Furious. Elevations wouldnt approve my application for a car loan as my credit is in repair. This is completely understandable. They never got back to me to let me know I wasnt approved, not understandable. Finally called two weeks later. Instead went through Bellco and have been making payments through Elevations to Bellco with their banking network without issue ever since, until today.Firstly, I have never had to use my ID at this branch to make my payment to Bellco. I have given them my account number and password. They then would take my deposit and make my payment. Today I was asked for my ID. As I am waiting for the exceedingly slow government to mail a new one to me, mine is expired. Happy birthday! They would not take my payment. They would happily take my money for a deposit but would not pass it on to Bellco. I have evidence of my making payments on multiple occasions in their computer. I have been a customer for years.I have established my identity enough for them to take my money. There is zero logical basis for this occurance.The manager simply directed me to CUNA as the rule setters and said complaining to them would get me nowhere and that there was nothing he could do. For him, this is lazy. A redirect of the problem to some faceless institution. Customer service score is zero. Opportunity for massive improvement. This is the problem with banks as a whole today. They set rules with zero basis in reality and then proceed to disregard customer service as they are of the opinion that you cant do anything anyhow so why should they make an effort to provide understanding. The manager had no good explanation so passed the buck. If only he would have passed my actual bucks. Instead, Google CUNA and maybe do online banking transfers. Any offer to walk me through that? Nope, otherwise this would be a four star review about positive customer service and fixing a problem.That banks are the be all and end all is no longer fact. Anyone reading this please look into BLOCK CHAIN technology. It is time to remove the banks as intermediaries. They add no value and only slow down the process while taking a small cut. Make the Mafia look small and tame.After eight years here I would like to suggest readers of this review to consider banking elsewhere. However, as piles of crap go, Elevations is one of the least smelly. Home State Bank was great too, well see how Guaranty Bank is as the new owner.In conclusion, it is sad. I remember a time when banks had great customer service and were very personable with the goal of helping themselves by helping you.Get your act together Elevations. You could be so much better!

The staff at the Harmony location are great but unfortunately the customer service beyond them (company-level) is terrible. Avoid this bank...

Never try to take care of any thing an hour before they close, you will literally be on hold until they close. 😑
