We started here a few years ago, but it was a no brainer staying when we had to open new accounts. Both times we had the pleasure of having Addison help us set up our accounts. Getting to work with Addison is honestly reason enough to stay, as he exemplified superb customer service so well, that if a teller had spit on my face on my way into his office, I would still give the branch 3/5 stars.

I love the features of my checking and savings, (FREE ATM) they also saved me so much money when I refinanced our Mortgage. Customer service has always been outstanding, every single time. Ive been with this Credit Union since 2012, I love them. The employees are amazing, they really do everything they can to help. The locations are always beautiful and well kept. Ive never had a problem when something has happened, whether fraud, or my own miscalculations, theyve always been understanding and willing to help.

Never use these guys. Had to get a new phone over the weekend and now don’t have my password or username to sign in to pay my car loan and that’s messing with my credit score since I can’t get in contact with anyone to pay my bill. So frustrated with them.

I just received the type of customer service that I hoped was possible. To be honest, we have never had a bad experience here in the 8 years that we have been members, so much so that I thought a big THANK YOU and review was warranted.

Up until very recently, I had thought this place was amazing. Now, they appear to be under new management or something. And to be honest, I havent experienced such a deeply insulting level of blatant discrimination like I did here in quite some time. The attitude that I was given, the way I was treated, it goes so far beyond just rude. I had a very hard time just reacting to the situation at all because I was so completely taken aback by it. And the biggest irony is that while this woman was digging for anything to use against me and being as snide and condescending as possible, she used her authority to yank out my basic services from my account because of a mistake that one of their tellers made.But despite how deeply unsettling and upsetting that experience was yesterday, our laws protect the citizens of this great country not just from discrimination based on race or religion, but also discrimination based upon class or creed. And thats why, until they are able to resolve some staffing issues here, I absolutely cannot recommend this place anymore. Within a couple of days of dealing with the staff here it has gone from 5 stars in my mind to I am deeply concerned and uncomfortable that I have trusted this place with any of my valuables now. The level of just extreme viciousness and genuine prejudice & hate were completely overwhelming. I also have PTSD so those are not the kind of experiences I welcome in my life.

Told me about their no fee account, had a long drawn out account opening, and then they asked for $10 to open the account because Im not a college student. Not a good sign that they want to charge a fee immediately upon opening a no-fee account. With all the free stuff being offered to open up accounts elsewhere I cant see paying more money then Ill ever see in interest to open up an account here.They also did a hard pull on my credit report for opening a checking account, not cool!

Tonight I came in last minute to complete paperwork for a car loan. The staff here went so far above and beyond what I could have expected. Ive been banking with cuofco since it was csecu and I have nothing but great experiences through multiple auto purchases. Keep up the phenomenal work!!

Bank closes early why have a closing time if your not going to a bid by it? There is always something wrong with the atm and online banking is the worst ever. Seems like it doesnt work more than it does. I miss USAA this has been a nightmare banking here. Tellers are very nice and helpful and thats the only positive thing Ive received since I became a member.

My PayPal account was hacked and it was attached to my checking account. CUofCO alerted me even before PayPal did and they were so helpful and efficient in helping me get my funds returned within a few hours. I have always found their customer service to be excellent and their banking rules fair. I would highly recommend this bank.

Never take out a loan here! Although the staff is pleasant, there is absolutely terrible communication between the employees and their partners. My auto loan has been an absolute nightmare and they have straight up lied to me several times about issues being resolved. I have spent hours on the phone over minor issues, mostly due to delays and errors on their end. The low rates just arent worth it. Im taking my next loan out through Wells Fargo.

Im extremely irritated with the bank off Harmonys atm. I rarely have time to come in so I use the atm a lot and check my account online and there seems to always be a problem with the atm and your online banking. The two main things I need of course. Im ready to close my account thats how frustrated I am with these problems. I need to pay my rent today but of course the atm isnt working and the website isnt either so cant find a partner atm. Great😡😡😡😡
