The very best credit union. Mason went above and beyond taking care of my most stressful day. I needed to transfer funds from a personal account to my Canvas Credit Union business account I needed to make a transfer within a time frame. Mason kept me calm and handled the whole situation like professional. I will always be grateful to him. I will always be loyal to Canvas Credit Union.Go into Canvas Credit Union on Boardwalk in Fort Collins and tell Mason hes awesome

Always nice people that work here, but if you need to use the drive through, plan for a 30 minute visit. The drive through and even inside services, take SO LONG every single time I go. Perhaps it’s just a staff shortage.

I went there to deposit my check this morning, the person who helped was very unprofessional. She told me to wait a minute then never showed up or communicated with me. 5 Mins later, another person told me do this and that which I already completed, and I just needed someone to tell me its ok to send my stuffs to them. This person started blaming me because I didn’t fill down the forms or bla bla and I told her I did! I have done this 100 times.I’m very unhappy with the way these people handle this situation, no sorry just blaming their client. Very unprofessional. I’m wondering how they get trained!?

This bank is worthless. We are a small business and Everytime we come in with a check and try to get them to put it in our account they give is a hard time about it. When we open our account they told us it would only be for the first year it has been 3 years now

I visited the ATM and tried to withdraw $300 yesterday. I was charged for the $300 withdraw and the ATM didnt spit any money out! I called immediately and couldnt reach anyone. I sent a chat and an email as well. No response. I called again this morning and reached a lady named Gloria who was very short and rude with me. Told me to call back tomorrow and maybe someone would be able to help me.Maybe?! You just took my $300!! I want my money back!!!This is unacceptable. Ill be canceling my accounts with you guys and taking my business elsewhere AFTER I get my $300 back.

I had a loan through a related credit union from 2012-2016; I was able to make payments at this branch before it was Canvas. Ive been shopping for a signature loan and I appreciated the amazing service from back in the day.Mallory C helped me out - initially letting me know the process for a Signature Loan (personal loan). I brought back a co-signer who is very kind but for sure has a lot of stories. Mallory was attentive, efficient and super friendly through the whole process (and dad jokes).I want to give Mallory a shout out for being incredibly professional, bubbly, friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell she noted some customers who needed help while we were working - I think this is the measure of a great employee. She was attentive to our needs as a client but also was monitoring what was going on at the branch.I really appreciate working with Mallory and I genuinely hope she gets some kudos from this post. I want to involve Canvas in my life and Canvas; amazing employees sure are bringing me in as a client.thank you all!

*Updated*Original: I needed a loan for an older truck and they drug it on for 6 days past when they told me I would hear something. I called each day and spoke to someone rude each time. I was nice and cordial for each call even though this was super irritating as Im trying to do repairs to my house and need a truck. I also was just approved for almost a 300k house loan at another bank and just was approved for a $5000 credit line at home depot. I have a $300 charge off from almost 5 years ago on my credit and thats my reason for denial. This would NEVER have happened at PSCU. I will be moving to a different credit union ASAP.Update:They called, offered to give the loan. I took the loan and was able to do my repairs on my home. I appreciate the fix as this came down to the wire. Still really too close of a call in my opinion. Hopefully my next interaction and need will be handled better.

Ive been banking here at PSCU at the branch off of Boardwalk for about 4 years. Ive never had any problems, the tellers are always super friendly and everything has gone very smoothly. Their website is pretty nice for bill paying online too. I love that you can use any credit union ATM without a fee nationwide which has been very useful when travelling.

This credit union has provided a great banking experience for me. The people are friendly and their products were what I needed. I really like that they are always advancing their ATM and app technology to make banking more convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Probably the most disorganized bank imaginable not one person able to help or take responsibility or even complete a task...... Four weeks of waiting to have funds released and still hachto jump through their hoops to get anything accomplished..... All they do is tell you what they cant do not what they can do

I created an account here for the purpose of using it with a very low-activity online sales business. Never once was I told there would be penalties for inactivity, nor closure of my account for inactivity! This is a poor experience with the banker who set me up with the account, as I was told a low-balance, low activity account would be fine. This is clearly not the place for me to do my business, and Im upset they told me I could. Who knows what else theyll tell you just to get you to set up an account?

Website is absolutely horrible. Very difficult to navigate. The employees seem a bit clueless as well. We are told they have fixed issues only to find out they are still not fixed. They dont seem to know how to navigate the website themselves. I am planning to change banks due to the ongoing month after month problems.

Stay away. Used to be PSCU, now Canvas. Im extremely tech-savvy, and have never experienced such a terrible online experience. Users used to have to use Microsoft Internet Explorer (who uses that anymore?) to log in. Now its Canvas, and using IE or Chrome still yields no way to log-in to my account. Ive had such a terrible online experience trying to get information on my loan, I finally just paid it off early. I will certainly not ever use Canvas for my next car loan - no matter what. Why does this place make it so hard to take my money????

They have good loan rates and low fees but Ive had so many problems with them over the years.Currently Im trying to call to make an appointment with a banker for a loan. They dont put their branch phone numbers online so I had to call the automated message number and wait 15 minutes for an operator to give me the number for my closest branch. I left a message and no one called back (they never return calls).So I call the automated message again and wait another 15 minutes to get the number for another branch. She says she doesnt have their number but she can transfer me somewhere else to get the number. I reluctantly agree and get your call will be answered in greater than 10 minutes. What a joke.

Norlarco was an Awesome Credit Union,but Service Credit Union Charges for money orders and bank checks which I need too pay my rent! They Should be free! Im a Disabled Gulf War Veteran an I have a hard time getting around so I checked here to see if they were going too be open on Jan2,2017 an by my suprise this app says they were Open,sure enough they were Closed,TKS PSCU for Not updating,waste of time!

Awefull I call on time every month to make my payments but can never get a hold of anyone. Due to my work schedule I can never drive in to make payments. I hear from many others this is not the bank to get a loan through
