Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Awful customer service, little knowledge about anything that’s going on with banking, not cooperative at all, and they don’t care about the customers time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I just came in to open a business account. They ran my credit without informing me they were doing it or my consent. Illegal and will be filing a BBB complaint.

This is the second time I have come here to get no help. I just wanted to make the payment for my truck and again the cant help me even when I give them the account number they gave me from the month before when I made the payment. Yet I can drive all the way to the Windsor public service credit union. I make the payment in a few minutes and the staff is very nice. You need to get better staffed . How can they not find an account that gets paid every month for the last three years??? I will never come here again!

I have been a member for 22 years. Every branch that I have done business with has been a very good experience. The employees are very professional and some of the nicest people you could meet. Once they know you they remember you by name. The loan department is very efficient and painlessly make request happen quickly. If you are looking for great service with a home town feel, go to Public Service Credit Union, you will not be sorry! Theresa

I will never forget the kindness Manager Meredith demonstrated this evening. I have PTSD and have exited an abusive relationship. I have one card, no backup and I am struggling to learn how to be independent. The ATM locked up when I was depositing my Christmas bonuses and would not return my card. I was devastated. Bank was CLOSED. NO 24 Hour service. I am almost out of gas and have no food at home, I also needed to purchase healthcare items. I had a FULL BLOWN panic attack from this. Meredith saw me melting down and offered to help. It prevented me crying all night. I got paper towels for work, toilet paper and food. I did not have to contact my ex and am safe. I will be back to bank tomorrow to figure out how to get new debit card and verify funds deposited properly. I will return with money Meredith said she was giving me (I cannot accept that, you are too kind!) AND a Thank You. To those in service industry providing great care to clients & customers like Meredith: thank you, we are usually crting about MUCH bigger issues and when you show kindness, it might be keeping the other person ALIVE.

The ATM is always broken. Today, around 1 pm MT I deposited cash into the machine and after 10 minutes it said it didnt detect any cash and ate my deposit. Really frustrating. The times that I have been inside this location, I have had really unfriendly service as well. Hoping they can correct my ATM deposit quickly, then will be going to a different location for future needs.

Public service credit union as a whole is an excellent company, but theres a teller here that is very very nosy. Im saving for a big trip, and to ensure I dont spend anything, I put what I want to save in money orders rather than a savings account because I can access it too easy if I do it that way. She had the gall to ask me what I was doing with that money! And asked my boyfriend the same thing when he did it! Tellers need to just do what the member wants and not ask why they do it. Its none of their business.

I was impressed with the manager Mary, Billy the loan officer, and an incredibly competent cashier that facilitated a car purchase and lien release. We are from Gunnison and they accommodated our purchase from a local customer very professionally.

With the weather conditions it would have been nice if they could have posted signs on their doors saying that were going to be opening late today instead of having 10 to 15 people waiting outside their door just for us to call to figure out that theyre opening late so unprofessional!!!!!

Since Norlarco switched to PSCU, service has been horrible! You cant get anyone on the phone and 20+ minutes to deposit a check in the drive through is unacceptable!!!

Absolutely horrible I called had to schedule a call back for 20 minutes and then on top of it they transferred me to voicemail to leave a message!!!!!

HORRIBLE if you want to talk to an actual person. I just spent 2 hrs on hold. I thought this was s community credit union. I bank with Bank of America also and can talk to some one in less than 10 min and get answers.
