I have had several bad experiences in the last 10+ years with hair salons in general, but Jessie was amazing! She provided the best service with out all the judgy junk I usually get. She was very professional and has an amazing personality and sense of humor. I will definitely spend the extra drive time to go see her!

Lovely experience with Courtney... we chatted the whole time and she did a fantastic job on my hair! She has a lot of experience and I cant remember the last time I walked away from a salon with complete satisfaction with my cut.

Actually, this is Julie Tompkins (new last name), and I saw Misty today, 4.6.21 for a haircut. I wanted a buzz cut which Misty was conservative about at first. But, Ive had my hair buzzed before and knew what I wanted. When we got on the same page, she did a wonderful job!! I will be back to see Misty as soon as I need to be buzzed again! Thank you!

The online booking does not work. I booked an appointment online and received emails/google notifications about the appointment, got childcare, and then showed up for my appointment. They told me the online service does not work, they have no record of me, and told me the could not help me for 2 hours. They told me I would have to call like all their other customers. Then why is online booking an option? It was so frustrating!

I had a haircut with Michelle and I am super happy with how it turned out. She asked questions and made sure I got exactly the cut I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be back! Everything is cleaned and sanitized between clients :)

Very upset at the inability of the online booking at this store. I had booked an appointment online and it ended up not booking it. I went into the store and was not on the schedule. The kicker of it was Cost Cutters emailed me 1 HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to tell me it wasnt booked. Needless to say that I didnt see it and showed up to no appointment. Come on Cost Cutters your online booking should be able to handle this. I will say the stylist was very helpful, fitted me in, and did a wonderful job on my hair. Honestly, fix the online booking problems and this would be a perfect place!!!!

Booked an appointment for a hair color. Due to Covid, they take appointments only, so the salon only has a couple people at a time. I couldnt be happier with my hair! Michelle was my stylist. She absolutely took her time and listened to what I wanted, and it couldnt be more perfect! Its EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I have natural red hair and wanted lots of blonde. My hair looks beautiful and I cant thank Michelle enough! I totally recommend this Cost Cutters location :)

Michelle is FANTASTIC!! Ive got a ton of very very fine hair, and a demanding haircut that likes to show off flaws like theyve got their own paparazzi, and Michelle (the magic) whipped them into shape, and has given me some of (if not all of) my all time best haircuts.

My hair was a hot mess before I came here, they really listened to what I wanted. I as a personal preference wanted a few more foils in the front and Courtney fixed it at no additional cost, I love that they really listen and do what it takes to understand what you want and make sure they do it, she even took the time to teach me how to style it so I can get the look I wanted, in taking to the other stylists there I have full confidence in them and they all talk to each other and give tips on what they know so they all help each other and it works so well! Great prices, friendly stylists and clean!!

Rory’s extensive knowledge base and ability to teach me better hair care was quite admirable! I loved his suggestions and the end result was stunning! Great Haircut! Exactly what I wanted!

Went in today to get my color fixed that I had done a few days ago at another salon. I just did not get what i wanted at the other salon. Erica fixed it up and really listened to me! I love my results and I feel so much better about my hair now. It can be hard to get a good color or cut from salons that take mostly walk-ins because some places are more focused on getting people in and out quickly. That was not the case here! It was a great result and I didnt even have to wait to get my color done-- on a Saturday! This place is affordable, quick, and quality! I couldnt ask for more. Definitely recommend this specific location and will go back!

I have a new favorite stylist! I previously went to someone else who had a different vision than I did, and after a couple weeks I just couldn’t get into it- even though it looked pretty good! Well I went in to see Hilary and not only did she listen to what I wanted, she made it happen- and it wasn’t super easy to do it! I now have what I wanted in the first place and my new go to for gorgeous color! The price was also decent for everything! Thank you so much!!!

Hilary is hands down the best stylist I have been to, and I have had my hair done a lot. She is so passionate about what she does and it shows. I was lucky enough to get Rory for a walk-in haircut and Ill never make an appointment with anyone else for as long as he works there! Hes a hair scientist. A hair magician. He understands just what you need for your hair type, and SHOWS you how to make your dream do come true at home. Before Rory, I hadnt been really happy with my hair in years. Rory was very friendly but does not know how to cut hair. I live hours from this cost cutters and when I got home and straightened my hair because its curly, it was over two inches longer on one side than the other. He was fast and clearly doesnt take his time. Theres no excuse for how uneven my hair was.

Rory was awesome 1st time customer. I had a great experience and was a walk in and was no waiting. He was very knowledgeable and he was the 1st that asked if i wanted eye brows and moustache and beard trimed. I will be going back for his work for sure. My wife was very very detailed oriented about my hair and he had nailed it. Awesome way to go Rory.....

I love this place! Hillary has cut my hair twice and she did an amazing job. She was able to look at a picture I showed her and ask me questions and give me EXACTLY what I wanted! Even with my fussy baby there! She is amazing!

Based on reviews, I made my first and second appointment with Carmen. I highly recommend her- skilled, high level of integrity, through, receptive to my requests as well as quite personable. I would have given her a 5 star but did not since I am also reviewing the salon which does not have a receptionist. This means whenever someone comes in to make an appointment or buy hair products, a stylist has to stop what they are doing to attend to customers - which can take some time. Avoid the week-end if possible.

I was only there for a wash and a cut. Unlike other similar businesses, the wash is not included in the price of the cut. Having my hair washed and my scalp massaged is almost more important to me than the haircut itself, and it fell a bit short. Im happy with the cut and I didnt go home in tears -- just wish that the extra cost for the wash was worth it.

Jera and Rory both are terrific. It’s always the Luck if the Draw when you walk in to most places but these two are awesome. Give them a try.

Cant say enough good about Rory!Went in with a botched haircut from another place in town, it was pretty bad , and it was ruining my confidence for my interview I had later in the day.Even though Rory was on his way out the door for lunch he still took time and delayed his lunch to help me today. I went in to see Rory for a second time since he did well the first time around. Should have known it was just a lucky visit. Second time my hair was butchered. Wayyyy too short and does not flow together well which makes it look choppy. He even said I would have some disconnection like it was no big deal. Never going back. Cant wait for the next couple of months so it can grow back.

Had a wonderfully amazing experience here with Karmen. She definitely knew how to work with my hair. I am of Asian-decent and usually make a drive to Denver for my cuts just because I am always left disappointed in NoCo. Due to an unfortunate turn of events to my usual hairdresser, plans changed and I was in desperate need of a cut. As a walk-in, Karmen got me in right away with no appointment. I usually always make appointments and ask if the stylist has worked on Asian hair before and blah blah. But I didn’t plan to this time because honestly I had lower expectations.However, this time it was the total opposite to how I felt when I left!! She expressed all of my concerns without me asking her anything! I showed her a simple picture same one I show to every stylist. Straight across with long layers and a soft edge. You would think that sounds like an easy cut as opposed to a pixie or something but many previous stylists make me look boxy or choppy even after describing where it needs more work on, they still don’t understand what I’m talking about so explaining never helped. Some don’t know how to soften the edges so with my hair texture you can see EVERY little detail. Like Karmen said about my hair texture “you can’t get away with it, you will see it” and I always do. She made sure my hair was dry to see the result and not walk out with sopping wet hair from spray water hiding imperfections. I came home and examined it some more and it’s just perfect!!Thank you so much Karmen. I genuinely appreciate your time, effort and not rushing on my hair with the million amount of times the phone rang! As for the cost, I did not realize it was so cheap! I guess now I no longer have to drive to Denver!! Now I’ve been to higher end salons for my hair and this was way more effort and detail anyone has ever worked into my hair compared to others omgosh! From mid-back length to shoulder length, also husband-approved because he always favors long hair, he loves my new shoulder length hair. He rated this cut before I told him my amazing hair experience A+! 👍🏻

For the price, its great! Theyve cut hair for my kids and trimmed and cut for me. Theres new people periodically so you might or might not get someone experienced and its not a place to go for fancy $400 hair (hence 4 stars instead of 5). But so far, after about 3 years of going there, Ive never had a bad cut or a bad customer service experience - for such low prices this is a really good record. (Tip for cheap hair cut places: always know what you want, bring a picture, and be patient.)

If you arent getting your hair done by Rory youre a loser. Not really but he is seriously amazing. I have been seeing him for nearly a year now and Im not afraid of a long commute to keep going to him.The quality you get with Rory is far beyond what Cost Cutters charges and at this point I dont even tell him what I want anymore. I just trust him and he knocks it out of the park every time. He will be sure not to let your hair fry and give you honest suggestions on what you need as he takes his profession and your hair very seriously.He can do it all! Amazing professional fashion colors that wont make you look like you went to Wal-Mart for a box of Manic Panic or beautiful yet subtle natual colors, Rory can do it and fit it to your needs. My job wont allow me to do the gorgeous fashion colors I want but Im not in love with boring either. Rory can strike the perfect balance between interesting and what will keep me looking professional. Go see Rory!

The workers were very nice, place felt relaxing and comfortable. Afterwards I was happy and confident after I was done with my hair cut.

I called up Cost Cutters asking for a deep conditioning treatment a hair cut and a style. A also wanted (gasp!) something new. Rylee was awesome. We did a hair consultation and agreed on a new cut and style. She instructed me on the use of root booster and teasing for volume. I feel great in my new spring hair makeover. Thank you, Rylee, for taking the time to help me achieve what I was after.

I was a first time walk in customer but I got the best cut I had in a while with Rory. I used to go to a barbershop before but I will be coming to this salon for all of my haircuts from now on because of how well my first haircut turned out. I thought the price was fair too.
