At first, I wasnt sure if I liked my haircut as it turned out shorter than expected but after a few days-- I love it. The lady knew exactly what to do for what I wanted-- a texturized Bob, And she was quick too.

The staff were friendly and most importantly, super quick. I spent a year working on growing my hair and then had it cut back to normal in only 15 minutes. Would recommend.

Everyone is super nice. Fast and simple service. Online app allows you to make an appointment and check-in as well. They also take walk-ins so dont feel obligated to use the application. I usually call and ask how busy they are, if they dont have many ill come in for my 15 minute hair cut. Keep your receipt, they give two dollars off your next cut, very nice.

Ive been coming here since high school, and now I bring my kids here. Its always clean, the stylists are friendly and skilled. Since the pandemic, they have instituted very good safety measures.

This is now my go-to place for haircuts for my son and me. We got in as soon as they opened. Each of our stylists did a very professional, efficient cut and we left feeling good. I personally appreciated, as did my adult son, that we werent required to either tell our life story or hear someones life story. I also liked that there was zero pressure or criticisms masquerading as suggestions to get us to buy products. Just exactly what I wanted and needed! Probably because of their excellent service, this place does get busy, FYI.

Didnt give me the haircut I had a front and back picture of. Nothing like it, gave me something completely different, about 2-3 inches shorter...yea 2 or 3 INCHES, when I had plenty of hair for them to start with

I had my haircut today and the hait stylist did a gorgeous job! She fixed a higher end salons mistakes and complimented my hair dye that I did myself. She did give me pointers too which I appreciate! Ill probably continue to go here too as its easier with traffic compared to some of the other great clips in town.

Im kind of weird about my hair. I prefer to have it long but every so often I like to cut it very short. When I get a short haircut that I like I want to stick with it until I grow my hair out again.I like that Great Clips uses what they call Clip Notes so you can get the same haircut every time, if thats what you want. My most recent haircut from Great Clips was excellent and I know that my next one will be just as good.

Decent price points but staff lacks consistency. Will sometimes make you wait even though you checked in online beforehand. However, not always do they do a bad job and hve staff is great!

My hairdresser, Elise, explained how my hair was very thick and wavy.She suggested a couple of different ideas and she was spot on. Great spot to get a quick cut for people who are busy and not super high maintenance on hairstyles. I have used the check in feature on their website several times and its super convenient. During busier hours, I would recommend looking at the website 20 or 30 minutes before you want to walk in the door. Check in allows you to walk in the door at the top of the list with almost no wait time, without needing to schedule your appointment way ahead of time. Their system saves your cut preferences, so if youre like me, you can just sit down and get cleaned up without having to make decisions or remember which clipper guard they used last. All of the stylists I have had there are friendly and personable. No complaints here. For cost and convenience, 5 stars.

I take my elderly Mom there for her haircuts, I love the app to schedule her as we leave her home. The beauticians help me to get her seated and do lovely job washing, cutting and drying her hair. They make her feel special.

I got my hair cut on April 17th, 2018. Chelsea was the one who cut my hair. She was friendly and fast. I asked her if it was okay if I could take a drink of my coffee and she said she was done... thats how fast it was! I actually was just starting to get comfortable in that chair, oh well!

Some of the staff were rude and my cut is pretty lumpy and chunky. When the stylest turned me to see the back, *I* had to point out a piece of hair that was like an inch longer than the rest. Even after fixing that, it looks a little like I got it cut at Day 1 of beauty school.

Breeze right in for haircut, exactly like you would like. 3 min wait to clean floor, then bam, haircut and on my way in 30 minutes! Sweet!

Now that the dust has settled from the rush of newly hired fresh stylists about 6wks back, used the app to setup appt and had a knowledgeable personable stylist worth returning to.

The guy with glasses was in a terrible mood while cutting my hair today. I am NOT a hair snob and usually an easy-going client. He made me feel uncomfortable and like a dumb Fu@k for what I have told EVERY OTHER stylist I have ever been to. Super unprofessional and will never go back to this location.

In regards to our franchise, I have been a stylist with them for 6 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the organization. Ive worked at and managed at multiple locations and loved it. Not only are the stylists and upper management (Ponnie and Michelle) like family, so is the clientele. Were provided ongoing education and Ive always felt valued and that my opinion matters. They take great care of the staff and team. Im sorry you had a bad experience, I hope you reach out to the organization and get it worked out, Im 100% sure they will go above and beyond to make things right!

One of the stylists is a member of Grace. I went there three times, got her twice. First time she asked me I thought I was going to heaven, the second time she tried to convince me that dinosaurs never existed. Most uncomfortable haircut ever. I make my roommates do it now because its better than running the risk of talking to her again. Would not recommend, and Im not going back

Normally I enjoy the haircut, and I get what I wanted. Not this time. The lady who cut my hair, Jess, showed no interest in the business at all until a coworker of hers said she was going on a coffee run. She was incredibly lame about the haircut, with every slice of the shears tugging on my hair. (I thought she was trying to pull it out!) I have my standard haircut saved in my account and Ive gotten it every time, except now. Thanks Jess.

I wanted a trim so I went in, she sat me down spritzed my hair and just started cutting it! No comb through and she didn’t even ask what length i wanted, I couldn’t even see how much she cut off until after she was done with the 3 minute cut.I went home and it was too short and uneven, for 18 freakig dollars! I had to go home and cut it myself. This place is a waste of time, the hair stylists are unprofessional and untrained

Ive been getting my hair cut here for 15 years, and have never had a bad one in all that time. Theyve got a discount for CSU students, staff, and faculty which makes a cheap, good haircut even cheaper.

Worst haircut Ive ever received.I have never written a bad review before. I might be terrible at articulating what I wanted, a high and tight, but the stylist did not know how to do that and barely used her scissors. Instead Im just having to shave my head.
