So I don’t usually go to random hair stylists for this exact reason. I went to Amanda and I wanted just a split end cut, I told her to please leave it all one length (no layers) and not to take a lot off. She took the right amount off but my hair is so choppy it looks like I have layers again. I mean I seriously think I could’ve done a better job myself. I’m actually going to have to TRIM IT myself to make it look even. Another thing, my hair cut was $58. I bought a shampoo bringing the total to 75, and when she asked if I were to leave a tip, she even took the time to SAY “oh and the machine takes the 15 percent off of the service, not the product too.” So I believe her and tip 15 percent and after leaving and checking the math I tipped her 15 percent of the whole purchase so I tipped her to buy a hair product. It’s so unprofessional, and then to have choppy uneven hair? Never coming back here and will let my friends know not to go to this girl!

I love my hair! People are always complimenting me about how pretty my hair is and it’s because of my hairstylist Deina!

I never leave reviews, but I was pretty shocked at how uneven my hair turned out. I got a short bob which means its super obvious. Both my parents immediately commented on it when they picked me up from the salon. Its actually kind of confusing to me how this happened. I noticed in the salon, but our time was almost up and I just didnt want to cause a scene. She told me I could come back within the next week for free adjustments, but I have a trip (hence the haircut) and wouldnt feel comfortable with them regardless. For $45 I do expect my hairdresser to notice when theres nearly a 1 inch difference in length around my head. Ive tried styling my hair in various different ways but its still glaring. Oh well. Guess Ill hit up another place to fix it. Extremely disappointed. She also tried to skip the shampooing and go straight to conditioning until I stopped her. And the water was cold. I really cant fathom how someone can charge this much for such a shoddy job--moreover, how on earth did she not notice?

I am extremely happy with the hair style Kiana created for me. My hair is exactly right, and I hardly had to explain to her at all what I needed. She gets it. And the salon is nicely lit and modern-cozy; a lovely experience. I was visiting from Miami Beach and searched for someplace nice to go for a cut, and I am very glad I chose Salon Salon.

It’s safe to say I’ve finally found my go-to salon! Bre always does an amazing job with my hair. During this last year my naturally curly hair has changed to a mix of curly/wavy with the top layers straightening out a bit. I had my hair colored (for the first time ever!) by Mirela yesterday, and my experience was PHENOMENAL. She took the time at the beginning of the appointment to listen to exactly what I was looking for, and then executed it to perfection. I was hoping for a textured color that would accentuate my natural hair color while still being a fun change for the summer, and I could not be happier with the results. Salon Salon has always been a welcoming and friendly place, and they are currently taking all recommended COVID precautions seriously while still continuing to create an excellent salon atmosphere.Ive also had my hair cut by Amanda in the past, and I always walk out of the salon feeling fresh and loving my look. It had been almost a decade since I’d been to a hair salon, and the lovely Brittany made it all worthwhile!

I went in for a black to bright red ombre but didnt quite get what I wanted. I chose to get the color applied without lightener since my hair was virgin and she said itd be cheaper. But I left with a black to dull red balyage and it cost nearly 400 dollars(what was the expensive option priced at??😵) probably wont go back. I dont dislike the color, she did a greatjob, its just not what I wanted.. Before I had virgin hair(it was shaved off b4) I had my hair go from black to beautiful blonde for that same price and THAT couldve costed alot more. So yeah... ill probably do my own hair from now on.

Due to COVID-19 I had waited almost two years to get my hair done. Deina did an amazing job turning my grown out brassy balayage into a more natural honey balayage. I have difficult hair to begin with and I was really impressed with Deina’s patience and dedication to ensuring that my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted! Highly recommend this hair salon.

Ive been going to Salon Salon for years and Ive never had a bad experience. Ive worked with various stylists over the years including Mirela, Kiana, and most recently Amanda. Yesterday, I went into see Amanda to get 10-12 inches chopped off my hair. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she calmed my nerves about getting such a massive hair transformation. She looked at the photos I brought in of the style I wanted and explained what was realistic for my hair and my lifestyle. She was bubbly and lovely to work with. She even took before and after photos for me to show off my hair transformation. I will definitely be choosing her again as my new hair stylist. She even guaranteed a free touch up within 1 week of my haircut just in case I wanted more layers or have any changes Id like to make. The facility itself is very clean and the staff is adamant about following all Covid-19 safety procedures, which I was very impressed by. Upon entering the building, clients are temperature checked and asked to wash their hands and are required to adhere to the mask policy. I really love how responsible this business is and I will absolutely come back.

Lindsey is amazing at what she does cut color on point every time as far as the other staff receptionist and managers they’re horrible and can never get their scheduling done correctly my daughter had a FULL highlight appointment scheduled which I made clear making the appointment we were running late but I called and let them know so they were WELL aware if I needed to reschedule because 10/15 mins makes a difference well they should of spoke up arrived and off the bat the stylist said she didn’t have enough time to do what my daughter wanted which was going to take hours who’s fault is that I made it clear making the appointment what she wanted or is it pure laziness?? She said appointment was scheduled for two hours and the process would take longer she did explain we could do some of it but that’s NOT what was scheduled or wanted seems like she had a busy day and couldn’t fit it in I get that but how it was handled NOT OKAY then managers called after and said future appointments would need to be booked with them this isn’t HOLLYWOOD point blank the receptionist can’t do her job correctly messing up everyone else’s schedule I didn’t like the rude snotty attitude everytime I was trying to speak she was talking over me and stating I missed appointments in the past but IVE ALWAYS CALLED and my appointments have been rescheduled because stylist had other things going on or had to leave early PLENTY OF TIMES ON THEIR END AS WELL so much for customer service they made me feel like I’m in the wrong and my service isn’t valued so I’ll go else where just be VERY SPECIFIC when making appointments they definitely note everything in their system but aren’t willing to make things right remember when pointing the finger there’s 4 fingers pointing back HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT you don’t call the customer and explain the situation how your going to handle things DISCUSS with your “team” thanks to ULTA NOW MY DAUGHTERS HAIR LOOKS AMAZING we left went there and the attitude we got was way better and willing to help same morning GOODLUCK!!

So happy I found this place! Since moving to Fort Collins I have been to multiple salons and different stylists that did not meet my expectations. After trying Salon Salon, I no longer felt the need to look anywhere else for hair care. I have been a happy customer for 2 years strong, seeing my stylist Abigail every few months. All of the staff is friendly and truly wants you to feel your best when you leave. They also have plenty of products that they are knowledgeable on and will let you sample with your visit!

Im so happy with my new cut and color from Taylor! I got in quickly, and she did a great job. The color looks natural and is just the right tone. I was doing a pretty radical change and we stayed pretty conservative, but when I got home I decided I wanted more cut off and so came back in and she did it just the way I envisioned. Ive gone to studio be multiple times and have been underwhelmed each time. This place is much better however. Less packed with people and the stylists seem to take more time with your hair and dont constantly annoy you to buy products. Abigail and Deina both did a great job with my hair and were very nice as well. Definitely my favorite salon Ive been to in the Fort Collins/ Loveland area.

MacKenna is all Ive ever wanted in a hairstylist when I moved to this state. Shes personable, professional, and incredibly talented. I made a few pretty drastic, or at least very noticeable, changes with my hair when I went to her on a whim. I felt very comfortable through the whole appointment. Get talent ranges from a simple colour touch up and bang trim to undercuts and vibrate color combinations. Truly an artist.

Janelle has been doing my hair for years. When you find a great hairstylist, you make sure you never let them go. If they move to another salon or zip code, you move with them. Janelle is exceptional, and will make you look like a million bucks. I would highly recommend Janelle, never have a bad hair day again!

I have been seeing Jessica Aragon in Fort Collins for about a year now. One thing that’s always hard to do is: move to a new city and find a reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and experienced hair stylist. I am so happy I made the decision to try Studio Be Salon, because Jess is awesome!! Without giving too much detail she’s able to give me exactly what I was looking for. My color, I usually do a low maintenance balayage and my cut are always on point. I feel like a million bucks after leaving Jessica’s chair! I highly recommend booking with her!

That didnt work out too well (obviously) so I checked reviews and booked an appointment here. Ashley was professional and sweet and didnt make me feel bad about the hack job I did on my hair. She explained every step she was doing and I was able to laugh with her about my experience. The price was great and the salon is adorable. I was in tears after my haircut here, the lady that cut my hair was very nice, but did not cut my hair correctly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but it was unsuccessful. After having a conversation with her about hair products, styling tools and techniques I realized she wasnt knowledgable or up to date with more stylish haircuts and trends. I had to make an appointment at another salon to get it fixed.

So my significant other came here for the first time on Friday afternoon, & was cut by a gentleman that has been “cutting hair for 4 years.” He came home with his neck completely red and irritated. Never before has this happened to him. An hour later he has an inch long razor cut on the back of his neck. He said something to the guy when it happened and he just shrugged it off. Maybe it was just this hair guy but probably won’t come back here.

Love this place. I have been going to Cost Cutters for two years now and every time they would give me a cut that looked nothing like the picture I would show them. I came here and the haircut I got looked identical to the picture. Could not be more happy.
