Waited over 6 months to get in (cancelled appointments through text message). Forgot my mask. I was early so I had time to go buy one but was told instead they wouldnt be seeing me. Then the same woman denied she told me she was cancelling the appointment. This was all while she was sitting in front of a mountain of boxes of masks. Dentists may be good but maybe a little more training for the appointment takers is needed. Now I get to search for another orthodontist, hopefully I wont have to wait 6 months again.

Dr. Gruelle is absolutely hilarious!! He makes the appointments interesting, yet extremely fun!! Hes a great doctor and knows how to makes his patients laugh which I love. Im sure the other doctors there are great too but I highly recommend him. Amber, his assistant is wonderful! She does amazing work and knows her stuff she walked me through everything she was doing as if I was training for the job and made me feel very comfortable. Amber also has a great sense of humor and full of positive energy. I always look forward to my appointments because of these two. I highly recommend this office!!!

Staff is VERY nice and helpful. Will forever recommend people to come here!

Staff at florence location went above and beyond to address my daughters orthodontic issue first thing this morning. Saved me a trip to Lexington. Thank you again to the entire staff.
