I’m new to the Northern Kentucky area and have been searching for an orthodontist! I’m very skeptical when it comes to the care and treatment of my braces, because they aren’t cheap! However from the moment I entered this office I felt a sense of comfort! The welcoming and warm atmosphere eased my concerns , the ladies are super friendly and kept a great conversation! It’s safe to say I’ve found my new Orthodontist!

I started my braces journey with orthodontic specialist on mall road and the girls that helped me throughout, stacy and abby, they were always so welcoming to see me and always so friendly. everytime i came in for a color change or a tightening, they would also make sure with the main orthodontist to make sure they did it right and everything was correct. i had an amazing experience here and i would gladly recommend them to everyone i know!!

Two of my children have been in braces sine Nov. 1st, 2018 with the Orthodontist specialists in Florence, Ky. I was referred by a friend who had a daughter already in braces with them. My children and I have had the most professional, efficient and very important to me the most courteous and kind treatment from everyone on their staff from beginning to end!!! My daughter just got her braces removed this week and her smile is so beautiful!!! My son had a cross bite and will likely be finished with his orthodontic treatment plan by the end of the year. I call to make an appointment for my daughter and I tell them what kind of insurance she has and they keep asking me what kind.... i told you what kind so they refused to help me and pretty much tell me to call my insurance company to tell me what I told them the name was... like that makes so much since. Wow! My consultation visit was so outstanding! Not only were the entire staff welcoming and friendly but the Doctor knows his stuff! He addressed all my smile concerns and assessed my current state of alignment so thoroughly with just a quick glance at my teeth. I have NEVER had someone actually see the concerns I have with my teeth without having to first point them out and then make a case. After the consultation Liz has already been so helpful and accommodating with the financial plan and never makes me feel like a hassle.Before coming in I had tried going back to my original Orthodontist as well as consulting online Invisalign companies. Neither made me feel like I would have a complete treatment plan and the financial planners were less than understanding. Even my initial orthodontist did not see a way to fix the issues I have apart from simply moving the teeth. At Orthondontic Specialists my concerns were pointed out and addressed without me having to say a word! I am beyond impressed already and I am so excited to start my treatment!

They helped me a lot and they kept me confident about my braces

My daughter has anxiety when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Noll and the staff here are always helpful and calming. She always leaves the office smiling! She is one year into her treatment. At first, she needed a palate expander to give her teeth room to grow in, followed by braces. She just got the palate expander off and her teeth already look so much better! I highly recommend Dr. Noll.

After 2 years i had to go back for a new retainer after getting a new crown. They have a new way to make a retainer now. I didnt have to make a mold by burying my teeth in that stuff. Its made from an image. I was in and out quickly. Love this place! 1st review 2 years ago: Dr. Noll and his staff are awesome! All of my visits were very nice and the staff were all very friendly and knew how to do everything very well! Dr.Noll was very easy to talk to and was always very professional as well! I actually got to get my braces off a few months early and I think its because they truly know what theyre doing when it comes to fixing peoples teeth. My 7 year old was one of those unusual cases that needed braces at such a young age. She was very nervous going in but had Jillian applying them, whom she warmed up to right away. Jillian was extremely patient, kind and talked her through the whole process. We have requested that anytime She has to go back that Jillian be the one to take care of her since she is so comfortable with her!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Noll and his staff! Incredibly helpful and thorough. Prior to working with Dr. Noll, I had been bounced around between several orthodontists, endodontists, dentists, and oral surgeons...all with different opinions and treatment plans for my situation. Went here for three years and I was very pleased with results. They also fixed my younger brothers teeth. Dr. Noll is very friendly. Jesse and all of the other dental assistants make getting braces a little more enjoyable. :)

They’re a great office although my mom just spent so much money out of her pockets for my braces I got them taken off on Jan 9th got my molding done for a retainer. The girl who did them messed them up I had to wait 3 days to get my bottom ones because they didn’t fit. I got the molding done by someone new who did a wonderful job and then I came to realize a few days later my top retainer looks so bulky and just horrible compared to the bottom. Also my top teeth are shifting apart now because this retainer is completely molded wrongfully and I don’t have the money to go thru this process once again ... be careful who you let mold your teeth. It’s a disappointment to go thru all that money to end up having shifted teeth 😔. Just a reminder I wear my retainers everyday I don’t even take a 2 hour break like it says we can, they stay in all day in night besides when I eat... then go right back on my teeth. Really wish this could be resolved but I highly doubt it will.

Courteous, proffessional staff. High tech equipment for great results. Ive heard about issues with invisilign retainers not fitting after switching trays for a few months at other orthodontists, but no issues here. Maybe because this place uses equipment that takes 3d computer scan of teeth instead of just using a tray that you bite down and taking a mold that some invisilign places use.

I never thought I could afford braces although I knew I needed them so one day I was at a doctors office in Florence when I met the nicest lady ever who talked to me non stop for about an hour as she waited on her daughter to come pick her up. By the time her daughter came, I felt like I knew her daughter personally. This daughter was a drop dead gorgeous young woman who introduced herself. For me, being a lesbian, Im normally pretty shy when it comes complementing other women because I never want to make anyone uncomfortable. Never the less, I had to comment on her nice smile. She shared that her smile hadnt always been that way. She shared that she was a patient of orthodontist specialist and how professional and friendly the staff was and suggested I take advantage of the free consultation with Dr. Kevin Ison. She shared that the payments were flexible and affordable (as if she needed flexibility).  I had no intention on going because financially, I wasnt in the best position; all of a sudden her mom pulled out her cell and showed me some ugly duckling before pictures of her daughter, I knew I had to at least make an effort to visit this miracle worker. Update: Today my braces came off afterv2 years, and I look damn good! I got the up most respect and admiration for the friendly and compassionate staff. The payments were very reasonable. I loss my mom a few months ago unexpectedly. Im healing but still broken. The staff checked on me with daily words of encouragement. They gave me hugs when I needed them most. I was at my lowest point and needed a reason to keep going and they were professional but human. Update: my braces were removed today and though Im still struggling to put my life back together, I look damn good! The lady I met that day became a second mother of a different color; the daughter with the nice smile is my friend whos joined at my hip. I had always served my community but now, shes right there with me. I think she has found her calling. We are feeding the homeless and serving our communities together with plans to do even more. I dont  give reviews but I want everybody needing the service to experience this level of professionalism which was extended to me. This is not a referral but an invite for you to become part of OUR professional, exceptional service family. Ive been to the Kenwood office and the Florence office and love them both.
