Never thought I would say this but I miss my braces and my orthodontist family. White-Brown smiles is the absolute BEST, the staff is friendly and they are all very professional.

My daughter had her braces put on and was in and out without any issues . She was very nervous thinking it was going to hurt but she loved it and her braces. Thanks for taking care of her!!

White Brown was excellent. This is was our first visit but they were very professional. They had safety procedures in place to assure me my daughter was safe. I was a little nervous not being in the room with her but they made me feel very comfortable about the entire procedure.

The staff is lazy & unfriendly! Makes me really uncomfortable coming here & I’m considering switching orthodontics !! They don’t even go over with you information about your braces , how long you have to have them on etc . They make you drive all the way there to a SCHEDULED appointment just for them to come up with an excuse as to why they won’t be able to “see” you that day .… I wish I done more research before choosing this place !

They truly care about my childs teeth. They also know the cost can be a huge concern and they work with you! You are in and out on your appointment date. Im thankful for the help they have given me for a brighter smile on my daughter!

It’s always a pretty quick visit. No sitting and waiting all day. My 15 year old son loves all of the assistants and his teeth are looking great!! Also if you are someone who can’t or doesn’t want to pay such a large sum of money at one time they make it convenient and affordable for you.

I am having braces put on my son teeth. We both had lots of questions and was very excited. We left the office with all of our questions answered and more. My son even got a welcome gift and a very good book. We felt like we were in the right place and the staff upfront always made me feel like I was first. We arrived on time for our appointment and we were called to the back “very shortly” afterwards. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Reynolds or Dr. White to improve my son smile!

I would not recommend this place!!!!!. I had my braces on from a week and I had to getting them taking off. I went there last Thursday 18 to get them on so excited never had braces. So that day before I left the appointment my mom and I heard a pop. Like something pop off. What made it so bad the assistant heard it as well. She didn’t bother to check!! Sent me on my way. So when I got back to work i notice that one of my brackets has popped off when I was at work. So I called the same day. “ Hey I just left and one of the brackets has popped off.” So they made me an appointment on Tuesday 23 then call back and said no we can’t do it that day we have to put you in Friday 26. The on top of that called back Wednesday and told me that they can’t do it Friday either. They have to do it Thursday 25 in Columbia. Now I stay in Dillon. Columbia is 2 hours away. Boy was I mad. Then when I got there. I told them this is outrageous that I have to drive 2 hours and on top of that miss work. They didn’t seemed to care. Now they going to charge me $2100 fee because I wanted them taken off. I think I should’ve have to pay for nothing and it was there fault. And on top of that there’s only one orthodontist doctor there. So she hopping around from place to place. I would NEVER in my life go back there nor my kids. I thought this was going to be a place that would help me. But I realize in a week that this place is nothing but money hungry people that have assistance that don’t care about you. Apparently I’m not paying not one more dime to this place. Please from my experience don’t go here!!!!

I am a current patient and am absolutely in love with this facility. If I could give them a million stars I would! The facility itself is always clean, even the bathroom which is rare in most public places. Also, their teeth brushing station is well stock and the cleanliness is well maintained which is another surprise considering all of the little children and other youth that come for services. The staff is extremely nice and helpful in the explaining of each step of the braces process from the financial portion, to the oral x-rays, to the application of the braces and everything in between. I love how you receive rewards for maintaining good grades and good oral hygiene, I think it gives people a little extra motivation to take care of their dental hygiene as well as their grades. The staff definitely lives up to the name of Smiles because they all keep me laughing from the time I enter all the way up until I leave the facility. They never have any issues making patients feel overall comfortable or adjusting your wires if it hurts. The staff members that I have encountered genuinely love their job and care about their patients. I love it and will recommend this place to any and everyone for as long as I am Blessed with breath in my body. I have always gotten compliments on my smile, but Mrs. Kerry White Brown Smiles is helping to enhance my beautiful smile and I want to say thank you all for the job you and your staff have done and are continuing to do. Dont ever go away, unless its to a bigger facility!

If I could give zero stars I would.This place is a Orthodontist sweat shop. The facility sold me the dream to fix my smile for $8000. I chose to do Invisalign on my uppers and traditional on my lower. They charged me FULL price for upper and Lowers Invisalign and pretty much pocketed $2K that I didn’t even get for services for from that company when I only received trays for my top teeth and we only did molds for my top teeth also. After my Invisalign treatment, no post treatment scans were done to see if I needed refinement trays. May I mention the tech who was putting my attachments on stated to me she had never done them and hopes they come out okay. I was not comfortable with that and asked for another tech. Instead of supplying me with Invisalign retainers, they gave me cheap ones made in office. I’ve had my permanent retainers break on both my upper and lowers as well as the trays to sleep in because of the cheap quality of materials they use. I called to make an appointment a year after my braces were taken off to fix the newly broken retainers and they told me I was not considered a patient and they would gladly do a virtual consult for $250 plus close to $2K for new retainers and could bill me. I have NEVER been late on one single payment to them and this is how they treat their customers. The receptionists are rude and terrible. God forbid you have to reschedule and they push you out 6-8 weeks. PLEASE do you research so you do not get ripped off like I did. I have spoken to at least 20 other people who have been taken advantage of and currently working with Invisalign since I was mistreated so terribly.

Um so when me and my mother called for my braces to be put on we never got a call back. is there any chance i can still get my braces ?

We used this service for our oldest sons orthodontic treatment and he now has a beautiful smile. Our youngest son is currently receiving treatment to align his teeth. We are looking forward to Dr. White providing services to our daughter as well in the future. The office staff along with Dr. White is very professional and friendly.

I am very dissatisfied with this office! My daughter has been going there since Dec. 2014 and I paid my portion for her treatment and they were suppose to file with my ins. for the rest of the balance and still have not and will not make her next appointment until the balance is paid. I have called my ins. and they said no claim has ever been filed. When I ask to speak with someone about this matter at the orthodontics they just take my number and say someone will call me back but that has happened twice and no one has called me back yet.

Staff is friendly, yes. When you can get in touch with them.My daughter is a current patient. She has great things to say about the doctor.They do not have flexible scheduling. Their appointment times always take longer than projected. She usually has to go in a second time for each appointment, because of loose wires or wires cutting the inside of her mouth (i.e. they dont get it right the first time).Cant wait for this to be over!

I had a late appt. I called to see if I could come in early because I was afraid I was gone be late for work. And she said I come come at 10. Even though I was early. I was still in and out. The lady who worked on my mouth was too gentle and did an excellent job. cut the wires perfectly! The staff is amazing at white brown smiles!

At this moment after my experience with Dr Reynolds i would not recommend services. as a mother i questioned my self after the conversation with him. he does not talk to you he talks down and when called out ooo thats not what i meant. once words are put out you cant ckean them up. i was so upset i asked tge young lady to just walk ne outvand write down what she was trying to say. i am very unhappy with him and i voiced my opion to the cordinator and also voiced i would be writing this review. he does not represent white browns well at all.

I would not come back her after the lady hung up in my face after trying to explain something to her, She didnt even say have a good day. I guess she is made because, I didnt want there services. Oh well guess you gotta learn how to respond in a different way. so much for the advertisement. Simple and there prices SUCK. Dr.epps wants 280 to 290 down and then 149 a month so thats way cheaper. I wouldnt spend a dime at this place. YUCK And they only have one doctor which shows they are cheap because they cant hire another doctor just trifling and unprofessional. If you want to come here to played like a doll then come on down because the price is right for you. And plus NOW I have an infection, from one of my brackets that another or-tho doctor put on. I went there for a consultation. They must have overlooked it because she rushed through her work to see other clients. well its not my fault your company is cheap and cant hire another doctor. Also, did I mention, that they are so rude over the phone to other people. Because someone else has also, told me that they are extremely rude when you talk to them on the phone but when you get there they are different. So rude. and when I told them that one of brackets where causing bulging of the gums they said you cannot become a patient if your dont pay up front for down payments that they have other patients. RUDE YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they wouldnt even look at it or try to help it. So, now I have to go back and tell my other dentist that they betrayed me and that they dont need to send any patients here anymore. GOD they are so nasty!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter had her braces on for TWO years prior to coming to this facility. We received a quote of around $3500 for braces. I had no other option but to begin treatment. The dentist was so booked up (only being one dentist), that it literally would take two months in order to get an appointment. My daughter literally saw this dentist, 3, or 4 times before we had to relocate out of state. The ONLY thing she had done was the normally tightenting, rubberband change. NO equipment was put on, or taken off of her during this time (since she already had braces).Between the insurance, and my payments, we paid a total of $2400... yes, $2400 for 3-4 normal monthly appointments.I moved out of state, and had to get my daughter a new ortho, its funny because the new one says her braces are ready to come off in two weeks, and for the retainer, removing equipment, etc, its only $600. Anyways, I called Orthodontic Specialist of Carolina, told them I would like a refund of my money that services were not rendered for. She told me I would not be getting ANY refund, and she doesnt understand why I think they owe me money.So you think 3-4 appointments that are normal appointments cost $2400! NO, I do not think so. I will be writing a Better Business Bureau report, along with contacting the Dentist board.
