My daughter is 11 and was very nervous about getting braces. The team was very helpful and made her feel safe and secure. They are very nice and make my child fears go away. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Customer service was great and Dr Patton and the Hygenist made me feel soo comfortable. I was very nervous about getting my braces but they were very graceful and pleasant to me. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

The office is high quality and comfortable. The staff is almost always kind and outgoing. The dentists are succinct and friendly. Overall satisfied with my treatment.

I love this office! My son was a patient there and had excellent care and treatment. This office is so well organized and thorough. Dr. Welch, Dr. Bonds, & Dr. Patton and their entire staff are so polite and friendly. It is always a pleasure to walk in this office. My son always felt so welcomed and we always felt of value here and like our business was much appreciated. They accommodate you so well and we never had to wait long to be seen for each appointment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone without hesitation! This office is top notch!

Highly Recommend this Office for Orthodontic care. I have always had a wonderful experience with this practice. As a child, I completed my orthodontics here and now my son is beginning his treatment. Drs. Welch, Bonds, Patton and all the staff are so welcoming. The front office staff always greet you with a smile. This is by far the most efficient office- you barely have time to sit after checking in before you are already being called back . Most importantly, my teeth still look fabulous and I love knowing that my son is in the same great hands and his smile will be too!!

Paid over $5,000 to have a couple teeth straightened. When my braces were finally removed, my teeth were NOT straightened.If you think it may be hard to pay for, or to just have orthodontic work done, just try to have an orthodontists bad work undone. BEWARE..!!!Dr. Bonds really did some bad work on my teeth...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of any medical or health professional I have ever had. My son wore braces from this place about 4 years. He regularly went to appointments, followed all instructions given. Unfortunately, I couldnt go with him to every appointment, being a widowed mother of 3 and working as a teacher, I just couldnt just take the time off to go to appointments. This may be the reason my son received such rude and poor service from the staff and doctors. Long story short, my son had a tooth that wasnt coming in like it should. I was told that this would be no problem for them to fix. It ended up they could not fix it and said wed have to go to an oral surgeon.OK so we went to an oral surgeon who told us that he couldnt do a tooth implant because my sons teeth were not in the right position! What?? After wearing braces for 4 years his teeth werent in the right position?? The surgeon said the braces were either taken off too early or were completely ineffective??? Of course I called the office to inform them what the surgeon said, and all I can say is that their response was very rude and defensive! So,after all the time and money spent, we are back to square one!!! My son has to get braces AGAIN. We will NOT be going back to this place. So, unless you have a lot of time and money to waste, I wouldnt go to this place!
