Dont even bother with this practice! They are a rip-off. When you need a deep cleansing and must pay $7000+ up front, you are able to get an appointment within a day. But have a problem and you are not able to get in for a year....a year!!! Seriously? Then when you do get an appointment with Melissa, she calls in sick or her son is sick....and, yes, you guessed it, cannot not reschedule until 2022!

I highly recommend this office if you are having any periodontal issues. After having the LANAP procedure done by Dr Estes my gums are the healthiest they have been in a long time. After the procedure I had a follow up appointment every month with the dental hygienist, Christina who was great! She was very professional and patient while helping me get over my fear of the dentist office. She would clean my teeth and then show me how to take care of my gums while they recovered from the surgery. My last visit we went through my numbers and all of my 7s and 8s (which there were a lot) were now all 2s and 3s with even some 1s.

Went in for a procedure for my 12 year old, who was nervous. Our experience here was fantastic. Clean and welcoming facility with caring and genuine staff.

Everyone was so nice! Very informative and comforting. I was happy that nothing was seriously wrong and it was an enjoyable experience.

I was referred to Southern Roots by my dentist. In my regular teeth cleaning appointment, the hygienist thought that there was an infection around one of my implants. It took a while for an appointment; they were booking about 3 weeks out. Dr Marlow did a professional and thorough job, analyzing the site. I have a followup appointment for periodontic work. They do NOT take dental insurance, so I had to pay the entire charge, with a recommendation to try getting some reimbursement from the insurance company, on my own.

I was beyond pleased with the service I received at Southern Roots! Everyone was extremely friendly and compassionate!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a periodontist!

Dr. Marlow and team were great. Tooth extraction and implant went as planned and as per consultation. Will go back if I ever need periodontal work done again.

I have been a patient for several years and cannot say enough about these two and their staff. They make you comfortable regardless of your situation, and are experts at resolving your problems, and improving your oral health, and general well being. Easy to give five stars.

I’ve had dental work done over the years from cavity filings to veneers, all of which I felt like were pretty easy procedures but this time I was really nervous because I needed to have not one, but two gum grafts done. Unsure of my decision, I decided to opt out of getting anesthesia when I walked in for my appointment. Dr. Marlow and her staff made me feel so comfortable during the whole procedure. My daughter had to have a gum transplant and it is a very tough procedure to have done as an adult, but for a 10 year old it was a lot! Dr. Marlow and her team were phenomenal. My sweet girl was scared and had to go through more than her fair share of hurdles. Dr. Marlow put us both at ease and was so kind and caring as she explained and skillfully performed a procedure on a terrified patient and stressed out mama. Had gum rebuild surgery on right top and bottom left of mouth , performed by Dr Allison Marlowe. Admit was little nervous about, but she was so nice, and everyone there that handled my visit were so gentle and thorough during entire procedure and every visit. I certainly hope I wont need another spot, but if I do, will go back to Dr Marlowe and staff.

I was recommended to Dr. Estes from my family dentist a couple of years ago for periodontal work and oral surgery. I’m very particular about who I let work on my teeth and mouth because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past. I live in Indiana and drive 50 minutes to get to Dr. Estes‘s office, and it’s worth every minute of it. He and his staff are always very comforting, professional and understanding. They have always been there to address any concerns I’ve ever had and make me feel that I’m important to them. When I needed emergency dental work and they felt I couldn’t wait until Dr. Estes was available they got me into see Dr. Marlow in his office and she is also wonderful and did a fabulous job. His professionals that do my periodontal cleaning‘s and all of the dental assistants always do a great job and make sure I’m as comfortable with the procedures as possible. When my son needed his wisdom teeth taken out Dr. Estes took him on as a patient and did an excellent job. They’ve always exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Dr. Estes and Dr. Marlow office for any periodontal, cosmetic or Oral surgery you or your family might ever need. He and his staff are wonderful and I would never use anybody else.
