Marcey the hygienist is the best ever! My teeth are so sensitive, but somehow she makes it painless. Very caring. Sam is always friendly in the front office, she always remembers me.

The staff of Merrill Ranch Family Dental are friendly and accommodating. My 7 year old daughter has gone there since she was a toddler. Each time we visit, the staff demonstrate patience with her, always ending the visit with a prize!

This has to the mist incompetent dental practice when it comes to billing.. Even the insurance company couldn’t understand why they couldn’t bill corrrectly. Getting bills from last years procedures just now end of June 2020 . Watch out people theirs are plenty of dentists out there more competent in billing . These people couldn’t bill a simple check up correctly.Wish the rating could be a zero.

I was a new patient who booked my appointment prior to leaving Canada. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted by Sam who had me fill out the usual paper work. The dentist, Dr. Cameron Blythe, sat down with me to review my concerns and explain my options. He was very thorough and immediately after, Sam was able to review the costs with me. I was anxious to have the work completed so they suggested coming back in the afternoon of the same day. I showed up for the appointment and was greeted by the dental assistant, Tess. I was really impressed with the urgency that Dr. Blythe and Tess demonstrated and the work they completed over a 3 hour period. It was a long day for everyone in the office as they had started at 7am and my appointment went until after 5:30. I was able to leave that day with a temporary bridge and am scheduled for the new permanent bridge in 3 weeks. I was impressed with how both Tess and Dr. Blythe explained each step along the way and how they were able to complete all the work the same day. I would highly recommend Merrill Ranch Family Dental to everyone.

Best practice I’ve ever been to and I have spent many hours in the chair. Scott lee d.d.s is my favorite dentist I have been seeing him for years now . He bounces around dental offices. I always track him down. He works here now. I have never found a office that was such a friendly environment from the dentist to office manager and dental assistant. I live over a hour away from them and still choose to go there.

The entire staff is very professional and friendly Dr Blyth as well as his staff makes one feel as if they are the only patient that matters even though one can tell they are all busy. The entire staff in my experience especially want you to be comfortable and as pain free as possible. I recommend this dentist office to anybody I have never had a better dental experience.

Over the last 6 months I have had a lot of dental wirk dine here This is the first dentist office I have ever enjoyed going to. Tess is just wonderful, she is patient and knows her stuff. Was great! My wife needed a lot of work done, they were VERY helpful Working with us on the payment. The only reason we stopped going is because we moved out of the area.......now were having a hard time finding a good dentist.

Make certain you watch your pockets. Their billing department is awful. I was up charged three times for a crown. Every time I went in it was more money. The back room staff was good. There billing department is terrible. Just be very careful dealing with this group.

I have had my teeth looked over by MRFD for the last 10 years. I have been satisfied with the cleanings and advice given to me by the hygienist. I wish the price of the cleanings would not go up every time.

New staff is starting to gel. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Blythe is great and takes the time to explain your options and treatment plan.

Modern office with state of the art equipment. Dr. Blyth and his staff are very professional. Good consulting on procedures. The cost of procedures is affordable. Much lower dentistry costs than we had in Colorado.I also like the hygenist very much. He does a nice gentle cleaning.

First time I used a new dental office in 25 years due to moving here from Mission Viejo,CA. The staff including Dr Garner and my hygienist were tops. I just had cleaning but the hygienist was a joy !!

They called me an hour before my scheduled cleaning and asked if I could come in early, so I did. The cleaning went well, then I sat and waited for the dentist to come in and do whatever it is the dentist does after a cleaning. 25 minutes went by, still no dentist. Even the hygienist stopped coming in. So I flagged someone down and told them I was leaving.Then there was a problem with their billing. They say that the insurance company said my coverage ended 2 weeks before my appointment, which makes no sense. After I double checked with Aetna, and called them back, they acted as if they didnt want to deal with it anymore and whatever was in their notes was fact. So I had to deal with filing the claim myself, which is very annoying.If you enjoy wasting time, please choose Merril Ranch Family Dental!! They wont disappoint.
