Office staff and dentist are amazing when and IF you can get in. Every time I have an urgent issue (broken tooth, etc) they are unable to see you for months.If you wait for them you will lose your teeth because they don’t bother trying to see you to get it taken care of because the damage can no longer be repaired.Dentist seems to be not want to work a lot, the office is always empty even though they can’t possibly get you in for a dental emergency. I am now recommending all patients I have referred to go elsewhere to a dentist that actually cares about saving your teeth rather than getting in that extra vacation or six. This is not just a recent COVID thing. This is how they were operating prior as well.If you just need a cleaning and not worried about someone who knows you that will see you for emergency treatment then this is actually a place with friendly staff and a professional doctor that is a pleasure to speak with. While it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist the inability for them to accommodate emergencies and instead let you lose your tooth is unacceptable in my book.I am even a cash pay patient. I can imagine scheduling for someone with a low reimbursement insurance plan.

Elite lives up to their name! This practice is amazing for the entire family. They have an incredible team and Dr. Thompson is fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. Jessica cleans my (and my children’s) teeth every time. She is so amazing with my kids and really takes the time to make them feel comfortable.

Excellence to the max.It was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. My teeth are white after one cleaning.Brandy took her time and explained everything the pictures took of each and every tooth.It is nice to know what is going on. I have never had that much time given to a cleaning which I needed . I have periodontal disease and waited almost a year.I was quite the job. I will never go anywhere else. reasonable prices and excellent care. Even get a free whitening tray.Kyle the dentist is setting up an excellent care program for me.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will most definitely continue to use them. Im not one that usually gives reviews but i want to encourage other people to go to Elite.

I grew up with bad dentists, so let my teeth get really bad. I had a great dentist in Ohio so when we moved to Ky it was with trepidation that I had to find a dentist. I found Elite Family and went to them along with my daughter and husband. We like the staff and dentist and they were actually very patient with my nervousness and unease. Thank you to Dr Lucas for being an exceptional dentist.

I am finally pain free! When I first saw Dr. Thompson I had pain in one of my molars which had been chipped and filled several times over the years. Because the tooth was so weak Dr. Thompson recommended a crown. I had zero pain during the procedure and the new crown fits so well it looks and feels just like my original tooth. The best part is I can chew on my left side again with no pain or worries. My kids also see Dr. Thompson for routine dental care. Highly recommended.

Having come from a dental background (I was a dental assistant for 15 years), I am extremely picky about my dentist and hygienist. I was very pleased with Dr. Lucas and her entire staff. I felt like they took their time with my cleaning and exam. Very pleased!
