Young Dr. Earl who is taking over the practice is friendly. Family history of dentistry. However, he did a crown. My gums were pushed far up and will not go back into place. Cold drinks are very painful. I was scheduled for my biannual cleaning and asked for advice. in the area of the crown they did. The office, with Dr. Kenner with whom I had an appointment came for the crown but he did not do it. Dr. Kenner is retiring yet wanted many procedures done before a cleaning. He already had my dental records from earlier this year. Insurance will not cover more and I came for a covered service. Excuses and nasty female lead. Very unprofessional. No customer should be treated as I was by her. The regular staff were more friendly. But now pan x-ray done. I am not given copy. No cleaning done, which was the sole purpose of the visit. They have my earrings still in the office and I hear them badmouthing inside. They refused to give my property back while I waited

I’ve had to get 2 teeth pulled from root canals that he did t not get all of the root out. I loved the hygienist but Kenner is no good. Save tour time and money and go somewhere else
