Fall Creek Vision Center always provides excellent customer service. Their staff is prompt, courteous and helpful. Appointments are easy to book and the checkin process is quick. My annual exam was conducted in a professional, efficient manner and all my questions and concerns were addressed in an understandable way with possible options thoroughly explained. The post exam fitting for my new glasses was pleasant and professional.They carry a wide variety of frames at all price levels and my optician listened to my needs and kept the process from being overwhelming.I would highly recommend Fall Creek Vision Center.

Not only is this business easy to find, but its super friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very straight forward on costs/expenses. Wonderful eye care for the entire family. Dr. Smith is my absolute favorite eye doctor! I would visit more than my eye appointments if it was socially acceptable; the staff is just that welcoming and kind. I love that its a family business, and you can tell the environment is a very happy place to be. Very clean, they have air purifiers in all rooms, they do follow guidelines as per instructed by the authorities (if youre paranoid about that sort of thing).

I had a wonderful experience at Fall Creek Vision. They practice safe Covid-19 measures. My tech was nice and friendly. Dr Smith was great. He made me really comfortable during my exam and answered all of my questions. At the end when I found out that I needed computer glasses a really nice lady name Hannah helped me pick out glasses. She was wonderful, friendly and easy to talk too. I will definitely keep them all in the family.

It was such an excellent place to take your family and yourself. Being a physician, I am very well read and could not agree to my prior diagnosis by the ophthalmologist but Dr. Smith quickly diagnosed me with something that was actually a very benign condition and stopped my unnecessary meds. He is thoughtful and first thinks in terms of human physiology which takes him to a different level than many. Indeed an excellent eye doctor

I had to call first thing on a Saturday morning due to an eye condition that came on quickly, without warning. They were booked for the whole morning, but still found time to fit me in the same day. They were ready for me as soon as I arrived. Every person I met with was so friendly and profession. I was treated and had everything explained to me. I’m very impressed! I should add that I was a new patient, and they still found time for me!! This is my new “official” eye doctor!!

Fall Creek Vision has poor customer service and would rather argue with the customer instead of recognizing the situation in a professional manner. I had a horrible experience when I arrived for my appointment that was scheduled one month ago to be told my insurance was not accepted under my vision plan. When it is clearly listed on the insurance website. Such a waste of my time. When I arrivedthe receptionist said. No we do not work with your vision insurance . I was in shock. This office was listed under my plan and the woman confirmed they accepted my insurance over the phone. The receptionist kept asking someone in the back and the person was yelling back to her. No we do not take this insurance and she would have to pay out of pocket. This was very unprofessional of the manager or the person in the back answering the receptionists questions not to come out from behind the wall and address the issue. After expressing my frustration for wasting my time and was given the wrong information while booking the appointment. To my surprise, I was told I should direct my anger towards my insurance company instead of them. I was in shock and couldnt believe a manager or customer service rep would speak to a customer this way. Then I replied to remind this rude person.It is NOT my responsiblity as a customer to educate your staff and to update your vendors website. This situation was handled poorly and hope for the owners sake they do not continue to treat customers this way in the future. Anyway, Im not going to waste anymore of my energy with this place. Theyve wasted enough of my time. I will never go back again.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and very helpful. The staff is very patient as you go through your pre-exam screenings (especially with children!). The doctor is very thorough in checking your eyes and takes time to answer any questions you might have. The staff who helps with purchasing glasses is always very friendly and helpful in finding the right frames for your face as well as your budget. They explain all of your options as far as what you can add to your prescription (transitions, UV protection, etc) without being pushy. Their prices are great and competitive to all the big name retailers. We love Fall Creek Vision and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter and I have been going here for years. The staff are always kind and quick to address your needs. Dr. Smith is great with young ones (my daughter started with contacts at age 8!) and is very willing to meet multiple times if necessary to make sure your fit is right.

Everyone was very professional. The doctor listens to you and gave me samples for my dry eye to see which drop would work better before purchasing myself. It was also a first step before putting plugs in. The optometrist was also great. She listened to my likes and dislikes, and found 5 frames instantly that I fell in love with. The entire process from start to finish was great.

When there is emergency that a person has lost his glass and he need eye testing done with prescription for getting new pair of glasses, the front desk says rudely to wait for 1 week and hangs phone. Is the facility so packed to not see one emergency eye testing for 15mins max. Really...

I was seen by Dr. Till. He just could not get my prescription right for my glasses. I ordered my glasses in August of 2019. I spent over $500 out of my pocket. I had to go back SEVEN times, and Dr. Till was unable to fix the issue. He blamed it on the lab. Then COVID hit. So it was then April/May and I had heard nothing. I finally called and asked to see Dr. Smith. He was very helpful and apologetic and kind.......at first. He was able to correct the problem after one visit. However, I had to wear my old glasses for over 9 months. I asked for some kind of compensation for the horrible inconvenience. He said he would definitely work something out. The next conversation I had with Dr. Smith, he was not so kind and decided he was not going to give me any compensation, even though his colleague was totally, completely, and grossly incompetent. I explained to Dr. Smith how my nurse at my Dr.s office said she had the exact same experience with Dr. Till. If you decide to patronize this office, I STRONGLY suggest you DO NOT see Dr. Till. I am deeply disappointed in Dr. Smiths change of attitude. I truly thought he was going to make things right. Apparently not.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Smith’s for as long as I can remember. He is the most thorough and up to date on the latest treatments and ocular information. He doesn’t just do eye exams. He teaches about eye health and eye diagnosis. He is outstanding!!

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in an office. I overheard a conversation between the Dr with tattoos and another staff member (The receptionist) degrading another patient. So unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone. 0/10

I saw Dr Wagler whom I found to be VERY thorough in examination, he asks a lot of questions, takes the time to answer your questions, and pays very close attention to his patient. Dr. Wagler is very nice person, friendly and has a great bedside manner.

During these crazy times, the idea of going to a doctors appointment, let alone an eye doctor, is scary enough. Today my girls and I all had our appointments. I felt so safe and protected from the first step we took inside the door! Masks were worn and everything was disinfected. Hand sanitizer was available everywhere. Dr. Wagler and his team are amazing! We moved to Westfield in 2017 and we still travel to Fishers for our annual exams. We will continue to go to Fall Creek Vision as long as they are around.
