Its been a while since we were there last, but Dr Spaulding has always been amazing. My oldest went to her for his first set of glasses and shes been a long time with him making sure that she covered everything. My middle child just went to her for the first time and again she put pictures up and made the diagnosis absolutely as precise as possible for him. Both my kids were young when they went into glasses and I can imagine it must be difficult to weasel out a yes or no answer from them when theyre that age... But shes always done a great job with us. Our family really appreciates her thoroughness. The staff there are always very helpful. The place was very busy but they took the time to explain something to me that I needed to understand, and managed to smoothly take care of the next 4 people to walk in. They spent probably a half an hour with a teenager next to me, VERY PATIENTLY teaching them how to put in contacts. They seem like they are all just really good people who want to do the best they can. Great people. Thanks guys.

Dr. Spalding is always on point with professionalism and timeliness during my appointments. She gives helpful, relevant information for my contacts/glasses prescriptions and listens to my needs and concerns. Her staff has always been considerate and efficient, to the point that it is noticeable in comparison with visits Ive had at other optometrists offices. I am a continuing patient with her office at Target Optical in Fishers, specifically due to my positive experiences with her optometry practice.

EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant experience from front to back. Dr. Spaulding was fast,efficient and pleasant. Staff in front was fast, efficient. Both of them were nice, complimentary, and offered help with lens choices, help, keeping things safe.Low pressure, gave fun advice on which glasses to pick. A surprisingly enjoyable lunch break.

Dr. Spalding is the best Optometrist I have ever seen. Ive had eye surgery twice to my exams are not very good as I take a while to try to figure out what image looks better when they are determining my script. She is extremely patient and works with me to make sure I give her the best answers and my scripts have been the best I have ever had in the last 30 years! I always recommend her to friends as shes awesome!

Dr. Spalding was great and so was her staff. They are quite busy but keep on friendly smiles and gave me all the time I needed. There was even a new man that I believe he said it was only his second day that easily guided me in putting in my contacts for the first time. I was dreading it taking hours like many say but with all of his tips and patience it only took me a few tries to get them in and out.

I have a very difficult prescription and am sometimes unable to tell which is better, 1 or 2. Dr.Spalding was very patient and thorough with me. As a patient who is always afraid that I may not be giving good responses, I appreciated her very much. I would definitely recommend her.

I was kept waiting for 20 minutes. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and the doctor took another patient back at my appointment time. Before that, the manager and doctor were in the back conducting small talk for 10 minutes. The equipment was not adjusted correctly in the office and my near vision was tested for one second by me being able to read a card close up. My time is important. If I schedule an appointment I am always early, I expect to be taken back on time. Also, have a level of care administered to me. The setup was so wonky because of recent construction that I couldnt even see the entire line of text to read for her because the reflective mirror was mis-located and only showed the first two letters in the series.
