*This review was written during the pandemic* I drove from Raleigh to receive my first covid vaccine (pfizer). The Cape Fear Health system had opened up the vaccine to Group 5 (everyone). The system this hospital had put into place ran very smoothly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. All of the people I came in contact with were super helpful. Im glad that I made the drive. Side note: 40 had construction near Fayetteville (March 2021) so it might be advantageous to take a secondary route during peak travel times if driving from the Raleigh area.
