Dr. Solomon is my mothers and my Dr. He is awesome. He recently let his patients know that he will be opening his own practice. I will definitely be following him. I wish his nurse Denise would be following him as well but she has gone elsewhere due to the tension and other issues at the office. I have been trying for 2 months now to get another family member in as a new patient. I have talked to the nurses about it in person and have called several times. All I get is I will get Dr. Solomons assistant to call you back. That call never comes. I am so frustrated with this drs office right now. You cant trust anything they say anymore. Can wait for Dr. Solomons office to open the end of June.

This office use to be a joy to come too however since dr logue left it has been nothing but a pain. All they want is money and when your prescription runs out they want to see you again to get a refill. Been on the medicine for 10 years please tell me the real reason for an office visit. I have a scheduled appointment in June that they scheduled me but this appointment is sooo important

My doctor retired. They told me 1 day before he retired. They cant tell me about who I will see except the new doctor. I would like to know about this person so I can research them. When ask what type of doctor is he they said good. I should have been sent a letter 30 days out telling me my doctor of many years was retiring and given the opportunity to look for a new doctor or research the doctor they have hired. If they dont want patients jumping ship then treat them with respect and let them decide if this is the doctor for them. I guess i will try this new doctor and if its not a good fit I will be on the hunt for a new doctor. I will monitor this website so I can find out who they hired so I can research their background. The staff saying he came from CFVH is not necessarily a good recommendation. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Needed pre-authorization for medical insurance to cover a med. No pre-authorization received by pharmacy after four requests over a period of seven days. Office staff was upset that I was very, very upset with this lack of action by their pre-authorization department. At this time of Covid-19 this is not acceptable. The medication was needed in a timely fashion and in the process of their lack of attention the medication was depleted. Stressful situation was accentuated by extremes due to this inactivity on their part. Looking at other reviews -- I expect that since I have complained my husband (who is in a critical care unit during this same timeframe) and I will be dropped from their practice. What a shame that they cannot help their patients or in the least be considerate or extra patient of the circumstances of their patients during an extremely stressful time!! I sincerely hope and pray that not one of them will ever suffer treatment in this way. In all other ways my husband and have been extremely satisfied with the care we have received from the Doctor and his Assistant.

Do not go here !!!! The staff is rude ! Management is rude and they do not listen when you complain. I work in internal medicine as well and this was unprofessional from top to bottom. They have no respect for your time . If you are behind schedule , CALL THE PATIENT AND GIVE US A CHOICE TO RESCHEDULE . I missed out on money being here and didn’t even get seen due to staff being very unprofessional .

Was a patient for a couple of years. I left my job to open my own business didnt have insurance any more so they said they couldnt help me when I walked in during walk in hours. I lost my insurance and my doctor apparently.Office manager looked annoyed that I was even in the office that day. Go to an urgent care is what they said could have told me that when I called that morning. Thanks

Ive tried for almost 3 weeks now to establish care with them. First week I faxed in my new patient paperwork to their fax number listed on the forms and it turned out to be a dead line. The next week I went to their contact page and mailed in my paperwork to the person who listed under scheduling. I heard no response for that week so I called the next week and was told that the doctor was reviewing my paperwork. Here it is 3 weeks later and I still have heard no response from anyone.I chose this place because one of my coworkers had suggested that they would be great but now I just feel like Im not even worth their time. How can a doctors office claim to be accepting new patients but then not actually accept new patients or even have the decency to help me find any doctor there who is willing to take me on as a patient?

I have been a patient of Village Internal for many years. These folks are helpful, kind and thorough. If you dont like waiting forever for your appointment this is the place for you!

When their staff makes a mistake, they send a form letter that they will nolonger see you, and will only provide emergency care for the next 30 days. No apology just a your not welcome here anymore.

My husband and myself are new to the area. I filled out all the paperwork and mailed both back. I called today to see when we had appointments. Receptionist couldnt assist me as I never checked a doctor to be seen. Nothing was ever mentioned about choising a doctor. So I will look elsewhere. Who wants to go to a medical facility thats doesnt have a clue! Glad I found out now instead of later.

Best Dr in Fayetteville NC he takes his time with each patient he does not rush in and rush out like most Drs I have had experience with hands down Dr S is the best!!

Called to see if they were taking new patients. The person said yes but I had to fill out patient forms first. I filled it out and stuck in mail. After 2 weeks of no response I called to ask about it my paperworkI was told I had to go through the doctor assistant, So of course they had left for the day. So I left a message and 3 days later I finally got a call stating We cant help you Not that they were no longer taking new patients or etc..Just We cant help you..I cannot rate the doctor but there customer service is definately sucky. I cant help but wonder if it was my medical history that caused them to tell me they could not help
