I was beyond impressed with my experience at this office. My first contact was with his PA Wilson in the hospital and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me so I can quickly get out of hospital, I met Dr. Savaliya in the office after getting discharged from hospital, he even looked up the price of the antibiotic he prescribed so I wouldn’t be surprised at the pharmacy and printed off a coupon so I could save some money on it. He was awesome who would go an extra mile to help someone like me.

I’m taking my mother to this office for 2 years, they are still maintaining excellent standard of care, I have called so many times even for small reasons but they always address it with happy face. I wish my primary care doctor’s office shows same courtesy & unfortunately this practice doesn’t see patients for primary care.

Dr. Savaliya is a wonderful physician! He was very friendly, patient, and professional during my recent visit with him to treat my condition. I appreciated the information he gave me about my condition and the options for treatment. The medications he gave me was quick and efficient. After a few weeks, the problem was almost entirely gone with minimal side effects. Hes a fantastic doctor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with this type of infection. The check in staff was polite and very professional and courteous. Stephanie was very nice, and the lady in the lab took my blood was very very sweet. I regret that I do not recall her name. She had already inserted the needle and I was still waiting for the pain. I really did not detect that she had inserted the needle and was filling one tube of blood.

Doctor savaliya is so a gentle and nice person. And of course he does a good job and so professional. His staffs all as sweet as him and so patient to explain everything to you. Front desk girls are the best, they answers with respect, no matter how many time you call.

Took my family for immigration medical check up. From setting up appointment, registration, consultation and check up process, all staff and physician you met were wonderful, professional and dedicated people. We then received the report and clearance a real quick.

Finally cape fear refer us to infection specialist, Extremely professional! The front office staff is the best, the office is very nice, I received so much important information and felt so well cared for, that I recommended my mother to see them.

Doctor Vipul listened attentively, addresses and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I knew I had met with the doctor that would provide with not all only the best options for my particular situation. More importantly, he presented me with such clarity and made my decision to have him treat my problem confidently.

My brother can’t hear and talk, they have even hired sign language interpreter, so far none the doctors we saw provided that service, we are very thankful to ID Care and its staff.

Although the knee infection was the most difficult health problem I have experienced, Dr. Savaliya and the staff organized the hospital and home support so well that I felt well taken care of. I would recommend ID Care to anyone needing similar attention.
