This was my first time to this practice and I enjoyed the experience. I was able to get a same day appointment after losing my prescription lenses the day before. All the staff were Friendly and professional. Dr. E was very thorough with his exam. I appreciated being able to see my eye scan; for $39 it was worth the peace of mind to know there were no issues. Best part was no dilation!

Dr Eichammer is wonderful! I recently had retina surgery through Eye Consultants of ATL and have been to several follow up appointments with them since then. My surgeon never seems to have time to answer my questions or address concerns. Dr. Eichammer took the time to answer my questions and explained that a cataract may be responsible for the vision problems I’ve been having since surgery, which gave me some hope! My surgeon with Eye Consultants never took the time to explain that to me. I’ll be scheduling cataract surgery in the near future. This was my first and last time going to this eye clinic. The staff was not friendly nor helpful in anyway to a new patient at their facility. I asked if I could be given the prescription for glasses, so that I can purchase them at a later time. The doctor said it was okay. The person at the front wrote the prescription out but did not specify which was left or right. She also did not include the PD information. I called back to get clarity about it. The lady said they were not allowed to give out that information at all. I asked why is that when you all just did the service for me. I stated she stated that the person does it as a courtesy and it is not completed by the doctor so it can’t be given out. I was appalled by to hear that crazy explanation. The way it seems as if it’s a problem that I am getting glasses elsewhere because I did not like any of the frames. I have already given you money for the service you provided so why is that such a big deal to just give out a number. So I called my previous eye doctor and they were able to give me the PD over the phone without hesitation. So it is safe to say I will not be returning to the Fayette Eye Clinic ever again. I only came because it was referred and close distance to my house. I will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Waited 3 weeks for glasses and now I have to wait again . they sent the wrong frames , manager was not helpful she a complete. ..... not gonna say the word . excuses of her being gone due to funeral , i did not ask about your personal life . I sat there and pointed out the okleys I wanted and specifacally said black Oakley sighn not a flag . she was not helpful at all just told me you just have to wait until the come back , no time frame .wont be returning there anymore just pick up my glasses. in another 3 weeks or more im sure .now they have to reorder the right ones😠

My family and I have been patients for 10 years. Today we learned that all patients are being forced to agree to a Optos Retina Imaging exam that insurance does not cover @ $39.00 copay in addition to an additional charge for astigmatism fitting for toric contacts. I understand the rising costs in Healthcare and can appreciate the toric charge but the Retina Imaging mandates are not necessary according to the Mayo clinic research. This has been optional consent in the past. We will be finding another service in the future. Another grievance is that I overheard office staff discussing my disappointment with the new forced policy amongst each other while I was waiting in lounge for my son with other patients and staff within ear shot.... very unprofessional.

This is clinic is absolute scam and rip off! Since Covid19, they now require all of these charges that never were in place before such requiring a picture of the back of your eye which has always been optional but now is required ($40). FIND ANOTHER EYE CLINIC and save your money as well get better care for your eyes!

Dr. E is excellent. I found that the billing information provided by DePoe’s back office to not be accurate and this continues to be a concern to me.

I have always used the Depoe Eye Clinic in Jonesboro and have always been satisfied. However, due to moving farther south, this was my first time going to the Fayetteville location. Everyone I saw was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. E took him time with me so I could understand the change in my prescription and what my options were. I have found my new Optometrist at the Depoe Eye Clinic in Fayetteville!

I have been going here for years! I have been happy with the service and staff up to now! I have always got my glasses at the office. I am getting older and I need special glass that they do not carry. I ask for my prescription and the young lady wrote it out and gave it to me. I went to purchase my glasses on line and found out she left off my ADD for both my eyes and my PD. I called the office back and she refused to give it to me. This is my eye doctor not my glasses doctor. I should be free to go anywhere to purchase my glasses and everything on my records are mine! I will be finding me another Doctors offices for my family that respects us and our needs and rights! This is not how you treat a loyal customer who has been with you for many years. My children, my wife and myself have been going every year for as long as I can remember!

My family and I have going here for years. We have a seen a change in staff over the years. Last year when I was there for my yearly exam. The lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. She needed some customer service training.

I have never been so disappointed before with an establishment as I was with this one. I ordered contacts back in August was given the wrong contacts. Called to get them replaced and I had to drive back to the office. When I get to the office a month later, they tell me I owe a $130 fitting charge that I never received communication for and they cant order my contacts without paying the charge. I proceed to call the office manager in another office (Michelle) five or six times and no response. Called again in November no response. Today I called and was told I need to bring the contacts back and they will waive the $10 shipping fee that they first said they did not ship to home addresses. However, I have to drive the 42 miles back to the office to take the contacts. Jessica tells me that we are both busy people and dont need to go around and around about this. They have to return the contacts before they can order them. I have not had contacts since August. She ask me what would I like for her to do-I just told her to refund my money. Very upsetting that I cant get a box of contact that is owed to me after the office ordered the wrong prescription. What happened to for your inconvenience we will give you this or I apologize and we will waive this or that? This was not a good first impression. Needless to say-Im taking both boxes back when I get a chance to drive 42 miles one way.

Great Dr. Who cares about his patients, and great service. The tech was very fast and nice made my visit very enjoyable. I will use only this eye center for my eye Care and will recommend them to everyone.

The Dr. is so nice. One of the staff members is very rude. The younger lady at front is okay. The other lady with Brunette hair who sits in the back is very snappy and rude. It;s a way to talk to customers.

I was able to make a next- day appointment for for an exam and contact fitting. Dr. E was very kind to spend a few extra minutes with me to discuss the pros and cons of LASIK.The staff is truly there to provide care that is the best for the patient, not to promote products or services. My experience was great.

I called to register with the provider and once I mentioned my last name, the lady over the phone said we do not take clients with the insurance you have. I am certain of my coverage and I was provided this clinic as one of the practices recommended under my insurance cover for eye care. Only after I told the lady who picked my call that I have registration number, she started to change course, at this point I decided to let her know I am fortunate to choose a provider who does not discriminate based on last name.

This is a great atmosphere, friendly and personal. The care is excellent. It is a welcomed change from the impersonal, institutional feel that you find in health care more often than not. Fayette Eye Clinic is just the opposite.

I am very pleased with the results of my annual eye exam. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not rushed. Dr. Eichhammer thoroughly explained everything and even made eye dilation pleasant.

Went in to buy a new pair of glasses for a difficult to find size and was denied being able to look at the selection. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and ended up leaving. All I wanted to do was make sure they had something that would fit before wasting both my time and whoever was supposively going to help me. Absolutely ridiculous. Ended up taking my money elsewhere.

I have been going to the Fayette Eye Clinic for a very long time (nearly 20 years???). I have always enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the front staff. Yes, staff personnel have changed, but Dr. Eichhammer seems to know how to bring in excellent people who continue to do a superb job. Dr. Eichhammer himself is the best of the best. Never in a hurry, Dr. Eichhammer makes certain a patient fully understands what is going on and what options are available to him/her should the need for treatment be needed. He is pro-active in checking for any possible change in eye sight and works well with communicating with other doctors if necessary. In my case, I am a Type 2 diabetic so I feel very reassured when he gives me a thorough exam and lets my physician know about the condition of my eyes.

I went to Fayette Eye Clinic for my contact lenses to see Dr. Robert Eichhammer for more than 15 years.The location and waiting room is always cozy and comfortable.Dr. Robert Eichhammer is so kind and caring.But, Somehow fayette eye clinic did not accept my spectera insurance since 2 years ago.I was heartbreaking but I had to look for another vision ppo doctor.I went to a one place once but they were lousy , just lousy. I was used to get a so kind and caring premier services from Dr. Robert Eichhammer so that made me come back after 2 years,even my vision insurance dose not covers everthing for out of net work vision providers.It was worth to see Dr. Robert Eichhammer again for a professional, kind, caring , personal services and best of all I CAN SEE BETTER !!!.
