I had a fantastic experience here. Darren was wonderful at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Nikki took me in as soon as my paperwork was done and made everything quick. Dr. Moser was very friendly and thorough. She did a great job and was quick but I felt like she really checked my eyes to make sure there were no issues. Overall wonderful experience! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

My experience here was wonderful. The staff is great. Darren T. is a delight. He is very personable. Great attitude and personality. Nikki G. answered all my questions as I went. And she did it all with a smile. Very polite and very friendly. Dr. Moser is super friendly, very informational and is concerned about what concerns you. She answered all my questions and gave a list of things I could do to help my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for or needing a new place for their eye care needs. An awesome team!

Everyone here was super nice and very professional. The gentleman at the front named Darren was by far the best receptionist iv ever met. He ask if I was hungry and offered a banana, it was one of the most delectable bananas I ever had. All in all, Vold Vision come for the great service, stay for the bananas.

Really great and efficient service! Darren and Nikki were really fun to talk to while I was getting set up. Dr. Moser answered all questions I had about my eyes health. Glad I went there.

Do NOT come here! They gave me the wrong prescription TWICE! I have astigmatism, my old prescription was - 4.00 on both eyes with the cylinder, my eyes havent changed much, but the prescription I got from here was +2.00, I KNOW my eyes have not changed that much!! And then my old axis was OD 173 OS 006 (this is the angle at how your eyes sit), the axis I got from here the FIRST TIME was OD 68 OS 105, the second time OD 72 OS 102. My eyes are not planets, they do not rotate! The first doctor I had was frustrated with me and my astigmatism, he sighed and was clearly frustrated with me and exam. The second doctor I had, she was nice and all, but still had my prescription wrong! I put my trust into these doctors and what they were doing, but when wearing the prescription they gave me, gave me head aches, made my eyes exhausted, and didnt even correct my astigmatism! Im NEVER coming back here! Nothing is ever right at Walmart! Then the doctor tried to tell me that there was different ways to write out my prescription, but that does not excuse the fact that my prescription was wrong twice!

I waited on a call back after calling with some insurance questions. I was walking into store when Darren called me back. He had the answers then but I cut him off hung up. I walked into store and was then face to face with Darren. Who after I told him who I was apologized for it taking so long to get back to me. Then we started talking. Lets just say that Vold Vision has the best person being the receptionist at there Mall Avenue location. He made me feel at ease set up an appointment for the same day. He is very professional and kind person. He even was going to help me with other problems Im having currently. Amazing young man. Then Karla came to get me and started my eye exam. She also was very professional and kind. She did her part then left me in a room to wait for Dr. Moser. I had barely settled in when Dr. Moser came into the room to finish my eye exam. She explained everything to where I understood about my eyes. Through all this I laughed and enjoyed myself, felt at ease. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas and only because of a family emergency was even in Fayetteville Arkansas. I will now drive 3 and half miles for an eye exam. Best eye exam Ive ever had. Im hard to please when it comes to any kind of medical, dental, or vision exam. Im telling you right now: this is the only place I will go for my vision needs. It was worth it. I will be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had here. I trust them fully. They all went above and beyond to help and make me feel at ease. I give them 100 out of 5 stars and will drive across state for every eye appointment from here on out. Thank you so much Darren, Karla, and Dr. Moser. You are all amazing. Keep doing what you do. Dont change a thing. Vold Vision all three need a raise. Especially Darren. Thank you so much.
