Love Dr. Melton, her staff are rude and have no care for patients they need to retire
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Melton for at least 28 years. Dr. Melton is the most professional Rheumatologist I’ve known.
We Have had worst experiences with the Doctor and Staff. We do not recommend her to anyone!My Father is 89, and he was in need of medicine we were misled and lied to. Simone was rude and very unprofessional. We were not allowed to speak with office manager. All roads led to a voice mail. Those of you that have elderly parents please advocate for them please. We’ve never, EVER experienced such bad behavior from an office staff.If there was a score for negative 1, that’s what I’d choose.
Great and caring office, doctor Melton and her staff as well. I would have given a 5 but it takes too long for them to return calls.
Dr.watson is a good doctor but the waiting time to see her is way too long.
