It took over a monust to be able to schedule the initial appointment for September 29, 2021, not even the actual bladder scope. We arrived and were told the doctor had gone home for the day. This office is very unprofessional. I will go elsewhere to find competent staff who are professional and respectful of a persons time.

My worries were settled and I went home a happy mother. Dr Appel for me is the best. From the receptionist to all whom I met there including the doctor were very nice to me. Patiently answered all of questions and worries in a very polite way

5mm stone that wouldnt budge in my ureter. Dr. Franzoni shot me straight, laid out a plan of attack, and got to work. First ureteroscopy was unsuccessful b/c of my ureters shape, but a stent in place and lithotripsy did the trick. The process took 2 months, but I was able work as normal and had minimal pain. Dr. Franzoni has great bedside manor and a quick wit. I felt he truly cared about my outcome! I asked plenty of questions and never felt as if we was rushing me through or just going through the motions. His staff was helpful every time I called. I know I can be a terrible patient, but Dr. Franzoni and his staff handled me well! I would HIGHLY recommend his practice!

Received a referral and was called within 48 hours to schedule an appointment for less than a week. Dr. Franzoni was very clear and gave excellent explanation about my issue and scheduled me for needed study that happened within the following week. Very happy with my service from both him and the office staff.

It’s been over three weeks since my sons referral was sent here To Dr franzoni and they still have yet to “look over it” and call us to make an appointment. Do yourself favor and just switch your provider to go somewhere else that can handle patient intake.

Front staff and whoever you have to call to reschedule is SO rude. I’ve tried calling for two weeks to reschedule my sons surgery, last week they kept hanging up every time I got out on hold, then today I call and she says “can you hold” I said yes she then just sends me to voicemail again. I’ve already left one and got no call back, we’ll i hang up call again and she snaps and goes “you need to leave a message on the voicemail I sent you to I’m up front and can’t do it right now” I tell her I’ve already left them one voicemail and called three times and she says sorry I didn’t have anything to do with that 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. I just want to talk to someone. I’ve been trying to contact these bafoons for two weeks

Front desk is Always polite, informative. Dr. Franzoni is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. He believed in giving his patients the best care available.

Went there for a consult . Dr let me know how it would all go down . And other options. Anyhow Im going back .I like um. Great staff. As for the guy , complaining about a Dr office calling him ahead of time to remind him . What are you 2yrs old. Damn bro, its 2018. Put it in your phone.

Absolutely disgusted with this place my grandmother has been trying to get answers for weeks all she needed was one small test done and they refused her and wont even give her an explanation and is giving her run around just to try to get her paperwork back absolutely garbage establishment shouldnt even be open beyond disgusted

I have seen Dr. Franzoni for many years and found him to be very professional, and personable upon my visits. However at my present job in the medical field, daily schedules can change, and I missed perhaps 2 appointments, for which I received no call from his office to remind me of my appointment, as I am human. So now his unprofessional office staff informs me that Dr. Franzoni, told them to not schedule me for any future appointments. What BS. Like I have any control over my work schedule, and the fact that his office never even bothered to call to remind me. Such unprofessionalism on their part. I am really quite surprised to find that Dr Franzoni would act in such a manner.

Stay away from this place. After calling about 4 or 5 times to schedule a consultation, I finally get through and they schedule me an appointment for 11:40 a few weeks later. Two days before the appointment I get a confirmation call reminding me about the appointment. So the day of the appointment I get there and the lady at the front desk tells me I should have been there 30 minutes before the appointed time and the doctor is gone. At no point during my first call or the confirmation call did anyone tell me to be there 30 minutes early. So basically I took a whole day off work for nothing. And they dont have any openings for more than a month. Wont be going back there.

Dr. Robert Appel is a jerk. This office scheduled an appointment with my son well over a month ago. Most doctor offices give reminder calls before your appointment. This place did not. When I saw that my son had missed his appointment on yesterday and called to reschedule Dr. Appel refused to reschedule because of the missed appointment. Mind you this would have been the first time my son would have been seen. The staffing and the doctor were very rude even when I pointed out that there was no courtesy reminder call about an appointment made over a month ago. Very unprofessional.

I find Dr Franzoni and his staff very pleasant to work with. I trust him with my kidney problems completely.
