After 3 years of searching for answers through different doctors the doctor here was able to diagnose me within just a couple months! Such a relief to finally have answers and a treatment plan that will hopefully help! Everyone here is very kind which is awesome! Thank you!

I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and sent to Dr. Garg and Morgan Mancini. I have never experienced such a great team of health care providers. Dr. Garg was very thorough and answered and questions I had during the visit. Mrs. Mancini has kept in contact with me from questions I have had after the appointment including labs, medications and simple questions I had forgot to ask during the visit. I highly recommend Carolina Rheumatology and internal medicine.

17mar2020 while the office staff may be nice when requesting a copay from a patient try to ask the rather than demand. Ex. That will be $41wrong correct way would be hello Mr or Mrs your copay will be $41 today or just simply ask with a please and a thank you.

They are always very attentive. Even though they are usually booked when making appointments, they are awesome at accomodating short notice requirements as well as notifying you if there is an earlier opening. The facilities are well organized, clean and the staff is efficient, cordial and willing to help.

It’s Miss Rachel or Mrs.! I don’t know if she’s married or not but that woman has a bad attitude,she thinks she knows what she doing but she don’t. I don’t know why she’s still works there,she messed my stuff up to two times!Has the nerve to have a snobby attitude!She works in the front office, be aware of this miserable lady

I LOVE Dr. Garg and the staff here ! Well....all but 1...I dont recall her name , but there is only 1 older lady, shes short small frame and white . I have never seen her smile or be nice in any way to any one! I dont know why this lady is in this office cause she has always had a nasty attitude in person or on the phone. I plan to call when the office is open today and speak with someone about her. I dont care how busy you may be, but when a person calls and tells you they are looking for help cause they are new to the area and are dealing with depression YOU DO NOT BLOW THEM OFF, for NO reason and tell them the Dr dont deal with that at ppl,and she dont know were the best place to go. And when I hang up and call back and speak with someone else, oh yes, I can do my best to help you ,takes your info and goes to the Dr with it. Like I said I do LOVE this Dr office, but I had ,had enough of this womans nastiness and would not want to see any one else have an issue that could be worse and they get this lady to deal with and she blows them off.... When someone is reaching out for help ,may it be a small matter ....or a HUGH one , it can every well be a matter of life or death when it comes to depression!

I called to get an appointment I was met with rudeness and she asked me what type of insurance I had?????????? I would never make an appointment here they were rude before I even arrived to the office
