Dr. Bennin is wonderful from my experiences. The ultrasound tech is great as well. However scheduling can use great improvement as well as professionalism of a lot of the staff. They dont seem to care for patients very much. Dr. Bennin is the only reason I am still here.

Went in due to a physical exam from a doctor that wanted to CYA because he was too chicken s--- to clear me for a deployment because I had a stint put in some years back even after explaining that I have since changed my lifestyle and take better care of myself then most....Explained these same things to doctor Muham, and told him my heart was fine and that there was nothing wrong with it but he said I had to do a stress test anyway and also wanted to put me on 2 or 3 different drugs as well, gave him the finger about the drugs, did the stress test, had no choice, after everything was said and done the doctor determined my heart was fine and that there was nothing wrong with it. $1800 down the toilet. All this place does is rip off the elderly, the ignorant, and insurance companies. look elsewhere

I go to Dr.CharlesBennin and I absolutely adore him. I was close to going to my moms cardiologist located in Pinehurst before my main doctor referred me to Dr. BENNIN and wow what a great choice,he takes his time explaining things to you very professional and caring and he listens to you so Im holding on to him because hes a great doctor cant say enough good things about him

Very unprofessional staff. Went in for chronic Tachycardia, was unable to keep up with daily life. Wasn’t taken seriously. Told me there was nothing to do for me. Went to another cardiologist, was tested and diagnosed with POTS, and then put on Diltiazem medication. Now I have my life back. Take note.

I have been seeing Dr. Bennin for a couple yars now and he is excellent. A good caring doc.

I have always had good experiences in this office! Dr. Bennin is an excellent doctor! He has been my cardiologist for several years, and I recently took my 88 year old mama to see him. Today she had her nuclear stress test, and Alexandra and Anthony were fabulous with her! They were so sweet, and made sure she was comfortable. Thank you guys!! You are awesome!!

My wife has received excellent care from Dr Paracha and Dr Benin. She has used this clinic for over 12 years. Great follow up after her aortic valve was replaced over 10 years ago.

Lots of issues. Front desk staff are not always the best. Had some issues with attending physician changing prescriptions and canceling Appointments all without any notification. Very hard to reach physician when needing attention. They will last minute you... instead of telling you up front youd find out days later

Very impressed with the clinic; the nurses are very professionals and nice, the receptionist ls are very welcoming and friendly. The doctors are attentive at what you have to say. I dont have anything negative to say about this clinic.

The nurses front desk and I am assuming PAs are amazing the doctor however has no bedside manner at all will not return after meeting him today and will be following up next year with a new provider

Generally pleased with treatment. Receptionist is pleasant. Woman that takes vital signs is rude, inconsiderate, has no customer service/patient relation skills. If she doesnt like her job, she should quit!

Not only is it a bad place to go for real heart issues. The delay is the waiting room unacceptable... I dont recommend this place.

I took My Father here since he couldn’t get to Duke that day. They told him to just go and allow them to write a lab order since they were concerned about blood clots....AFTER OPEN HEART SURGERY!This doctor would ask my Father questions and then answer for him. When my dad asked to allow him to answer PARACHA got mad and told my dad to get out. His exact words were “I’m a doctor...you don’t talk to doctors that way” made my dad leave....so to the we we went.

Honestly, dr. P saved my life. Heart attack. 6 stints. Cleared one 3 years later. Alive today thanks to God & dr. P...

I have always had a good experience in this office. I have had several tests run and Anthony, the cardiac tech, and Alexandra, the nurse, have always made the testing less stressful, even my stress test. The other doctors, nurses, and techs are usually just as good. The only problem I have had was a manager behaving in an unprofessional manner towards and about the staff. Shes why this isnt a 5 star rating.

When I first started going to valley my Doctor was a amazing. I showed up to my next appointment and they told me your seeing someone else now because my doctor was no longer there. I tried him for a couple of visits and my last one I waited in the room for almost an hour before he came in. When I told him how I was feeling he chuckled and told me I wasnt feeling that way. Would not recommend Dr. Bennin to anyone

Terrible place to work for very high turn over rate. I worked there up until a few days before I wouldve hit my 90 days. MAs were very short staffed, overworked and mistreated. They had no time to properly train new staff members and they would be thrown out on their own just to be talked about and constantly criticised about things that was not taught or explained to them. The office manager is very unprofessional, biased and showed a lot of favoritism in the office. Dr. Paracha is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful to staff with is favored picks as well. I do not/will not recommend this place for business nor employment.

Can you go lower than one star ? Wow I cant put into words what a bad experience Ive had here , I took a friend here to have something done , I feel so sorry for her , please dont bring anyone you love here , I dont know how they sleep at night , I hope they all go to jail someday .
