Team was very pleasant and patient to me.. Doctor was very pleasant to talk to and explained in detail what he was going to do.Staff had a good sense of humor which is hard to find at doctors offices.Made me feel comfortable. Was a quick procedure with little pain.

He really took the time to answer the questions that I had. They ask the needed questions also. I was in and out in 30 minutes. We would recommend the Polly Clinic. My husband, my dad and other family members really like it there also.

They are punctual and do their jobs quickly. The Va referred me here so I was skeptical. TheMedical assistants are nice enough. The place is clean.My first experience was concerning for a few reasons. Since , my second was pleasant. I’m changing the rating and will continue to visit.

Took 2 months to get an appt but everything was great! Staff were friendly, after I was put in the room, only took minutes for the Dr to come in instead of me waiting and waiting. Great visit, clean facility!

I felt Dr. Polley was very professional and capable. I wish I did not need to apply the cream that keeps my face red for a month though. But if its necessary, then its worth it. I do feel they know what they are doing and am thankful for them.

My experience was Awesome from the Ladies at the Front Counter, to the Nurse who prepared me for my exam, then the Doc came in and did a Fantastic Job with Exam and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before I left. The staff are Awesome and I will be returning to this same facility for my exam next year! 5 Stars

Went to the Clinic to do the 1st time patient paper work and got seen really early. The front staff was so helpful and nice as can be. Ms. Abby that was the nurse for doctor Polly was just the sweetest person and very professional too. Doctor Polly was the best at what he does. Never felt a thing as he cut the lump off my left hand. I will go back there as many times as I need to and as recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Polley has treated my son for dermatitis successfully for several years, so I decided to see him for treatments when I experienced a skin condition myself. Do not use this place took off a half a day from work drove an hour to get to the appointment get there and could not be seen because my son was with me. My daughter had an appointment. To the next patient you call please give clear instructions that nobody can come with you. Can’t say it’s because of Covid 19 restrictions when your lobby is full of people with no mask on. There is no logic why she couldn’t be seen tell someone when you call them and confirm an appointment what you do and don’t allow. I work in the medical field and that is just a simple courtesy.

I was extremely satisfied with the results that I received from Dr Polley procedures in the clinic on my skin tags. He was very thourgh in explaining the cause and the options that was available to me in removing the other skin tags. I recommend him for anyone who has a skin condition.

Excellent! I have/had moderate eczema on my face... I know sucks right! I also suffer from razor bumps. When I came in I was surprised the doctor noticed off the bat I had allergies. He noticed a horizontal line across the nose and this was before he began the assessment and from then on I knew he was the real deal.Long story short he diagnosed me and gave me a prescription for a steroid cream that lightened my eczema and blended the skin.The building is clean and staff are friendly. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and the bedside manner made me feel like a true customer.

I was very very satisfied with my visit with Poly dermatology so far. It was a very emotional visit for me and my first visit and no judgement or wrong feelings I was VERY comfortable. The Dr was awesome and he is currently treating my condition and I’m pleased with him and will continue to keep him as my doctor.

Staff was awesome. Had great patients with my 2 year and I as was he trying climb and explore everywhere from checkin to checkout.

I just had my first appointment and was very impressed with the staff. I am in a wheelchair and one of the young lady came out to me to fill out the paperwork. Very professional, then the Waite time was just 30 minutes until I was called back by Abby who is very professional and friendly. She told me everything about what was going to happen, took my vitals and verified my information. Then she went and got Dennis and he was a gem. I do not have the flame up of my condition at this time but had pictures. He knew what it was and told me how to treat it when it rear up again which it does every month. I am so happy that I have found this clinic and will come back again. They are a God send.

This was my second appointment and the check in was fast, and to be seen by the Doctor was a short wait. The quality of service was great, also the staffs has excellent courtesy towards the patient.

Very efficient, courteous staff. The doctors are friendly, highly skilled and on top of new treatments. I recently completed a 7 week laser treatment for skin cancer that went exceptionally well. The skin is healed after one week of treatments end. The laser technician understands every point of her job. She was wonderful.

All staff were gracious, and helpful. The procedure went smoothly, and I had no pain during, or afterward. I am bringing my 11 year old to the clinic to have a cyst lanced, and Medicaid is accepted by Polly Clinic for payment. I will be using their services for our family in the future. Both doctors are extremely professional in their diagnosing and follow-up.

If your insurance covers another clinic your best option would be to not invest your money or time in this clinic. The staff and call-center is very unprofessional they do not care about the patient nor do they have a sense of urgency when it comes to treatment plans. They make sure their staff receives the best treatment in a timely manner but the patients do not get the same consideration and respect. This organization is very disappointing. The bad ratings speak for itself.

I visited their location in Smithfield and it was a nightmare so I asked to be transferred to Fayetteville location. I met my dermatologist Dr Dennis who was super kind and he listen to all my complaints. I honestly would recommend to see him because in space of 6 weeks my face improved 80%.

Absolutely ridiculous. Asked when making my appointment if they accept Cigna. Was promptly told, Yes. Show up two weeks later to be greeted with, We do not accept that Cigna.Two weeks wasted, 0 communication and nothing but empty apologies. Would highly recommend a different dermatologist.

I have been going to this clinic before Polley took over operating it. Over my recent visits this pass year I have seen improvements in scheduling and my care. I have received diagnosis early last summer for a squamos cell cancer on my shoulder at the arm joint and opted for radiation treatment at their facility. On recent visit the skin cancer appears to be healed. I also have had numerous potential pre-cancerous areas frozen. Previously, I have had several squamous cell cancers successfully treated and if necessary referred for additional surgery using Mohs method.

This place is so unorganized. On more than two occasions they have screwed up my paperwork, even after I called prior to appointment to confirm. Staff is not concerned and doesnt really care if you stay or go. I would never reccommend this place.

On April 27 2021 I walked in polley clinic for hair loss. Mentally this was one of the hardest things I had to do man or woman to see why I was losing hair around my edges. The staff/team is wonderful here I , will be on a treatment for 3 months solution an shampoo. This is the 2nd time Ive had to bring my mom here. They found a tiny cancer trying to make a comeback above the scar of the last one, from a couple years ago. Everyone is super nice, and wait times arent long. He removed the cancer from her right temple, and froze a spot on moms left cheek that was non-cancerous.

Dr. Polly saw me in a timely manner and delivered excellent care and advice. HIs nurse/assistant was also professional, friendly, and efficient.

I read the reviews and truthfully the only problems I saw or encountered was with the patients, not the staff! People are rude, self centered, sometimes dirty, and like to complain. The room was somewhat full but thats to be expected at most doctors clinics. The wait wasnt bad as Ive waited way longer at other clinics. The staff treated me very well and friendly and the doctor was great! I will be doing more there with my diagnosis. Its not expected to be paradise or fun but they make it very pleasant considering all. Take a look at yourself folks because this place is great to have in Fayetteville and Dr. Polley was great.

Horrible service. They failed to advise me that my child wouldn’t be able to go back with me and my infant so I had to reschedule. At the Follow up appointment that they texted me about TWICE they couldn’t see my two year old because her referral had expired two months ago. They are awful in communicating with their clients and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, find somewhere that has no interest in waisting your time.

I have been going here for a little over a year. My care has been excellent and the staff is friendly.

My daughter was scheduled for first time appointment and waited in the exam room for 2 hrs. Dr. did a not show. ( no apology for taking up our time) They told me they would call, never did. I called after 6 weeks and scheduled. Her Grandmother took her since I was unable to leave work. They would not see her. They have poor management practice. Our time is just as important as theirs and for the way they run business is POOR! Someone needs to go in and do an overhaul on the way to run a practice. So now I am headed to Chapel Hill Dermatology which is by far a great and better office. I wish we had a good dermatology practice in Fayetteville!
