Dr. Baltz was very pleasant and took her time to answer my questions and also explain the procedure she was going to do. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My experience with Premiere Dermatology and Dr. Cunningham was excellent! I received Botox for my first appointment but will be seeing her in the future as my chosen dermatologist. She is well knowledgeable , experienced in her areas of expertise and has a very charming personality!

Walked in 2 minutes late and they walked me to the dreaded mini room. But, again no waiting! This is messing with my head. Then a PA looked me over followed by a doctor. And then BOOM, Im out of there. Very well organized, friendly and polite while educating me. Very confusing! I think maybe this is great!

The Premier facility was kept very clean and the staff members were all courteous and kind during the check-in and checkout process. Doctor Cunningham was very nice, respectful, and informative of the condition I presented and was quick to provide options and solutions for my needs. I left my appointment with no unanswered questions and felt confident about the solutions that were provided. During my wait time there were other customers that came in that seemed to have positive experiences too as most customers were joyful and laughing. 10/10, would recommend

I incorrectly booked a consultation, which is an honest mistake. I received a phone call about how the person I booked with can’t help me and how I should have booked the correct person on the website. The lady kept going on and on about how I booked it wrong and that I can’t expect everyone to be able to help me. I’m not sure if it was just poor word choice but the conversation was extremely rude. I will be sure to book a consultation with another dermatologist moving forward.

I was pleased with everyone there. When I met the doctor, she was aware of my insurance and was able tell me upfront prices. That helps a lot and I appreciate it.

I am currently seeing Dr. Baltz since Dr. Williams no longer comes to the Fayetteville clinic. Both of them have provided extraordinary care. Dr. Baltz was quick, thorough & professional today. My appointment was at 8:15 am. Her treatment was completed and I was leaving at 8:40 am.I will do a follow up visit in February with her and I look forward to her screening again.

Nice office, good appointment hours, down side is if you miss an appointment they charge you for the whole service you were scheduled for. Not the best way to keep clients.

They were extremely courteous and, although he would be a new patient, they got my son an appointment for the same day. Also you must understand my adult son usually has a problem talking to a new doctor and especially if I dont go in with him. He reported they made him feel welcomed. This made it so much easier for him to tell them the history of his skin breaking out. The ointment that was prescribed is clearing his skin up almost immediately.

I would not recommend this office if you are going with your children. I took my son to have his skin checked and the office manager acted like it was the biggest annoyance of her life. They have decor out at child level that apparently should not be touched due to a liability for them...when we finally got back to the the room the nurse who took our information was cold and seemed to want to be anywhere except for in that room. The dr/np we saw for my sons skin was helpful but the rest of the experience was so negative it overshadowed everything else. I am also going to call my pediatricians office about this bc I went there on their recommendation...I cant imagine I am the only person who has experienced this. Maybe their other offices deal better with children.

Very friendly professional and know what they are doing

Ive been here quite a few times for micro needling over the years, this time it was disappointing. I think it’s weird to say topical retinol is not recommended for breastfeeding people because it’s contraindicated for pregnancy. The dermatologist walked in and didn’t introduce the nurse who came in with her, I didn’t know if it was a nurse or student or what, and it made me uncomfortable because talking about my acne and scars is a sensitive subject to me. When talking about facial moisturizers I felt like what I was saying was not being heard based on the way the dermatologist was responding to me, I was trying to say that the moisturizers that she was mentioning don’t work for me really and she kept saying that they were thicker, I guess I was hoping she would have recommended something else, because I was saying that my skin is still dry sometimes after using my current moisturizer and she responded with something along the lines of “well I’m just telling you the ones I know” or something like that, something that did not help me find a moisturizer that would solve my dryness problem, it seemed weird and I felt like if I can’t get the help at the dermatologist then where do I go to find someone to recommend moisturizers? I’m not mad, I feel disappointed. Maybe I wasn’t communicating the best by not trying to explain or talk about the breastfeeding thing and the moisturizers, but I felt shut down and stuck, and it didn’t seem like there was room for me to talk about it. I don’t think I’ll be going back again based on my experience with the dermatologist today.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Blake Williams. From the office staff, to the nurse who did my intake, to Dr. Williams everyone was so welcoming and thorough. Dr. Williams explained everything clearly and took the time to write down all of his findings and recommendations for treatment. I am extremely pleased and will be returning to Premier Dermatology.

Everyone was very kind and helpful! I didn’t have to wait to be seen by the doctor. I will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend them to others. My only complaint is that my prescriptions couldn’t be filled by my regular pharmacy so I have to wait 3-5 days to get them.

The store manager in Fayetteville is very mean, I’m one of the patient in the clinic for two years. Today I took my friends to the clinic that way she talk is so mean. Maybe cuz we are Asian. She look at us differently. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this’s time make me very upset. I won’t go back that store of location anymore. She is the manager there, so I’m not even can make a complaint.
