Dr. Klumpar was great! He and Carly (?) were both friendly and kind. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes, and we talked and laughed the entire time. I had very little pain and enjoyed the time as much as you could expect to.

Great 1st time experience with Dr. Klumpar & his assistant. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains the whole procedure.

It is always a pleasure to see David Klumpar, MD. He and his staff are consistently friendly, professional and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Klumpar always takes time to answer my questions and I do leave his office knowing that I have received the highest level of medical care.

We were a military referral to dermatology for an acne problem with regard to one of my children. Dr. Klumpars practice was the most convenient and timely. The appointment with our primary care military doctor produced a prescription for a topical and antibiotic along with this referral. Approximately within a week we were seen at Dr. Klumpars office.When the doctor entered the examination room, she came with nearly an immediate suggestion for Accutane. I asked why we couldnt give the antibiotic time to show results as it had not even been a week in its application. Her response dismissed my concern as she continued pressing the drug onto my child. Our suggestion that a serious compound like that was excessive was only met with pointed [professional] hostility. She even went to the extent of saying There is a lot of [abundant] negativity out there with regard to this drug. You need to ignore what you read online when researching this drug. There were too many red flags to collate during this visit.In less than a five minute examination where a physical review of the patient was all but sidestepped, it was abundantly evident that their livelihood as a medical practice hinges on maximum application of the drug Accutane. I am sure there is valid application of this drug (Isotretinoin) but our mild case of acne seemed unnecessarily rash. Reading into the immediate side effects and unknown (speculated in their brochure) but very gravitational long term negative health impacts, I see their high pressure sales practice as being to the detriment of the safety and wellbeing of children within their influence.This was the first time I experienced how vicious a medical establishment can be when their lifeline is likely a pharmaceutical source, not solely patient insurance (the latter being significantly less). As this review is open to one response without opportunity for me to counter beyond this dialogue, I say this: I am not a Karen”, fanatic or tin-foil hat type. Nor am I a doctor. But ethical practices and the do no harm oath dictate that a number of contingencies be exhausted before applying a very risky/detrimental drug to a young and developing body (this is a drug that requires a national drug registration and signed contract before taking it due to the grave health consequences). They did not care about diet, stress, the wear of sports pads directly on the affected area; going to the extent of saying these elements had no impact when answering our inquiry about them. They paid no mind to analyzing the patients unique situation or even understanding other factors that could be explored to diagnose and remedy this situation.After leaving their office without a horribly debilitating prescription drug, we ventured into a holistic look at our sons treatment. With the help of our primary care doctor, sufficient time with [and application of] the antibiotic/a mild topical and healthy lifestyle implementation, we have eliminated the acne. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Your childs (or your) life literally depends on it.(ref. Isotretinoin/13-cis-retinoic acid AKA: Accutane, Absorica, Zenatane, Myorisan, Claravis, and Amnesteem)

My procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Klumpar and his nurses made me very comfortable and at ease. Very professional.

5 star just from precaution of having a clean pen and dirty pen bin after each patient use. I was initially seen at Pinehurst location with Dr. Klumpar but today Im at Fayetteville location to see one of the PAs and Im sure the visit will be the same as Dr. Klumpars visit. If not I will update the stars.I appreciate the simple steps for patient safety and first impression was great

It is always a very smooth visit. This time it was to make a deeper cut than they did the last time and he discovered it was not necessary.

The staff is friendly and efficient while being seen, checking in and out. However, I always seem to wait a long time. Is it worth it, yes, but Id like to see a shorter wait time.

Dr. Klumpar and his team were very understanding and took great care in my comfort during the procedure. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and he took great care in explaining what was going on throughout the procedure. The staff is very cordial and understanding as well.

Dr. Klumpar provided medication after surgery and wrote a prescription before to reduce the infection. He showed concern. The operation went well.

CSK has always treated me with respect and professionalism. The staff was always willing to help me reschedule and never got upset with my busy schedule. The facility is very new and the 2 doctors Ive meet with were very polite and professional as well. I would record this place to my family and friends.

Short wait. Very attentive staff. I had brought my 3 month baby in with me bc I had no sitter options and they made me feel completely comfortable and it was not an issue at all. Also, the procedure I had done was quick and it did what it was supposed to do. I have to drive over an hour to get to this office and I will continue to do so bc of the care provided!

The doctors here are very kind and caring. They are knowledgeable about skin conditions and always have a solution to my issues. It can take awhile to get an appointment because they are in demand.

Not a good place if your on a budget. They cant tell you how much for a app. Just to bring $150 just to be seen and more for whatever they find wrong with you that day. Which you have to pay for before you leave. I dont know if i need to bring a extra $50 or wait for taxes next year. I only have $200 it would be nice to know if thats enough. Really wanted to come here. I heard good things. I guess only from people with insurance.

Dr. Klumpar, Cassidy, Carly (sp?) and all the staff Ive encountered have been very professional and knowledgeable. My procedure was quick and painless. And thanks to Elsie (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) for holding my fussy baby during the procedure. You guys were great!

Called to set up appointment on May 20th,2019Was told I had to wait till June 20th,2019.Received card in mail stating my appointment had been moved to July 30th, 2019 If I would have waited that would have been 2 months and 11 days.I understand things come up but I have been in pain with a mole on my neck pulling away from my skin.Very unprofessional in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Klumpar yesterday. He operated on the squamous cells on my scalp, a procedure which can be uncomfortable. Its a real shame that the best dermatologist Ive ever had left, his name was Dr.Andrew Williams. Ive been back repeatedly over the past 8 or so months and its not the same anymore. Felt like I was rushed in and rushed out, didnt even get 2 minutes with a PA-C... Not worth the $50 coinsurance. Granted this dermatologist doesnt have cameras in the rooms like the poly clinic, so thats a plus. I live about 45 minutes away and its just not worth the drive.

Rude and unprofessional! I was hung up on three times. I was unable to ask any questions and person was only interested in what insurance I have. Maybe if the lady would of let me speak, I could of told her what concerns I am having and she would of been able to direct me to the Provider or Spa side. Clearly overwhelmed and incompetent.Dear Dr. KlumparPlease evaluate your front desk staff. They are terrible! They do not represent you well at all. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to visiting your establishment.
