PA Buchi is absolutely amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and patient. I had a skin procedure performed by her and I felt totally confident & at ease. She kept asking me how I felt in order to continue or stop. I healed beautiful, no scars. The entire staff as you walk in greet you with a smile and very friendly. Recently I was seen at Avail Dermatology. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient. On my first visit, I was seen by Buchi Neita. She was definitely rushed when I met with her, but that did not keep her from being a good listener. After hearing me explain my problem, she was quick to offer a solution. She removed a spot on my arm and sent it in for a biopsy. Less than a week later, I was told that the place on my arm was cancerous and needed to be removed. For the cancer removal, I met with Dr. Jill Buckthal Mccuin. Dr. Buckthal Mccuin explained the situation thoroughly and gave me clear options. She was professional, friendly, and compassionate. She removed the cancer, and I had very little discomfort. I would highly recommend both Buchi Neita and Dr. Jill Buckthal Mccuin.

Horrible place. If you have 18 year old and coming along with your child do not come here. You will not be allowed to come inside. When you as a parent have been going along to the other doctors and you know more details to share along with the doctor than your child, the lady at the door won’t let you come in. Void the purpose of the doctor visit. Why not charge from the 18 year old. Why to charge from the parent if the parent is not allowed to come and discuss concern. Never will take appointment here again. Never means never.

My dealings with Avail Dermatology have been very good. The receptionist (all of them) are some of the best in the business. They are all kind, considerate, professional, forward looking/thinking … Highly polished.The doctors side of the business is just as remarkable.I thank them for what they do every time I visit.

I went on to my patient portal to let Dr. Dyer know that I didn’t think the topical antibiotic he prescribed me was working. Within a couple of minutes of sending the message I received a call directly from Dr. Dyer hisself. He stayed on the phone with me while he got a new prescription sent in for oral antibiotics. He is always very thorough with his exams and takes time and answers any and all questions I have. He is a truly amazing doctor!!

The assigned appointment time and when I got to see the Doctor was a difference of 25 minutes. Other then that all went well. The exam was though and went well. I did have the full attention of the Doctor, I am thankful for that.

My hand was badly swollen after surgery. I called your office at 8:30 am to get an appointment to deal with this. Left a message. Got a call back at 4:30 pm. At that time I no longer had use of a car, so your service was essentially useless!

Tried to post a complete review of our experience but it exceeded the character count allowed. Ill sum it up this way...we visited the Newnan and PTC offices within hours of each other. It was a mix of good/polite and bad/rude service providers. Overall, we obtained the service that we needed but will explore other options for future care. We are new to the area.

My mother and I saw Dr. Buchi and Makayla for some skin tag removals. They were great at letting us know what procedures we needed and what kind of skin tags we had. Painless and quick! Will definitely come back to Avail because of them!

Great practice and Dr. Dyer and staff are amazing. My son had to get a shot and felt weird afterwards. The doctor and the staff monitored him until he felt better. The doctor even called in the afternoon to check on him.

My mother had an appointment at this location on 11/18/20. She was seen by Buchi Neita. I was not allowed to go in with her which understandable specially during these times. My mother said her experience was truly unpleasant as this provider did not take the time to address my mothers concerns. She did not even pay attention to my mom when speaking. She went in to get checked as she is starting to get spots on her face and arms, but this provider did not even look at the spots. Only asked her if she wore sunscreen. She did not evaluate the spots at all and gave her an over the counter aveeno lotion. She also told my mom that insurance might not cover it, and it was pricey. The lotion was $15. First off, I hope not all the providers at this location pocket count their patients. Second, I hope other providers are empathetic of their patients, and actually take the time to properly address their concern and actually evaluate their skin. Based on my moms experience I would not recommend this place. The provider did not care to address her concerns and assumed what my mom could or could not afford. Instead, save yourself money and/or your insurance and just get over the counter aveeno lotion or go to an actual location where they care about their patients.

He and his assistant Makayla are the best ever. They went above and beyond to allow time to ask questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a non-rushing manner. Update Post : 10/14/20 Double disappointment to see the reply from this business to my review with a generic ( standard) reply they do for all bad reviews , as you can notice they practically copy and paste the reply to the bad reviews. It is time that medical providers realize that patients are real people and not just a number. , so no Thank you for I will not repeat the unpleasant experience again.After hearing many people in Peachtree City facebook pages recommending this place, I took a chance and booked an appointment. After a long wait in the lobby ( and then another long wait inside the doctor check up room) I was very disappointed by one of the nurses working there not bothering to follow up on my request to submit a medical needed note for my pharmacy so my insurance can pay for the creams needed. I was waiting for 2 weeks, nothing happened so I called, left a voice mail. The nurse called me just to justify that she has done her portion of the job but my insurance would not pay much for the creams so she gave me the free choice to pay with the insurance or via a prescription website that offered to call me, but never did.Somehow I found a voice mail from the front desk to re schedule my scheduled appointment ( one that was hard to get at the latest of the day, since I work and cannot take any time of the day) just to let me know they went ahead and changed the time for my appointment, without even considering asking first if okay. After this, I went ahead and cancel my incoming appointment and I will never recommend this place. I decided to return to my old dermatology ( one far away from Peachtree City) but I am willing to drive further for a better service.

Making appointments was very easy. I never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room for my 1st appointment and then my procedure day. Dr. Dyer was very nice and easy to talk to. I was nervous before and during my surgery. He, as well as his assistant, made me feel at ease. I highly recommend AVAIL Dermatology and Dr. Dyer.

$259 to talk to a PA for less than 5 minutes and then get a nitrogen treatment for a wart that is still there. What a waste, find a practice that actually cares.

I was here for a follow up appointment post surgery (another office removed a skin cancer). Fairly quick. Nice enough doctor, albeit a brief interaction. Nice facility in a nice building with many other offices. Quick in and out.

I have tried to use this office twice. Each time they called me 12 hours before my appointment and claimed they had no referral. The first time I asked someone other than the receptionist to find it and they did indeed have it. Same thing just happened again and no one could find it. I confirmed with my doc and indeed it was sent and Avail couldn’t find it. Walked out. They cannot get their act together in the office. Receptionist said it was my responsibility to have a referral on me. I can very well do that if they don’t wait until the last min to tell me they can’t find my paperwork.

I have been going to Avail for many years, they are friendly and professional and excellent in their treatments.

I give this place and their drs a 1 star only because i cant give less. Took my son to the Peachtree City office for treatment for acne. After 2 yrs of treatment his acne is worse then ever. I DO NOT suggest/ recommend this place to anyone. They are a waste of time & money.

I have never encountered such a insensitive group. People are referred here for possible cases of cancer. They rarely answer their phone. Long holds followed by a prompt to leave a message and a possible callback. You should he ashamed.

Called 5 times to schedule an appointment and all i get is answering machines. they only way to schedule seems to be their web site. Ever since they changed to Avail, the customer service has suffered.
