Dr. Zaycosky, his nurse, and the biologics nurse Chera-Lee ARE THE BEST. If you need a team of people who will take care of your skin issues as well as treat you as a human being this is the TEAM for you. I truly appreciate them so much so I now bring my children to them as well JOB WELL DONE YOU HAVE A FOREVER GRATEFUL PATIENT.

I recently had an appointment with Ms. Bush and couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ve seen her before and would not go anywhere else. She always listens to your concerns and throughly checks them out. She always asks before leaving is there anything else.

Ive had several appointments this crazy year with Dr. Bush - one virtual and two in person. I couldnt have gotten better service. Dr. Bush listened to my concerns and showed an incredible amount of compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Bush and Fayette Area Dermatology!

I went here with my husband 2 years ago for a spot on his face that had grown larger and larger, which bothered me. The Dr. looked at it briefly and then dismissed it with no testing. I pressed her a little further about it because my husband is fair skinned with red hair and she assured us it was normal. After the spot growing larger, I sent my husband to a new dr who did test it and confirmed melanoma. We could’ve have caught it so much sooner had the dr trusted our concerns, a test is such an easy thing to do. Trust your gut and get a second opinion if they won’t test something.

This used to be a good practice. But the last few interactions with the front office staff were terrible - extremely rude. My parents used to like Laura Bush, but at this last visit, Ms. Bush seemed so rushed that she didnt even do the full skin exam (but my parents had to still pay the bill). Office manager refuses to return calls. Were going to try Avail Dermatology instead and see if they are any better. Ugh.

I saw Laura Bush last week. She went above and beyond what is required of her to help get me better. She truly cares about her patients and it was very evident to see that through her care for me! Thank you, Laura! ❤️

Fayette Area Dermatologys staff is very welcoming and nice. I have seen both Laura Bush and Dr Sandwich and they both have excellent bed side manner. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else! ALTHOUGH THERE IS SOMETIMES A BIT OF A WAITING LIST THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT AND IT IS WORTH THE WAIT

Dry disappointing experience. Doctors seemed very good but remains staff was terrible. For example:Doc prescribed an antibiotic. This was on a Friday. When I went pharmacy on Saturday, no proscription had been ordered. I called office on Monday and Tuesday, left messages. No reply but when I checked with pharmacy on following Friday, it was there. Problem was it was for capsules and I told the doctor they upset my stomach and that I needed tablets. He acknowledged and said he understood but I was still given capsules at the pharmacy. I won’t be going back to this dermatologist.Keith H.

Dr Sandwich is simply amazing. Perfect bedside manner, he takes the time to explain everything in good detail and there is genuine concern for you and your well being. His staff are nice and professional, although they can be terse at times. Excellent experiences for me all around.

I had a full body cancer screening with Laura. My experience was very pleasant and reassuring. The staff was very friendly. I have also had microdermabrasion abrasion done with Allie. This was amazing and I felt an immediate improvement in my skin. I look forward to my next appointment with Allie and will definitely follow up each year with a cancer screening.

This appointment was my first with Dr. Sandwich. I was called in within 10 minutes of my appointed time. The girls at the reception counter were very pleasantas well personable and professional. Heather ,Carol and Julie are defiantly as asset to the practice.Dr. Sandwich was in the exam room within 5 minutes. Listened attentively as I explained the reasonfor my visit. After the exam , he explained his diagnosis and plan for treatment in plain English words I fully understood.He answered all my question’s in a truly caring way. He is a Gentelman and a exceptional doctor.I’m going to go out to my wood shop and build him a couple blue birdhouses.

Hes good at surgery if you live in his area. If you have medical issues find a dermatologist/staff more familiar with medical issues combined with dermatology. MY IMPRESSION: after two experiences/events with them is that they are much more interested in the easy way - wasted money on their website evaluation - I could have given the answer he did.

I am cash pay patient that was referred to derm from our pcp and was charged $150 to get 4 minutes with the doctor who told me he had no idea what the sore on my daughters hand is. He advised that while he had no idea what it was or why it hurt that we should just put Vaseline on it and live with it. No need to seek further medical care. This is the second sore to show up and that are painful enough to wake my daughter during the night. He said he also had no idea why they would hurt but he was kind enough to give me the smallest container of Vaseline I have every seen and recommended if it shows up on her face or torso then maybe go to emory, so unless you wanna pay $150 for Vaseline and no help, find a better dermatologist.

Although Ive never physically been treated by a physician at this practice, my experience was disappointing. I was scheduled for an early morning appointment (9:50)am, as a new patient. I live in Atlanta, therefore it was traffic so I called the office (I don’t remember who I spoke with) and explained that I would be late, she wrote it down for me. Once again this is my first time at this office, while navigating here I got lost. I called and explained to the receptionist, I was lost (it was now 25 mins after my appointment). She explained to me the directions of the office and that I could still come in to see the doctor. Upon arrival, the receptionists explained to me that I could not see the doctor because I was past the 15 min period. I asked if I could be squeezed in at a later time and I was denied. Very disappointed because one person told me I could come in and another said I could not. Hopefully they work on their communication it seemed like a nice place.

I am very disappointed to have to write a bad review about this doctors office. I’ve been a patient for about 4 months. I have left several messages with the doctors nurse, front desk, office managers for 3weeks in a row😅. No one has called back. Even on many attempts no one answers the phone. I have paid a significant amount in copays for no results. Not only is this frustrating its disappointing because I went to them with the expectations of getting help. Please do not choose this dermatologist office. I am in the process of finding a new doctor. Does anyone have a great recommendation?

When I called to reschedule later on in the day because the weather had completely cleared, someone (not sure who) did answer the phone. I was in the middle of explaining what had transpired, when I realized that the individual on the other line was strangely quiet. After saying hello several times and getting no response, I hung up and called back and was forwarded to their answering service. Now Im not positive that I was hung up on, but I am certain that a live person did initially answer my call and for whatever reason we were disconnected. I dont think that I will attempt to reschedule, as Im not at all impressed with the unprofessional way in which appointment cancelations are handled. When patients dont cancel 24hrs prior to a scheduled appointment, we typically get some sort of charge for the inconvenience. I wonder what would happen if we, the patients, demanded the same courtesy.Update 1/18/18: I just received a telephone call and apology for the cancelled appointment. I was also assured that I wasnt hung up on, but that we were honesty disconnected due to a bad signal. I was rescheduled immediately and Im genuinely pleased with the follow up. Looking forward to having a great relationship with the doctors and staff @ Fayetteville dermatology!!

I have not been treated here but I made an online payment for my fiancé’ and the payment was never posted and not sure where it went. I called back to pay the remaining balance and they said he doesn’t have a balance and I asked if my other payment got posted and they said no they don’t see it. I have called multiple times over the past few weeks. I have left several voicemails with the office manager Denise with plenty of details and no response back! I need to know where my money went if it wasn’t posted to his account then where did the money go ??

Dr Sandwich is a awesome doctor he cares dearly for his patients All Doctors could learn from him the true meaning of a Doctor .

Visited Fayette Area Dermatology so my son could have warts removed from my his hands and legs. We have had FOUR visits. For three of the visits they charged me for treating 15 or more warts. My son NEVER had that many warts. For the last visit they charged me for 14 or less! Sadly, he still has the warts and now is trying to cut them off with a knife himself. Breaks a mamas heart to see him so self conscious about this and the $500 that I have given to this office so far has not helped his condition.Secondly, I had an appointment to treat a skin condition on my elbow. Treatment worked and I DID NOT have a follow up appointment. While I was there for one of my sons wart appointments, the PA casually asked me how my elbow was doing. Never did she examine my elbow. I was charged for an appointment at the same time of my sons. According to the office manager, Heather, since the PA asked about my elbow that counted as an office visit. I was charged twice for an office visit when I only had an appointment for one. Be careful about overbilling at this office!

Laura is a delight! She has diagnosed and treated several issues for me, and she is always professional but very approachable.

Love it went in meet with Dr.Lee she did amazing job everyone was so helpful. I would go back.
