It was my first time but they do do a lot of chemical peels and Botox. They do laser surgery for dark spots all I had was a very light chemical peel. I would like to have a better chemical peel and maybe remove my sunspot on my face but that will have to wait for me to financially do it

Overall, horrible experience . I scheduled an in person consultation. During the consultation I was treated well, treated with smiles , and the staff seemed to have a decent amount of care and professionalism. The male doc examined my legs for calf augmentation. They took pictures and told me all that they were going to do for me, gave me the breakdown and the education. We had a plan and they would contact me in 3 days with a quote . A week later I called and they had no clue what I was talking about . The next week after I called AGAIN. The assistant tells me that she THINKS the DOC is unable to do the surgery and that is all she knows . I’ve called a few times. No conversation with the Doc. No explanation. No warning . No professionalism. 1 star

My first visit was yesterday and I was pleased from the friendliness of the front desk staff, very short wait time, care and compassion from nurse and the professionalism of Dr Dickerson. He took his time to explain the procedure and expectations from me. No pressure to commit at the appointment, gave me some information to read and reschedule appt so that I have time to process everything and make sure I am completely comfortable with my decision.

I recently moved to Fayetteville and I was nervous to find to a new place to get injections. I’m glad I decided to come to Fayetteville Plastic Surgery. Everyone is so friendly and they answered all of my many questions. I go to Nurse Mary-Margaret and she is such a friendly and happy person and she puts me at ease. She did my lip filler last month and it was virtually painless and I love my results! I like how this clinic offers retouching for free during your two week follow up in case you are not pleased with the initial results. I’m happy to invest my time and money getting services here.

Yes I really would recommend Dr Edward Dickerson. My surgery is scheduled for October 5th now but I would like for him to push it up closer to mid-September. I went to Dr. D after many consultations with other physicians and his prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, following my procedure, I have dealt with oil cysts for the last 3 months. The most help that I had was being prescribed antibiotics. I have spent more than $500 so far on wound care. The only advice provided to me was that it will eventually go away. I am currently looking into another doctor for a revision.

First, let me say I choose them because they had the best looking web page. I think if you take the time to develop your page, you will do the same with the clients you service. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Rock Star service. They practice Covid-19 safety procedures all the way down to the pens. Seriously, they have a place for used ink pens and sanitized ones. The assistant Toni made me feel welcome and she didnt appear to be rushing so she can get to the next client. Then Dr. Dickerson came in with an upbeat, positive attitude. He spoke with me as if he knew me for a while, although this was my first time physically meeting him. Between him and Toni I thought I was talking to old friends. The procedure went well and I hardly knew it was happening because we were talking the entire time. I will be using their services again.

I thoroughly explained the reason of my call only to be questioned and made to feel as if I didnt know what I was talking about.After giving her my DOB she located my file and still belittled me with unnecessary questions, even cutting me off to speak over me. This Receptionist is a bad representation of a great medical office.
