The staff is always very friendly and I love that is usually the same people. They did get a new doctor with the last maybe year or so and he is super nice and very professional, answered the questions I had and when I did need a cavity filling it was honestly the best experience I’ve had with that so far. I now know how a true cavity filling should feel, you shouldn’t feel anything!

I was taken back on time. My teeth were cleaned and seen dentist all within 30 mins. I was checked out further work required made appt for next week. Everyone who I dealt with were very professional and friendly. Love ROCK FAMILY DENTAL

I don’t ever normally post reviews but it’s been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist because of my own awful experiences, yet I knew I needed to be seen. I chose rock family dental and got better care than I’ve ever received in my 25 years of life. Dr. Inboden INCLUDES his staff through the process so you’re not sitting and waiting on one dental hygienist to get everything done AND he himself, his front desk receptionists and his assistant made sure to make me as comfortable during my appointment. He’s kind, his staff is kind, they took their time with no rush and I felt like this treatment was done properly, thoroughly and left me not ever wanting another dental hygienist! thanks to his assistant Ashley, who was very informative on the steps she took that I did not understand! Best staff, best clinic! Too many people often leaving horrible reviews instead of good ones, I have had my bad experiences and I promise you this is not one! Highly recommend, thank you!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and came in with a cracked tooth. They treated me with so much kindness and respect. The hygienists were very gentle, funny and sweet and the dentist was very kind, informative and gentle with my crown placement. I’m so happy I was told about this place!

HA! What a joke! Had appointment for 85 yrs old mom with oxygen. They insisted on doing paperwork outside in parking lot! Showed up early and they sat and watched and wouldnt unlock door! To make an old woman wait is pathetic, fake virus or not! There where several witnesses! They must make alot of money but, they forgot what their purpose is! Cant use lobby even thoough everyone walks through it and stops to pay! Stop playing games and help the elderly!WILL NOT ONLY NEVER GO THERE BUT, WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS PASS ON BY THIS FARCICAL PLACE! #Pathetic

This place is really friendly and professional and does really good work. I hate the dentist because I’ve always left with pain but coming here was different and I never left with pain. Even after a root canal. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I had gum recession. Other dentists cared for my teeth for years while this was getting worse, and only suggested surgery. I started going to Rock, and they activated an intensive care program that my insurance covers. In a year (4 visits) the recession not only stopped, but was reversed. Where my measurements used to be 4s through 6s, now theyre almost all 0s - 3s. Im truly grateful to Tamyra and Rock Dental for saving my teeth without a series of very disruptive surgeries.

I was very nervous going to the dentist because it has been a long time. I was recommended this office by friends and family. I am so happy I chose to come here. Dr. Cauldwell and his entire staff are amazing; from the pleasant welcoming you get when you walk in the front door to the clinicians in the back. I love Rock Family Dental! I’ve always hated my smile but they’re slowly helping me love it. They got my braces on the first day I went in, and now I enjoy coming every few weeks. They almost feel like a family to me. Today the dental assistant that worked with me was Ashley. She’s super nice and fun! She had smiling and made me laugh, despite the weird taste from the primer. :)

I have continued to use their services (just for exams, have not needed any dental work done so far) and they perform well.*1st review:Cannot recommend. After my first checkup they gave me a stiff bristled toothbrush, which is odd because even the ADA recommends soft. My wife had a filling installed which subsequently broke, and they refused to even look at it without a payment. They will not receive any more business from me.Follow up: they called my wife and did see her at no cost to address the filling issue. We will reconsider our patronage

Love this place! Ive dealt with Mitzi several times on the phone. She is so helpful, patient and kind. Alba at the front office is friendly, too. My first visit there, I was very nervous about getting a procedure done, but Dr. Cauldwell was wonderful! He was extremely calming and gentle with his work. I was very pleased with the results. I went in last week for a cleaning and Tamyra was awesome.

My daughter had to get some teeth pulled and she was very scared. Andrea was very kind and patient with her. She got her calmed down with no problems and explained exactly what they were going to do. My daughter asked a million questions and Andrea answered them all. Dr. Cauldwell was also very kind and patient with her. I highly recommend this office.

Fast, friendly, and thorough!

I had 5 stars a year or so ago. I know Dr. Cauldwell is now strictly a pediatric dentist and he’s doing what he loves, but his patients dearly miss him - and his work. I don’t want to publicly express what caused me to go from 5 to 3 stars, but I will say the only reason I’m leaving 3 is because the entire staff is amazing. Friendly and courteous ladies throughout the business. I’m very disappointed in the new dentist. We will not be returning or recommending her for any dental procedures. If you need simple cleanings, I highly recommend Rock Family Dental. It’s like Chic-fil-A’s employees double as dental hygienists & assistants. They’re THAT NICE!! ❤️

Ive always had a good experience in this office. The staff is very kind and Dr. Cauldwell does a great job. He is very thorough and detailed with his work. When I was a medicaid patient I never felt like I was treated any different from non-medicaid patients.

He gave me options according to my need.I love the fact that they are willing to allow me to pay out services over several months before getting the dental work done. This is a great option to have if you are on a fixed income.

Highly impressed with this office. Hadnt been to the dentist in 2 years and was dreading it because I knew I had some issues. I was treated with compassion and respect!! Tamyra and Shandley were professional and kind while examining, X-ray, cleaning, and polishing my teeth. Then met Dr Cauldwell who went over a plan for my teeth which was awesome considering I thought one tooth wasnt salvageable. My son went in for a cleaning and exam, the hygientist was great with him. He also needed teeth extracted and Dr. Cauldwell was great with him. I would recommend this office to my friends and family. Staff is amazing!!

After Dr. Cauldwell left I was not told this and had an appointment to get a tooth pulled that was an emergency I was in so much pain! Well I usually have to have two shots of the numbing stuff and the new dentist did not want to listen to me so she went ahead and gave me the second shot and before it even had a chance to start numbing she started just yanking away! In the time it took her to pull 1 tooth Dr. Caldwell was able to pull three of them in the time it took her to pull one. Needless to say I will NEVER go back.

I went to get an overdue cleaning and was promptly greeted by the front desk staff members (Lydia and another young lady whose name I cant remember). Within 15 minutes of arrival Tamyra (Dental hygienist) called me back for X-Rays and began the cleaning process. She was polite and gentle during the process. I mentioned my broken retainer that I brought with me in an attempt to get it repaired. She later mentioned it to Dr. Cauldwell. He recommended taking a mold of my mouth and replacing it with a more modern retainer (old one was plastic with a metal wire attached). Dr. Cauldwell was thorough in his post examination of my cleaning and asked if my teeth felt clean. Im not use to dentist asking because they usually assume the patient is satisfied. After consulting with him for a bit, his congenial dental assistants (Shanley and another young lady whose name I didnt get) took the mold of my teeth, and informed me that the retainer would be available the next day. This all took place near the close of the day and everyone involved seemed just as courteous as if it were the beginning of the day. Thank you all at Rock Family Dental for making my out of town cleaning feel like home! God bless!

Worst desntist EVER they are always running behind!! I always have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. Ridiculous.. Then why they give you a time if they are not going to respect it. They dont think that poeple have to WORK or GO BACK to school!!And they are so cheap, the staff up in the front is RUDE . and. Of course you get what you pay so ... Bad service . Awful service. I cannot wait to get my braces off so i dont have to go there ever again!
