The best orthodontist in the whole world. From beginning to end all of the staff were amazing. They made you feel special every time you went. Positive friendly environment all the time. They sent endless reminders about your appointment so you could not miss it. The staff genuinely cares about their patients and their treatments. I just got mine taken off today and I fell back in love with myself. My smile is beautiful and I didn’t even know it until today. If you want your prefect smile this is the place to go, seriously. All of the staff is great but Samantha and Hannah are the best. They literally became my friends and I’ve enjoyed them dearly. I thank everyone for their teamwork and making my smile beautiful.

I can’t think of even one problem. The office is so clean, the first thing my youngest said is the office is clean and smells so good. No long waits, both doctors ate amazing and friendly. Sam, the coordinator is amazing. My son was telling her about how he doesn’t like to smile because of previous bullying from peers about his teeth. She met him with so much positivity and encouragement.

Great place. My son enjoys every visit. He is not longer scare if visit a dentist nor an orthodontist. His teeth are still in phase 1, but so far looking good. I am glad we started his early treatment, and now we will avoid having those through his adolescence stage.

My daughter just had her first appointment this past week. After going to 2 other orthodontists in the area for an exam and having bad experiences, I decided to try Olsen. The Dr and staff are all so nice and accommodating! They really went above and beyond to explain everything from appointments, treatment, costs, etc. The office is beautiful and very clean. Im also in the dental field and tend to nitpick about things like that but I was very impressed with them! I loved that my daughter was able to get started the same day as her initial consultation. Office looks like an interior design show room. Staff are so kind and fast. I was called back within 5 minutes of checking in and out of the office in 40 minutes. My kids had to come with me last minute and they were so nice answering my 4yr olds 100 questions and waiting on my 2yr old to catch up when walking from one place to another. If you’re in the Fayetteville area, go to this office, it’s boujee, the staff look like models, and it’s affordable.

This place came highly recommended to us and its easy to see why! Very affordable, all inclusive, monthly plans. The service is like family. So kind, funny, and understanding. I really dont think we could have ever have afforded, even with 2 insurances, without Olsen.Also for parents that need to run errands, you can drop off the kiddos and come back. Im a more helicopter parent around new places and people, but honestly these people feel and act like family. I could not be more happy and grateful. I would give Olsen 100 stars!

I was once a patient back in 2013. I had to come today June 23 ,2020 for an emergency visit. My bottom permanent retainer came undone on the corner and the wire was cutting my tongue every time I would eat. So I called the office and they were able to fit me in at last minute so my bottom retainer could be fixed. Everyone in this office was very polite and professional. I would recommend this place for orthodontic work!
