Great atmosphere! Dr Gonzales was Amazing as was his Dental Asst. Even the Financial team took time to explain cost and insurance coverage and that ; that’s not actually covered.( Amazing huh🙂 !) Everyone I interacted with was pleasant thorough and efficient ! Great place for getting dental care!!! Will go there whenever I need dental care!!

Thank you so much to Dr. Gonzalez and his team (Robin and Michelle) for such a swift and easy dental implant procedure. I’ve been on the lucky end of not experiencing pain outside of mild discomfort once the sedative wore off. There was a little delay during the pretreatment estimate process, but once I contacted Shardé she quickly fixed the issue. The healing process has been going well, but my day was so much brighter when I received flowers from your office. This kind gesture sets you far above the rest! I hope to not need another dental implant, but if I do I will certainly be back!

The customer service was amazing and truly professional! Dr. David L. Cole did an awesome job extracting 2 teeth with no problems for me! I thought that I would be in terrible pain. I only had minimal pain, enough for an Ibuprofen. I felt great afterwards! For those of you who are afraid of the dentist, hes your man! Youll be in great hands!!!

I was referred to this office by my Orthodontics. I was a bit nervous before coming in. Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in. Robin was great! First Time Visit. It was a wonderful experience. The front desk representative was very friendly and welcoming. She offered us water on the way in and quickly took care of getting us signed in.We waited about 5-10 minutes before heading straight to the x-ray machine and getting my teeth examined, which went super quick as well.I then came in, sat down and had my teeth examined by Dr. Gonzales and the wisdom teeth procedure easily explained by Robin. Super friendly and amazing service here.

My 16 years old daughter had impacted wisdom tooth and was referred from our general dentist.They are very efficient, fast moving practice, I ever been.She was scheduled to have them out on following Friday but over the weekends her pain worsened and they were able to push it to Tuesday morning!!!Then she was in and out less than an hour on the surgery day.Thank you so much - especially Dr Gonzalez and his nurse Ms Sherry ( if I have wrong name I apologize) and prep nurse ..I didn’t get your name. :-((( and his teamI will use you guys again for sure even though it’s a good an hour away from us.

Initially went to Dr. Mitchells office in Fayetteville and was referred to see Dr. Cole to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was so afraid of getting it removed due to bad experiences with other dentist in my past life. Dr. Cole and his Hygienist Ms.Robin reassured me multiple times lol that everything would be fine and not to worry at all, they were absolutely right!!! I didnt even realize he had already took my wisdom tooth out. Best oral surgeon I’ve been to. The entire staff is very welcoming and professional. They are patient when it comes to making sure you understand all your paperwork and procedures. They even followed up with me after my appointment to make sure everything was ok.

Dr. Gonzalez and staff was professional, pleasant, patient and very welcoming. He took his time to hear my concerns and answered effectively. Scheduling was prompt, they even took us last minute. The office is very clean from the front desk to exam room.

Recently with to Aofs Ftv it was super easy to get a consultation then schedule to have all four wisdom teeth removal. Fast forward to almost a week ago Dr.Gonzalez and his team were very pleasant and fast. I’ve had barely any pain at all after having my wisdom teeth removed! I’m honestly amazed at how easy the recovery has been.

They have clear and concise aftercare instructions. My son was having a little swelling after and Dr Gonzalez fit him in and checked him out right away.I highly recommend this office and Dr Gonzalez and will be back to them for any future oral surgery needs!

Sadly I got an infection afterwards just from post op problems, doctor Gonzalez was out of the office, but Doctor Coleman was very sweet and took care of me. With both procedures Sharrie was very sweet and by my side calming me down the whole time. Katie was very sweet during my X-ray also.

My visit was great, staff is very nice, polite, informative. I saw Dr. Jorge González, he is amazing, great doctor, he gave me my consult on my wisdom teeth, answered all my questions and schedule me right away for my procedure. The day of my procedure they were all ready and set up, I did not wait at all, Dr. González came in right away and numbed up the area, while waiting to numbed up he was talking to me and that help me calm down from my nerves. All I felt was pressure which it was expected and in less than 20 min he was all done, he took one tooth out so smoothly where he didn’t have to cut the gym and stitched me up which it was great and he did it in a way where he does not interfere with your nerves. Amazing work and I’m just glad I found this place. I 100% recommend them.

I’m happy to write this review on Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery. I’ve had 4 oral surgeries this being number 5. I never thought I’d ever have a good experience during and after oral surgery. I braced myself for an awful procedure based on the condition of the tooth and swelling it was worst of all I had extracted. Dr Gonzalez assistant assured me it wouldn’t be bad and was right the it was the very best experience. I was referred to this office by my regular dentist. From the first time I called, I got a very warm welcoming vibe. Dr. Gonzalez and all of his staff are very friendly, professional and caring. I also appreciate all the covid precautions they take.Dr. Gonzalez walked me through my implant procedure (several times) very thoroughly and made sure that I understood everything involved in the process. I was checked on by a staff member a couple of days afterwards. I even received a bouquet of very lovely flowers!!!

I visited Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery this afternoon to have a tooth extracted. I was met by Sharrie and Sauyer who were both very friendly and displayed excellent professionalism. I had two teeth pulled (#2 and #4). After i paid and consent forms signed; they placed me in upright chair and tilted it back and applied gas. The injections were done with no topical numbing gel. The ones in roof of mouth were painful and horrible. I just had a root canal one week prior on tooth #5 and dr haycock did apply numbing gel and was slow and gentle in this area and the overall pain was greatly minimized.Both teeth were extracted within a 5 minute time frame and i was ready to leave within 15 minutes of when i arrived in surgical room. Everyone was extremely nice but i felt the entire process was too fast and the numbing gel always helps. Hopefully, i will never have to have any more teeth pulled.

Atlanta Oral & Facial was very careful with me and everyone else who was there for services. We had to phone them to open the door for you to come in and fill out intake information. Only three people were allowed in the waiting room. Yes, social distancing was used in the lobby. There was a very large waiting area just outside of the doors, which also had social distancing. The staff was professional, kind and knowledgeable. The doctor introduced himself and actually listened to my concerns and desires. They scheduled me back for the very next day to move forward, since I requested as an appointment to be ASAP. I would recommend the office to everyone who want to fill safe and confident of the services to be received.

Dr. Gonzalez was on point, I wish I could remember the dental techs name that assisted, because she was great as well. All around great experience and each staff member I came in contact with was courteous and professional.

Dr. Johnson has taken excellent care of my family and friends for years and now I’m glad to say that Dr. Gonzalez and each staff member are following the excellent standard of care. Everyone that I met on my recent visit had a smile and splendid attitude. The young lady greeting patients was most pleasant and took her job very seriously. The waiting room was cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between each patient. After going to the exam room, I meet two other extremely nice ladies. One took the X-ray and the other assisted with financial matters. I’m sorry to say that I can’t remember her name to put in print, but she was genuinely friendly and with her kind conversation she began to put me at ease with the coming procedure. She has a warm personality which of course helps us people with “white coat”- itis.Sharrie was another star! She is the RN who assisted Dr. Gonzalez. Delightful conversation, reassurance through the procedure, perfect post-op instructions.My procedure went well and quickly (thankfully) due to the skill of “my team”. This was my first visit to AOFS. I was very impressed with all the personnel from the front desk to the actual procedure area. The nurses were able to relieve some of my fear, after all this would be my first extraction in over 20 years. Dr. Gonzalez also took the time to explain my choice in local anesthetic vs. Laughing gas. I chose the the local anesthetic and only had slight pain from the needles. I never felt the tooth extraction, it was over in a few minutes.I highly recommend AOFS for all tooth extractions.

Daughter had to have abcessed tooth and 4 others removed. 16 years old very scared of drs but Dr Gonzalez and nurse Sherri gave her awesome treatment from consultation visit to surgery day.
