I’ve been going to Lewis Family Dentistry for the past 15 years since I relocated to NC. My visits are always pleasant and this was the first time his daughter provided services and she was wonderful. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and informed me throughout the procedure where we were in the process and what to expect next. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further! Seriously!

Being a military family we have witnessed many moves and many dentist. The Lewis family is “home” and a wonderful dentistry. Military families, welcome to your “teeth” family. My children (ages 11 and 7) adore them and have never NOT wanted to go see the Lewis’. If I could give them a 10/10 I would without hesitation!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years due to anxiety and bad past experiences but I knew I needed to go get my teeth checked. I kept putting it off but finally decided it was time. After some research, I came across Lewis Family Dentistry and I honestly can’t believe I found an amazing place! I always dreaded going to the dentist and now i don’t. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. At first, I was anxious about going in but after settling in, i started to relax. The Doctor was telling me exactly what he was going to do during the process and he was always checking in to make sure I was doing good and not in any pain. I’m very glad I found this place! I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

I have been a patient here for a while and up until recently have been happy. That is only for basic cleanings. I received fillings two weeks ago and have been in severe pain since. I went back and they were unsure what was going on but suggested a root canal. On their website it says they do root canals and extractions, but apparently they do not. They were very unsure and not confident, which is concerning. Ive called them numerous times because of the pain and they will not help. I’ve seen another dentist and now I need not one but two root canals. This new dentist suggested I not go back to them.edited to add a response to their response:The lack of concern or care as well as confidence is what is concerning. There was zero empathy from your staff for the severe amount of pain I have been in. Instead I felt bothersome.You said that your office does their best to refer to an office that accepts a patients insurance. Your office gave me one option that your office told me does not accept my insurance, but I could pay in full upfront and file a claim for reimbursement. No other practices were suggested. I was told they would give me the referral and find one. And that is what was done.

Everyone at Lewis Family Dentistry is so friendly, quick to respond and takes the very best care of my entire family. Im grateful Dr. Lewis has children otherwise we could never let him eventually retire. We love you all!

Lewis family dentistry is one of the best if not the best dentist I have been too. I tried O2 dental and that place is a joke compared to Lewis Family. They take their time and really get to know you. They don’t tell you that you need unnecessary work. I called for just a routine visit and was able to get in that day!

I have never gotten the service or attention from any other dentist office in all my years. They were very informative and they explained every procedure that they were going to do. Very gentle, I will recommend Lewis Family Dentistry to all my family and friends and anybody else that will listen to me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a10.

Chante was seriously the best. I get very bad anxiety going to the dentist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable and talk to me the whole time which helped keep my mind off of being nervous. Asked to keep her for every time I came and that was no issue :)

Dr. Chip and his dental assistant Renee are both absolutely amazing! They are both personable, very knowledgeable, and answer any questions I have in a way that’s easy to understand. The office is always clean, and the entire staff is friendly. They are, hands down, my favorite dentist and assistant team I’ve ever had. I’m still not sure if this is a dental office or a day spa! Everyone single employee is all smiles and laughter the entire time you are their. The staff as a whole treats you like family, and goes above and beyond when taking care of you. I have never in my life been treated so good as I am here when getting work done, scheduling an appointment or just calling to let them know I’m running late. They are truly amazing at their jobs!

After struggling to find a dentist in Fayetteville, I decided to check out this office. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. Dr. Chip and Renee are an awesome team- you can tell they want their patients to have a great experience. Each of them have also taken the time to get to know me personally which made me feel like they actually cared and I wasn’t just another patient to them.

Everybody was wonderful, nice and caring. Really cool 😎 up to date equipment. Really relaxing atmosphere with great music 🎵. Dr. Dine and her assistant were amazing and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was friendly.

This was a first time visit for my son. I loved the precautions in place for COVID 19. They took our temperature, provided new pens for paperwork and of course, masks were worn. From the front desk to the care from the dental Technician and Dentist, they were very professional and friendly. I do recommend.

I had an abscessed tooth and Dr. Lewis worked me in that day. The staff was courteous and Dr. Lewis took care of everything. The thing is he wasnt even my regular dentist. My dentist said they didnt have an opening until 4 days later. I didnt think I could wait 4 days. So I called Lewis Family Dentistry and they saw me that very day. When I came home I called my regular dentist and canceled my appointment and said to go ahead and cancel any future appointments; that I was changing dentists!!

Met Chip n Wife at Honda. Helped him and his family purchase Honda Odyssey for their family. Decided to go to there office for Dental work. It was a great experience. Very professional and very well run. Great care and awesome communication. They showed a side of caring for their patients. Thank you for that Lewis Dentistry family. All the employees. Dr Lewis did an excellent job repairing a cracked tooth and filling, same day I called, as an out of towner. I was in and out in a timely manner. The anesthetic was done very well, not leaving me with a “fat lip” and totally adequate to eliminate pain. I would recommend Dr Lewis to my friends and family looking for a 5 star dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Lewis for a long time. He is a great dentist and makes any procedure as painless as possible. Anita is my dental hygienist and is very thorough and fun. The entire staff is so friendly and efficient. Also every precaution is taken to ensure covid safety. Your temp is taken before every visit and the office is cleaned thoroughly. Dr. Lewiss son and daughter have recently joined the practice and they are following in their dads footsteps in providing the best dental care.

I love doctor Dine ! I was completely afraid of the dentist! She comforted me and explained everything and guided me through my first procedure! Nurse Wendy is amazing also , Mrs.Cindy in the office always works with my busy schedule! They are US Military family friendly completely flexible, they even schedule my whole family on the same day to avoid multiple visit.

Very nice staff and super clean/updated. I was surprised at how serious this office is taking COVID precautions, made me feel better about going to the dentist while pregnant. Receptionist with the industrial piercing was super sweet, my hygienist Michelle was sweet and very thorough with my cleaning, dentist (I think her name was Cindy? She had an 8 mo old baby) was awesome. This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to :)

Wonderful experience! The majority of paperwork can be done prior which is helpful. The practice is taking full measure against COVID to keep the facility clean and safe. The staff were wonderful and very pleasant. My visit was for an initial exam today and the dentist and hygienist were very thorough.

I had the most pleasurable experience at Lewis Dentistry today! I never thought that getting a crown could be so relaxing. It was more like going to the spa than going to the dentist. I had a nice massaging chair to sit in while I watched Netflix on the screen mounted on the ceiling. I even had the opportunity to take a wonderful relaxing nap.Dr. Dine and the staff are absolutely amazing!!! Went for my first exam today. I really like the dentist and assistant both were very nice and they are very patient with me. I will be going back soon to get some work done. I have bad anxiety about going to the dentist because of bad experience that happened in my past somewhere else but when i went here today i feel comfortable choosing them as my new dentist
