Recently went in for an appointment to pick up glasses for my son for football. The lab had tinted the glasses, which wasnt what we ordered. The employees were very helpful and empathetic, just all around had great customer service. Accidents happen and I was grateful for them and their kindness.

Such a great experience for my 5 year old son. Dr. Michelle was so wonderful with him and explained everything going on. Getting his glasses fitted also was comfortable and the staff went the extra mile to make sure he got the style he wanted and the correct fit. The price was also very affordable!

Went to see Dr. Tim today. He took time and gave a thorough exam. I did not have to wait long at all in and out. I also love it is a family business. The pictures they had of their family around the office was a very nice touch. One thing though, they had Ohio State everywhere... It would have been better if I saw some Auburn University colors somewhere ☺️. Thank you guys for your service! I would most definitely recommend!

The location is ideal. The office inside in every way 1st class. From checking in to seeing Dr. Staarman was less than 5 min. Vision equipment different than any l have seen. I would think thats because its the latest technology. Dr Staarman was very pleasant and very Thorough and her exam. I would highly recommend Staarmann Vision Center!

I love how they take the time to really listen and adjust my prescription perfectly. I never feel like Im being rushed through. They also take the time to describe and explain to me exactly how they are tweaking my prescription to correct my vision.

My first visit. I found the staff friendly and professional. The Dr. offered great insight, knowledge, and recommendations. The offices were clean and neat. The beautiful aquarium was crystal clear.

Ive been going for a little while now and theyve been pretty decent people so far. My prescription may or may not have been wrong previously, none of us are quite sure what happened, but I dont blame them and they were really helpful in finding me new glasses so that the same problem wouldnt happen again. Theyre mindful of the covid rules and making appointments is fairly easy.

Staarmann offers Saturday appointments which is extremely helpful. They took their time explaining what things mean and what they were seeing on the xrays. The ladies who helped us pick out our glasses were very knowledgeable and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and broke down what the costs were. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this practice for 15-20 years, and my husband has been going for even longer. We now take our daughter too. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming staff. The wait generally isn’t long at all. The doctors are patient and take their time with us, explain things very well, and also are very conversational and personable. We moved 20 minutes away and we don’t plan on finding another eye-care provider.

Dr. Michelle went the extra mile for me by billing my medical insurance for special imaging. (These same photos were out-of-pocket costs for me for years prior. No one wanted to do the extra paper work & I was recently informed they are not kept in my permanent record.)The Eyes are really the window to your health making this imaging priceless! Dr. Michelle is able to bring health concerns to the forefront by alerting you of potential health risks. Im one grateful, happy patient!
