The gentleman who helped whose name sadly escapes me at the moment was so kind and helpful from realizing how lost I was to helping me get my frames to laying out all of my options in purchasing them and all of the costs. They are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable there and just like adding a dose of sunshine to your day. I highly recommend them.

Amazing in house optometrist! Saw me within minutes after I called bc I had hemorrhage in my eyes. 2 other places in the area didn’t care. Front desk lady amazing! Wish I could remember their names! So hard to find good practices these days, I always feel so rushed and staff is always so cold, everyone in the optometry office was amazingly kind and friendly.

I arrived early for my exam. I went into the Pearle Vision area and an associate asked me how she.could help. She pointed me in the right direction. I chose my frames I gave her my info and then had my appointment with the doctor. After the exam, it was just a few minutes to finish with the associate and I was on my way. A wonderful experience!

The day I went to Peart Vision in Fairfield is looked busy, but I was given time and attention . I was assisted to choose a frame, and ordered newglasses that day.

Always amazing service and glasses made perfectly

At first I was very happy with their service. I have gone to Pearl vision for years. However, recently I had to upgrade my glasses from reading to progressive. When my glasses were being made I was never given the option to get a protective glare coating on it. Now my glasses are useless, and they want to charge me 65 to 100 dollars to get them redone. Cant afford that. Now what?

Terrible customer service in eye doctor. Don’t ever cancel your apt because your sick at home during covid. The ladies at the front desk in the doctors office are very rude yelling on the phone. I have been going there for 5 years and she won’t let dr Brandt know I called. I had an apt at after work and they said it was earlier said I will not give you another apt because I cancelled too many times. Why would I make an apt when I work at that time?? And I called the day before to ask fir an earlier one and asked if I would enough time to get to my another at at 4:15 she said it takes twenty min. Someone’s lying!

What a fantastic staff! Always positive, polite and helpful! I highly recommend and encourage patronizing this location.

I have been going to Rolf for about 8 years. He has always been the best with fit and fabrication. I have progressive lenses and they are set perfectly for the silhouette glasses I purchase. Every time I have my glasses made, I go directly to him as they are perfect every time.

Pearle Vision in Fairfield has a kind, caring, and customer service oriented team that all retailers should emulate. Whether I go in for glasses (reading glasses is all I need) or the most minor servicing - a nose pad, a hinge screw, an adjustment - I leave feeling like I am their best and most important customer. I have never had anything but an exceptional experience here. Keep up the great work!

This is complete about the one woman works there! she did everything possible to make us leave. I got there to pick up contact lenses around 1:30 first she can me to the door to tell us they were closing at 2 when I said I only there to pick up contact lenses, I was locked out in the cold for about 15 minutes, in that time she complained to the mailman, walked around inside the store and as best i could tell she did not take care of a single customer while I was waiting. if I did not need the lenses for my daughter I would have walked away and never returned. it is a shame because I have never had this experience with anyone else that works there.

The doctor was great, but the older receptionist at the office told me that it was the law that my kids get there pupils dilated. Upon asking the doctor he said that there is no such law. I think the receptionist should stop spreading misinformation.

Joe the manager is an extraordinarily great Option! He kept trying to figure out why the glasses were not clear. Turns out the Dr office had made a mistake on the prescription. Joe identified what the mistake was so the Dr could correct it.Then he deduced the lenses needed to be a special high definition lens that had to be custom ordered. He is the most experienced and tenacious Optician ever! Very pleasant too! Thanks Joe!

Awesome optometrist in house, very thorough and kind. Pricing on glasses is kind of high, specifically on the lens coatings, especially with all the online retailers, but a great staff nonetheless and good variety

We had an emergency today my husband broke his glasses and then his back up glasses in less then 3 days. Louie did a wonderful job in taking care of this situation during my one hour lunch break. To put new lens on the new frames we already had and to also try to fix the first glasses that broke or temporarily fix them. Either way, he was patient and did a quick and wonderful job to take care of our needs without my husband there.

Very prompt, professional, and even sincere. Believe it. I need my glasses for work and Louie fitted a pair even without a recent exam. Cant be more satisfied.
