I had some work done recently at gentle dental off of Everett Mall Way and had a great experience! The gals at the front desk are organized and welcoming. Julia and Louie, the dental hygienist, were excellent at explaining everything And making me feel comfortable.Dr. Kellogg is excellent at what she does. Lots of attention to detail, upbeat attitude, and helps you understand the big picture. As far as dental offices go, strongly recommend!

I honestly never really liked going to the dentist, but as Im getting older Ive been trying to get more comfortable with it. I recently switched to the Gental Dental office on SE Everett Mall Way and Dr. Kellogg is great. Shes very knowledgeable and polite, while talking about my treatment plan she explained thing clearly and answered questions with no hesitation. I also really love that she cares about the comfort of the patient and isnt rough when working on your teeth. Louie was very kind and attentive as well. Overall, its a great environment with friendly staff. Im glad I chose Gental Dental.

The services they perform are great but the administration and lack of communication are terrible. This is something they seriously need to work on!

The folks there are pretty good. The pay at time of service was fine with me and I ALWAYS paid. Now I keep getting a bill for a Feb 2020 service. As I said they are a pay at time of service company so (my mistake) I never took a receipt. Why am I getting a bill again?

Works well with no insurance, all the staff is great super friendly.

Everyone in this office has an upbeat personality. The office staff are so pleasant and make me want to come back just to say hi. For anyone that is afraid of needles, you shouldnt be at this office. I dont even feel it their that good! Im glad my daughter and I have the Everett Mall Way location as our primary dentist.

Just got my wisdom teeth out. My dentist was nice and the guys in the back were nice. When I went to leave she said i owe 300 I told her I didn’t have it. I didn’t no you had to pay that same day I thought maybe a copay. She was very rude felt disrespected

Service was average, nothing special.I visited on Feb 2020 and had been charged some amount after presenting to them my employer provided insurance. A month later, I received a letter from my insurance with explanation of benefits . It shows that my share of cost was $57 while the rest was paid by insurance and through network discount. I was expecting a call regarding a refund or an automatic refund for excess amount that I was charged.(Imagine calling them day and night if whatever I had paid was not sufficient to cover up the cost).I called them twice during this pandemic and getting no response. Long wait time once and a gentleman having no idea about the procedure for refund another time.If your going there, do some research about what service you need and what is paid by your insurance. Decline everything else that they offer.I am still waiting to get my refund but I have no hope.A good lesson learnt and I am never going back there....

I have been coming to gentle dental in everett for 4 years now. They always take such good care of me. Ive had cleanings, exams, and tooth extractions. I am beginning the implant process and I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Thank you to all of the staff for making what is normally a scary experience for me as easy and comfortable as possible

I really enjoyed this dentist visit. I am 33 and have NEVER liked going to the dentist. Dr Kellogg made this visit very comfortable for me and she was very informational explaining exactly what was going on with me teeth and what my options were. This will be my regular dentist for a while!

Excellent service, very caring and helpful. De Kellogg is awesome and her staff are equally great. Definitively go here. I have been a patient with them for more than 10 years

Great Staff relaxing experience

The whole staff is so wonderful! They are very attentive to not only my needs, but those of my families. I am so happy to have found such wonderful people and would highly suggest anyone to go there for dental needs!

I tried to go in for a visit recently and they weren’t ready to see me. They just don’t seem organized/safe tbh during the pandemic. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Great place! Took amazing care of me. Helped me with urgency and were very sweet and kind.Helped me out so much with payment plans and that was a huge help!!! I will come back to this place and would refer to anyone . Thank you staff for everything. 🙌🏻

The Gental Dental in Everett is the best dentist in town. Dr Kellogg is my absolute favorite dentist Ive ever had and Im 31 so Ive had a few. Very kind and fun but great at her job. Thanks for making a thing I normally dread, actually very tolerable. Im def going back. Thanks.

Do not go here. My insurance verified they were in network. I called they verified hey were in network and said they would check coverage prior to appointment. My son goes in for a cleaning and then I get a ca the next day saying sorry we aren’t in network. Just got the bill $352 for a cleaning. Will be making a complaint with BBB and the Attorney Generals office. It’s a shame places like this try and take advantage of people. Save yourself the headache and do not go here.

I lost my job and got a few months behind on my payments. At the front desk in front of a lobby full on people some red head female who I have never seen before.....I have been a patient for over a year now. She began to tell me that I was late on my payment and that they wouldnt see me any more since I was late. All of that is fine....but the way she handled the situation was so unprofessional. I told her multiple time I would bring in a payment on my very first paycheck. She kept going on and on about needing money very loud and so rude. The other patients in the lobby were watching us in disbelief. I wont be back!!!! I have never been so disrespected in my life.

I have always been nervous about dentist. This place makes me comfortable and they have been a great dentist so far! Only issue would be, I had some dental work done a while back and I guess I had over paid. No one ever called me it had been more than a year. I was able to use the over paid balance towards my next visit.

I used to come here regularly years ago, but had to switch somewhere else due to my insurance changing. Glad to finally be back, everyone here is friendly and their service is to notch. Never realized how much I appreciate the facility and staff here until I went somewhere with no hygienist and none of the proper perio-maintenance tools. Its also neat to be able to watch your xrays while theyre being taken.

We have been with Gentle Dental 6 years and love them. They are so personable and helpful ...always!

Do not go here! They told my 17 he old son he had 4 cavities. Shortly after this appt I switched Dentists due to the fact they confirmed they accepted our insurance...only to find out AFTER the appt and $400 later (for a simple first time check up) they did not accept our insurance.Our new Dentist confirmed my son has NO cavities and suspects this place was trying to OVER TREAT. Beware read reviews and do your research.

This office is staffed by some of the nicest people, and Im glad that I chose to have my dental work done here.

I wish I could do 100 stars as my rating. I had a back molar removed yesterday morning .,now its late Wed. afternoon and I havent had any pain yet., and dont expect to get any. Dr. Amini is absolutely a genius at his specialty..this is my second extraction (the previous was 5 years ago) and I wouldnt go anywhere else. It was absolutely painless both times. God bless Dr. Amini and his ability to do dentistry the way it should be done!!!?

Wonderful dentist and staff, very obviously trying to give the best care they can. I was very afraid of going to the dentist before coming here and have never felt shamed for that.

Scheduled an appointment 5 days ago...verified the appointment the next day...had a Tex message day before appointment to verify I would still be coming and I did. Showed up after taking the day off work to have this appointment ( I work 12-8) so middle of my shift! And nope...I was not scheduled. There was no dentist on staff for that day and I am now out of luck..out of pay and still in pain and now out of pocket to the ER because I cant take the pain....soooo mad! I triple checked my appointment which is CRAZY to even have to do that and to not have one is sooooo AWESOME.

Went to Everett gentle dental and got a bunch of work done and got a cavity removed and filling done and broke off less than 4 months later and moved to tucson az and was told they would take care of it from Everett office and now they are saying they wont put another filling in and told me I need a crown. So now have to pay double for something that should have been fixed right the first time. I would not recommend going here because people do not have enough experience to do what they are licensed to do. Pretty upset now i have a tooth that aches and used all of insurance and now have to pay double for something should have been taken care of right first time. Tooth never hurt before now I have to deal with it for 6 more months till insurance renews and by then will prolly need route canal. Tucson dentist wouldnt even put a smaller filling that would fit better so dont waist your money or insurance on these places

Made an appt. After filling in the new patient form, waited another 15 minutes to get seated at the dentist chair. Got x-rays, then waited about 5-10 minutes until the doctor saw me to give me exam. Then finally got the cleaning done. Total time in the office was about 1.5 hours. I guess that is normal, give or take.The staff was friendly enough, I guess.Nothing too eventful to say.

I have complete confidence in Gentle Dental. As a highly anxious patient, they certainly live up to their name.

I dont personally recommend this clinic to anyone, the service was ok but the staff at the front desk was not friendly and not cooperating well with the patient. A couple times I had questions about my bills, I personally brought up to them for verifying, they said they were busy at that time to call their billing department, they promised they would call me back the day after but they never did (happened twice!!) It seemed like they tried to charge me for couple unnecessary service during my cleaning services without asking my opinion....

One star because I could not give zero.Went to this place for the worst pain in my jaw/tooth I have ever experienced. After telling the assistant the issue, she basically said, “what would you like us to do?” Left with a prescription of antibiotics and a menu for 2 OTC anti inflammatory rather than write a prescription for an ani inflammatory. Ended up in extrem pain with swelling in my jaw.Will cancel the appointment they called me with later.Now I will wait for the standard text apology from the owner that is given to all negative reviews!

These people are amazing.

Been going for years and recently they will charge you for procedures you didnt have done then send you to collections.go to mill Creek cost me 38.00 for a tooth pulled and Everett charged me 385.00 plus billed my insurance.corprate will not answer calls either.

I had a dental ememergency and Dr ramit aimi and his staff were great and took extra measures to give me the best care possible I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental work

So gental, except some of the people are loud and leave at times for other things, very loud when little kids are here and a dentist (dont remember or say the name) is very rude and doesnt try to be gental other than that its a calm, safe, clean, and friendly

Was referred to this location to see a specialist and I will be sure not to return. Ive never had admin staff treat me or my family so poorly as a client as they did to me.

No dont do it unless you really need to.Receptionist are rude and unprofessional.
