Not just my folder, really me! They make me comfortable by asking me about my family and job. They even remember things we talked about 6 months ago. Ive always had a horrible fear of dentists and it took me pain just to make an appt. I expressed my concern and these ladies were just magnificent. Today I did some self-care and saw my neighborhood Dentist. 😁 It was so amazing. I have had other dental work before and always felt like they were trying to numb my bones. NOT Dr. Valentine. She was so delicate and gentle I could not even tell she was numbing me. She really did a fantastic job! Needles are part of everyones dental anxiety. I also got my wisdom teeth removed by their in-house oral surgeon. Even that process was smooth. Quick recovery with minimal pain. I had been searching for a top dental office close to my home in Everett and I couldnt be more pleased to have found Icon Dental Center. Nancy cleaned my teeth, was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. A lovely hygienist! I met and spoke with Dr. Nadia and she was very cheerful and happy to meet me. The office staff when I called to make an appointment were extremely helpful and polite, and genuinely wanted me to come to their clinic. I am very happy to have found this office and I expect I will be a patient for many years to come.

I am so glad I found this dental office! I haven’t seen the dentist since pre-Covid and I honestly wasn’t looking forward to it. My visits with my prior dentist in Seattle always left my teeth aching for days after a cleaning. I didn’t realize until after my visit with Icon, that some practices have outdated and harsher cleaning tools and routines. I am so happy with everything regarding my experience. It was easy to book my appointment, I received text message reminders and I was quickly checked in and taken back to the chair. Xrays and photos were super easy and quick. I loved that their camera was about the size of a toothbrush. Everything was explained to me in detail. My hygienist, Kailee was extremely friendly and made the whole visit a breeze. I highly recommend getting paired with her if you can. Dr. Valentine was easy going, yet professional and thorough and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I might have. I relied on reviews to find their office, so I think it’s only right to put this out there and suggest you do the same. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone in the area.

We really admire everyone on the Icon Dental team. My husband and I have received treatments from Dr. V, Dr. A., and Dr. Yassin and they have all been very professional, efficient, and caring. They each take the time to explain the pros and cons of every procedure and thoroughly explain current and next steps in our treatment plan. We trust their expertise a lot and would definitely recommend each of them to everyone we know. Shannon who handles financing is amazing and one of the most compassionate people I’ve met. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we understand our bill and that we are making the most of our dental plan benefits. Samantha and Deah at the front desk are also very friendly and sweet. We were very anxious to go to our non-urgent appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic, but we were happy to see that everyone in the office have PPEs and are instituting comprehensive safety measures to help protect themselves and their patients.

I googled Everett Dental and Silver lake Dental was the 1st to pop up. I called them planning to call others afterwards but the customer service and help, was so awesome that I did not need to call any other place. My actual experience proved to be even more awesome. If you want to know what is meant by that, you will have to make that visit on your own to see... You will not be disappointed.

Im an employee here at Silverlake Dental Center and first of all i want to start off by saying that i just love the Quality of care these Doctors have given to our patients. The existing patients here were hesitant at first meeting the new doctors, but upon meeting them they all seem to be pleasantly pleased with the service, honest opinion, and quality work they have experienced. I personally have had work done by Dr. Valentine and let me say that her quality work is excellent and it was a painless procedure. This place is great! I was very nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in a long time, and I did a lot of research on which dentist was the best in my area (there are roughly a million all on the same street), but the research paid off. Everyone at this office is extremely friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to sit down with you and explain every thing they see and do, go over all your options, and work very hard to make sure you can afford everything. Absolutely love this dental clinic! My boyfriend broke an old filling on one of his back teeth. We called in and they were able to schedule us in right away! Its a great place. They are very professional, nice and do a great job. I use to dread having to go to the dentist so much that I didnt go for about 8 years and then the I finally had to do something about all my cavities so I went into this place the people there are very calm and confirming if youre a nervous person and the dentist are amazing theyre so gentle I literally felt almost no pain and also really fast it only took 35 to 40 mins to drill and fill 4 of my cavities. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Im new to the Everett area and have gone to the same dentist for 22 years. I was a little nervous going to a new dentist with how much work Ive got done for my mouth with braces to a bridge. Dr Valentine and the staff at Silverlake Dental were fantastic! Dr Valentine was very knowledgeable and friendly! The x-rays they took were probably the best Ive had done because they focused on all the little areas in your mouth and not just one x-ray of your whole left side and etc. I also really enjoyed all the pictures on the ceiling. It was nice to stare at those then a plain white ceiling. Overall I had a great experience! The staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the Silverlake Dental Center!

I hadnt been to the dentist in about a year and a half, until I discovered Silverlake Dental Center. All of the staff were very up beat, friendly, and they have very modern technology in the office. I also had to have a few cavities filled and that was also a very enjoyable experience. This really is a great office!

She was able to find a fracture under my silver filling in the first few minutes of the consultation and took care of it right away. The staff in the office was also very friendly and professional. This is the best dentist practice Ive seen so far. They do great work and have always been straight forward about everything. They spend their efforts where it matters and dont try to upsell me (a deal breaker for me). They provided a simple rundown on the out of pocket before the treatment, and were able to get me in quickly to fix a small problem.

These guys do an amazing job! The dentist are hands-on and super friendly, and the hygienists are very meticulous and thorough in their work. I’ll take my business to these guys no matter how far from Everett I move.

Im new to the PNW, and I heard a lot of great things about Dr. Valentine, so I was willing to travel a little further for a great dentist. I was not disappointed! First of all, the receptionist couldnt find a cleaning appointment that fit my busy schedule, but she was extremely patient, and instead of just giving me an appointment that was over two months away, she ended up giving me an appointment directly with Dr. Valentine -- Ive never had a cleaning done by the general dentist before! That was a good first sign...Anyway, Dr. Valentine was great. Super friendly, makes great conversation, and hums while she works (which def. puts me at ease). She thoroughly went over each tooth for my treatment plan, and even though Ive had a LOT of work done over the years, she wasnt like one of those dentists who give you a guilt trip for how bad your teeth are. :)I went back to get a filling done, and she was great then as well. In fact, it was the first time I got a Novocain shot and didnt feel a thing!Oh, and they offer a free whitening treatment with your 6 month cleaning. Great deal!Everyone was really professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Im someone with a little bit of anxiety around dentists, Ive had some bad experiences in the past. I have sensitive teeth, trouble getting numb and weak teeth that need lots of work, just all the things.Today was my first appointment and it was a wonderful experience. The office staff was friendly, Anna was my hygenist, she listened to my concerns and was very carful about making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The dentist was so friendly. I loved that their focus was on preserving as much of the teeth as possible. I didnt feel at all pressured to have anything done although they did explain everything that needed work and laid out all my options for scheduling and payments. I have my next appointment already set up!

I have very sensitive teeth, and have therefore always hated going to the dentist. Ive always had to take some kind of medication and have someone drive me to the dentist and home again. I had no one to drive me this time, so i had to go without pre-medication, and i was very concerned about how painful it would be to have a crown done. The technician and Dr. Valentine were very patient and made sure the process was as pain-free as possible. They were very kind, and since i had to leave my partial there and eat soft food until my permanent crown was ready, they ordered a rush, so i could get my partial back as soon as possible. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating.

All the girls are so sweet ! I had a great experience, if you don’t like going to the dentist go to Icon Dental they make it a fun and enjoyable visit which is hard to do normally at a dental office. :)
